Lellouch said nothing as she walked into the room. The blonde senshi was followed soon after by a shorter white haired Senshi who was mumbling something about her day. Lellouch didn't know. She was currently doing her best to ignore the other's ramblings. For once not actually caring what the others around her where doing. Rolling her eyes at the darker skinned woman, Lellouch glanced at the others around her, quirking curious brows at some of them before her gaze settled on a gingered senshi skulking around in the back. "******** perfect..." She grumbled, breaking off from the from her white haired companion.
------
Azurite stopped her rambling to blink as Lellouch suddenly broke off from her company without so much as a word to her. Oh well.. Azurite just shrugged. s**t happened, there was no point in being upset about it. Instead the white haired senshi made her way quietly over towards the refreshment table where she snagged a cookie or two, (or few), for herself. The senshi eyed those around her, taking in their appearances, or lack there of for the ones that came dressed up.. She recognized one or two of them, from both sides, but over all she knew very few of the people around her. Blue eyes then landed on the chibi senshi that had walked in amongst the older senshi.
Why a chibi?
What good would that prove? Azurite could only think of one prior incident like this that involved the smaller senshi's... And it didn't end well for them. Azurite grimaced, shaking her head to try and clear her mind of thoughts from an event that felt so long ago, when it was really only a few months. At least the little girl was sticking close to the other Order senshi. While Azurite trusted nothing wouldn't happen to the little girl while she was here, she knew that wouldn't particularly be the case later on. Azurite hoped no one would be stupid enough to try something now, not with a room full of people from both sides... But she also knew that sometimes urges were a little hard to control. The corrupted senshi shook her head. It didn't matter in the end, the chibi senshi's well being was none of her concern in the end.

Hey. He worked very hard on those cookies. :C
WP took his hand, set it on his mask, and face-palmed as the other general arrived – or as best he could with a mask on. A audible sigh was given as he listened to the officer, before shooting a look at him – which was rather hard to do when it gave away that one eye didn’t seem to move at all in the mask he wore.
“It’s not a last meal. It’s just something to ease the meeting along. It’s late, and I’m sure nerves are tense. It’s there for that reason. If you want a steak and lobster dinner before you go to battle, then you really signed on for a expensive lifestyle when you became an officer.” He told him, looking him over and noticing his mask. Really? He couldn’t be a little less discrete? He looked ready to peck someone’s eyes out.
That thought was a bit chilling for the one-eyed General.
Looking over, he did have to frown at the turnout so far. “I have a good many others I recruited, but showing up is the real test. People have had time to think on their decision. They could have turned around and decided not to show up.” To which he looked at Ganymede, who had seemed entertained at how far he could fall if he was found out.
“Yes, I’m very aware how much I can lose. More than you know. It’s why the officers here are most at risk. It’s one thing if I die. It’s another if they die because of me. That’s only if we’re lucky. I’ve already been through the place they take traitors. It’s not exactly a walk through the daises.” He still remembered being dragged through the Hall of Traitors, and he glanced to the few Chaos officers that had arrived with worry.
‘We all have something to loose, but everyone here knows that the DMC is not something that is going to go away and is only going to get worse if it’s continued to be ignored. I can no longer sleep at night remembering their leader, Ares, and know that others I have watched wither cannot rest in peace for what they have done. They belong to no side but their own, and it’s one that must be destroyed.”
His hands were fists, set on his legs as he stared down at them and tried to restrain the feelings of personal pain and seething hatred for those who had whittled Tanzanite away to nothing and had caused him nightmares from those who died before him. The smell of copper and detail of organs were something he’d never get out of his mind as those he knew and barely knew were hacked in front of him. The feeling of flames. The twisting of starvation. The endless hours of hopelessness in the dark. Of chains. Of echoing cries of pain that traveled far out of reach.
“If it means going alone, I will kill them.” He whispered.

Despite her better judgement, the mirror cat with the deep purple crescent moon was creeping. On the prowl and weaving around feet and padding close to the floor until the puffy beast slowly and dramatically raised its head near a plate of cookies she had her eyes on. Food was the easiest motivator here.
For this she had skirted patronizing needling of the figure who had approached her on the roof a previous night, and saved commentary on the name for later.
She did not muse on why she was here, even though she had told the disguised figure her value was not on a battlefield, but in sharing information on how to best approach it pre-battle. She had no services to offer besides the information she'd given him; She had no brawn to offer in combat.
Even she wasn't entirely sure, but she wasn't going to be looking for excuses or ponder on who she was there to keep an eye on or vouch for.
Zirconia just wanted a cookie, damn it.
Posted: Tue Mar 25, 2014 7:12 pm
Europa stopped staring at the cookie in her lap and decided to just eat it already, since she'd seen others eating them to no ill effects. When would she stop worrying this was a trap? She wasn't sure, despite all evidence pointing to WP's intentions being completely earnest.
At least their conspiracy was more numerous in numbers now, she thought, looking around the gradually-filling room. Corrupt senshi would never stop giving her the chills, she thought, but she knew they were powerful beyond belief and that was important for their cause. "It looks like, for the most part, you've chosen well," she told their host. Well, apart from the actual, literal child, who she was avoiding asking about because she couldn't decide whether it was worse that WP had actively recruited her for a mission of this caliber, or that she had just somehow wandered into all this.
"You're not going to have to go alone, though," she added. Ruthlessness was a new attitude for Europa, but given the circumstances, she'd spent the last week preparing herself as best she could. She was not a killer by nature - but maybe, just this once, she could be. She knew that there were white moon senshi who were.
"I've let my part in this go on for long enough," she said, setting her empty juice packet aside. "And I'm glad you've come to me for this, because you're giving me an opportunity to end it. And until this is finished, I'm not backing down."
She would have made a reference about, like, killing Caesar? But she'd been there, done that, read that Shakespeare play, and she knew how that turned out for Brutus and Cassius. So she was going to refrain.
"Besides, you've seen my face. If I bailed on you, you'd be within your rights to track me down and kill me," she added. It was not a joke.
Kallichore was hesitant to enter, if only for a moment. Seeing and feeling the gathering of souls eased her anxiety slightly. Walking in, she was greeted by faces she recognized - Ganymede and Europa - and many she did not. Chaos signatures were everywhere and their presence made her bristle, but the eternal kept it to herself. There were larger things at stake here. Walking in behind a corrupted senshi pair, the eternal made her way towards the two she was familiar with.
"Ganymede? I didn't expect to see you here..." came a quiet reply. Europa she could understand. Leto would undoubtedly be the target, but Kallichore did not peg the Senshi of Lust as being one to be interested in such a plot. Sitting down with them, Kallichore tried to relax. "What did I miss?" She hoped nothing of too much importance. After all, this was probably going to be a very dangerous operation for everyone involved.
Out of the corner of her eye, Kallichore spotted Zirconia, Guardian Cat of the once-Blood Moon. It made perfect sense to see the feline here, the one who was likely the most betrayed by Ares and the creation of the Dark Mirror. The senshi gave the guardian cat a respectful nod.

It wasn't difficult to get the Chaos Guardian Cat to agree to such a meeting- there was nothing he wouldn't do for the Dark Kingdom. Quite honestly, there was nothing he wouldn't do for anyone that asked.
Slipping in through the crack of the door as a White Moon Eternal Senshi entered, Tyrus quickly made his way over to the table that was residing in the centre of the room. The fact that Order and Chaos alike were mingling did not matter to him- in fact, he hardly noticed the blending on auras.
What he did notice however, was the unmistakeable scent of baked goods in the air.
His rear end wiggled ever-so-slightly right before he pushed himself off of the ground with his hind legs, landing upon the table with a lot more noise than he had intended, being on the, er... Large side. With a huge grin upon his maw, Ty weaved his way over to the plate full of cookies, his tail straight up in the air. Sitting on his haunches he bent down for a mouthful before finally taking in the people that sat around him.
He knew as the room began to fill that he would soon be put to work to damper the huge amount of energy signatures that WP had explicitly expressed that he wanted to go unnoticed.

Lieutenant Galvatronite wasn't keen on such large meetings such as this, but he would not turn down such a request, especially when he saw who it was from. The mysterious WP. The one that moved between both factions of this war and sought to unite them all for a single purpose, one that the lieutenant could get completely behind on. The complete and utter eradication of the Dark Mirror Court.
Just thinking those words in his mind was enough to put a smile on his face, and he was certain that others may have looked at him and thought him weird, and yet he didn't care. He wore no mask as he felt he had nothing to hide here. The Dark Mirror Court were a parasite and they needed to be eliminated, even if it meant risking punishment from his superior officers. Even if it meant dirtying his reputation by working alongside the knights and White Moon senshi that were gathered around WP, he was willing, and proud, to show his face.
One only hid themselves when they had something to hide, and he had nothing to hide.
Galvatronite glanced at the others that had gathered and had to admit that he was impressed with the wide assortment of warriors that felt so strongly against the Dark Mirror Court. Had they truly hated the Mirror senshi, or were they lured in by White Phoenix's allure and passion? It was hard not to admire him for just how deep that lust went, but Galvatronite wouldn't bring himself to approach him and tell him how moved he was. Not only would he come off as kissing a**, but he had a feeling that he would not care for such dribble, and the best way to support him was to do his best out there, even when he held nothing more than a yo-yo in his hands. He would kill so many of those disgusting senshi for WP. So many!

The veritable divide brought on by the senshi's sudden retreat to the backing of her chair did not go unnoticed by the masked general. A thin, audible breath marked his excitement as he eyed the girl and her companion for further reaction. "Don't misread me too terribly, general. I simply don't like half measures in our line of work. And as such..." Reaching upward, the general grasped the beak of his mask and unhinged it from behind his ears, withdrawing it fully to reveal the remainder of his painted visage. Gold eyes settled on the blonde senshi, as she likely hadn't forgotten that night. "You, of all, should be familiar wis' my disdain for tepid action." Another smile contorted his features.
Another familiar figure joined the growing congregation of senshi, and Bischofite immediately recognized her from his tempestuous nights as a lieutenant (prior to gaining any feasible rank). She donned a severe countenance, likely due to the grim nature of their already strained alliance. Surely exposing his face to the lot of them didn't help matters, but... He already informed WP that his reasons for joining were built from rancor. "Ah, ze senshi who coaxes nightmares from zeir gilded cages." And with the Dark Mirror existing as nightmare abominations to the White Moon, who better to turn up for the fight?
Joining in the conversation, Bischofite added a coarse rebuttal to the urgency WP implied in his punishment tangent. "If one of us dies because of you, zen you would die. Zey're on in ze same. It's-" Abruptly the general cut himself off, shifting in his chair while his gaze diverted to a remarkably large and remarkably obvious purple feline skulked around a plate of cookies currently untouched. "Is zat Zirconia?" Another laugh escaped the misanthrope as he marveled at his current circumstances. not only must they work with senshi, but the strange castellan of the Black Moon Court now lingered in their midst. "General, you are highly fortunate in your turnout."
The darker senshi at the table spoke passionately of her intentions to put a stop to the Dark Mirror, to the extent that it demanded a shift in Bischofite's attentions. "You would stake your life on zis occasion? Not many of your kind show promise as idealists. Tell me your name, senshi." He would have to keep tabs on this one. Fingers steepled, Bischofite rested his jaw atop his fingernails and focused his feverish gaze on the dark-haired girl.

It was no less surprising to see Kallichore enter than it had been to see Europa already there, and yet Ganymede could do nothing to reciprocate Kallichore's greeting but to shrug her shoulders, too focused was she on eying the General across the table.
Then he had to go and remove his mask. Not that he even really had to do that; she could make a pretty firm educated guess as to his identity. The more he spoke, the more unmistakeable was the sound of his voice was.
Still, it disgusted her to see his face. Ganymede stood from her chair abruptly, her fingers curling into her palms as she struggled to maintain an impassive expression. It was a challenge she undoubtedly failed, but at least her emotions currently looked more like anger than fear. Fear was there (it always was), but she buried it for the time being, covered it in loathing and let it stew. Had she any less loyalty to the support of her teammates, she would have turned around and left.
“Are you so hard up for support from your ******** up little Chaos family that you had to bring the civilian killer with you?” she asked WP, though she never took her eyes from the other General. “I thought the Negaverse was supposed to have more honor than that. Or at least that's what Benitoite tried to lead me to believe. Guess he was wrong.”
Briefly Ganymede glanced down the table to find Sessrumnir but said nothing to him, engaging in a bit more silent communication. Bischofite's mere presence was beginning to make this feel like a terrible mistake.
“Let me make one thing very clear,” she said, and turned back to the unmasked General in question. Her palms went flat against the surface of the table as she leaned over it, yet she doubted she looked very threatening. She'd never quite managed to learn that little trick. “If you touch anyone but the Dark Mirror Senshi or one of your own officers, you'll burn for it.”

(I'm sorry I'm late.)
She had been hesitant to come. Knowing here would be chaotic signatures, some strong even was enough to get her fur up and her mind nervous. But could she really refuse the WP's orders? Well.. yeah, but couldn't there be consequences? Cora didn't want to know.
She had slipped inside when Galvatronite opened the door, quickly crouching under the table and sniffing around looking for some kind of sign of familiarity. It was surprising and comforting to feel so many and so powerful energy signatures of Order. Thankful fo that, she made a quick round under the table, gently pushing her body against every Order-aligned feet she could find. Except chibi's feet that were swinging boredly and in way too dangerous manner under the table. Instead, she circled next to the seat where the chibi was sitting, giving her a gentle poke with her nose and reaching up with her tiny paws, trying to get the girl's attention.
"Hi," the guardian cat called with a soft and friendly voice. "Can I sit on your lap?"
Penthesilea had been primarily paying attention to the snacks, since there seemed to be not a lot going on in the way of planning, but a flash of blonde had her jerking her head up - and yes, it was someone very familiar. The corrupt she and Thraen had fought together. She gave Lellouch a very cheeky grin and a little wave.
And then something else drew her attention - a blonde White Moon Eternal, this time, accusing the tall General of being a "civilian killer." Now that, that was something interesting. The short redhead slipped over closer, suddenly thoroughly curious about this man. It was rare, she'd discovered, to find resolve even in Chaos's ranks - Mica was the exception, of course, but Adonis had practically run crying, Lellouch had offered little more than words, and the Dark Mirror insisted it wasn't really all that evil and played wishy-washy until it became directly personal.
"Dunno," she ventured, whether her contribution was wanted or not, "I'm pretty sure someone willing to sacrifice civilians is exactly who I want with me if I'm going up against the Dark Mirror. Shows a set of balls I'm not used to seeing on anyone in this little war of ours."

Arriving 'fashionably' late had not been his plan, but an inevitable result of husbanding his strength for the prospective battle itself rather than in the getting there. He still winded too easily, and the meeting place was further than he could have hoped for.
The chairs were a bizarre twist, like an enforcement of a level of peace and trust that they all relinquish the mobility of standing in order to talk. The Caprisun and baked goods took the surreal into hyperbole. There were already plenty of erstwhile companions gathered, already threatening tones trading whatever platitudes they felt necessary. Penthesilea was a known, and he was glad to see her despite the disappointment that lurched in his gut. She was trying, at least, even if it was just as likely she'd fail at the battle itself. The Chibi was a curious addition- why bother.
He didn't know the eternals that graced the meeting wit their wings. Nor the two knights that were present. He knew but one cat, Zirconia, and her presence was a comfort. Bourbon would have been a better joining than juice. The masks seemed variably applied to those bearing the mark of the Negaverse on their aura- Petty vanities with no real point. That corrupted fop with no viable battle use, Mask...mask... Eyes skimming over ...
Bischofite
Unexpected those we meet at the door of night, when following the hope of a single candle in the distance.
Thraen did not engage anyone directly at first approach, but chose a chair and stood behind it, hands rested on the raised back of it. He spoke generally to the joining, and softly, "Fair evening."
Then more specifically to WP, "God hath given you one face, and you make yourselves another."

Galvatronite looked at the Eternal senshi with the top hat and frilly, revealing dress, and he could not ignore the bite of her words. She threw around the name 'civilian killer' and immediately he found himself looking to the one she cast that name upon. He personally saw little wrong with such an accusation, but he knew better than to interfere. Whatever the two had brewing between each other was not his concern, so long as both of them were willing to cast aside such differences and follow White Phoenix in this fight.
Penthesilea, however, definitely caught his attention, and it wasn't simply her words or her appearance. Instead, it was her stance to work along side Bischofite and the Negaverse as a whole he respected, and he could not stop himself from adding his input, as meager as it may be. "War has no use for such sentimental dribble, especially if it gets in the way of getting the job done. At least one of you get it."
He then looked to Ganymede, trying to remain respectful as to not cause an argument. No good breaking into a fight and ruining all of WP's hard work, he thought. "We stand united for a cause this evening... regardless of where we'll be standing after all of this. We have a responsibility to eradicate the Dark Mirror Court, by any means necessary, and to do so, we need to all be willing to soil our hands. As far as I'm concerned, there are no innocents here..."
Of course, he had not noticed the Chibi that was in attendance there, until after he said such words. However, even when he looked down at her, he felt a brief ping of surprise, then guilt, and then, resolution. "Everyone here must be devoted to the cause- why bother otherwise?"

Lellouch just rolled her eyes at Penthesilea's little show, but she did nothing more then hold the girls gaze for a moment before ignoring her all together and turning back to the slowly growing throng of people. If the ginger haired senshi was expecting some sort of reaction out of her. She wasn't getting one.
The one who would however, had Lellouch thoroughly doing a double take before snarling to herself. Great. Thraen was here too. Her fingers twitched irritably as she reached up to absently rub her neck, her eyes still trained on the garden senshi. Lellouch then moved, keeping distance between herself and him.. It looked like he hadn't noticed her yet. And she was gonna keep it that way for as long as possible.

It was less the animal noises, like a cat caught by the ruff, that drew his attention as the movement of someone from one chair to another. The movement alone, that drastic, among the sitting was worth attention, the act itself indicative of the reason before he looked closely at the one enacting it- they had derision more than they could master to be near.
It was the corrupted fop. He met her eyes, unblinking, emoting nothing except a hard gaze. Yes, I remember you, too.
Even her hand and neck remembered. That was good, for what it was. For the purpose at hand, it was useful only as an assurance of what he was capable of. His gaze did not falter in boring into her, but his words were only just kinder, "For this battle we are allies."
