Sheena looked up at a voice to discover a fluffy kitty with the coolest collar and tail bangle. She gave a smile and nodded, "Yes, I sure am and it seems so are many others. I'm Sheena. It's nice to meet you. It's not often so many of us are in the same place at the same time. So many senshi to awaken and upgrade right?"
She looked around watching most seemling dotted all over, but not many pairing up. "We can look together if you want. I'm not exactly sure just where the little shiny rocks are, but you would think that with as many that fell from the sky they would be easier to find."
She gave a small laugh and looked around once more, "haven't checked over there," she point to a spot just a little ways away. Techincally she really hadnt checked anywhere, but hey there was a good a spot as any.

"Nice to meet you too Sheena" Liryn said. "And you're right - the park seems to be popular tonight" at least amongst guardian cat-kind it did.
He continued, voice still cheerful "And I'd love to have some company whilst looking" after all eight paws would be so much better than his four.
Looking over towards the spot that Sheena pointed out he added "That place looks like a good place to search" or at least as good a place as any. "Why don't we check it out."

The fancy cat was not in a happy mood. For a cat as finicky, neat and hygienic as he was, he absolutely reeked as he arrived to the park. Although he had done a much better job in the past several months in making sure Ricky learned to take better care of things, whenever that blasted Haley came over they would just sit around and smoke that awful marijuana that stunk up the whole place. Thus, the tiny cat in a top hat reeked of weed - perhaps not an unusual smell for the parks of Destiny City, especially late in the evening, but he noticed the presence of other Mauvian cats in the park and dreaded the terrible impression that he may leave on them with his god awful scent. He shook his head. No - there were other matters more important than his own smell. What had happened the night before? What had crashed onto this lonely planet? He needed to investigate. It was his duty - and regardless of whether he smelled of cannabis or lavender, he must perform his duty.

Lyssa sat watching the gathing guardians with heighten interested. They were all so colourful, so swirly and fluffy. Had she ever seen creatures like this? She didn't think so, it was impossible to think of such a animal existing but here they were in all their finery. She being one of the illusive mole people knew what it was like to rarely venture out into public, to be shunned by others for being different. The powerful overload that hid in the bushes behind Donuts'R'us had told her to scope out the activity, the falling sky stars leading her way and becking her to this very park. It was all so....coincidental. There was only one answer!! This was a trap!!!
Rolling down the embankment Lyssa appeared guns blazing, her body wiggling in tandem with the sub-machine gun she mimicked exploding through the group. "Btwzzz - boOm-booM chu cHu chu - bllltttzzZZzz - patchOoo!!! oH Noo, MiCKys BeeN ShoT!!! mEDIC!!!! mEdIC!!! mED- ohhh yoUr A FluFFy onE!" Twisting on the floor she span round on her side in a circle moving slowly until she had reached Liryn's tail. Batting it slightly like a toy she decided quite quickly what she was going to do with this strange appendage and began stuffing the excess fur into her mouth.

It was almost staggering how many Mauvians had come to gather in the park. The largest majority of cats were doned with the golden and light colored star of Order. But the number of dark starred Chaos cats was nothing to sneeze at. It didn't really matter who they were or where they were from, however, as curiosity was a trait that expressed itself in most cats. Having many heads around was both a blessing and a curse. It meant there were plenty of cats to throw ideas around. And plenty of eyes and paws to scour every last inch of the park. But it could also lead to bickering, fights, and even trust issues. Maybe those 'nasty' Chaos cats should just be run off so they can't find whatever it is everyone is looking for? It was a tough choice. Quote: (So choose one guys! ;D Please include your choice, bolded, in your post.)A) It's probably best to work together, you decide to go with one of the large groups for your search. B) You'd rather just hang out with the people you trust, you decide to go with a small group while you search. (Please specify the type of group - all same alignment, all friends, random small smattering, whatever)C) Psh.. others will just slow you down! You head out on your own. Etoile had heard about the meteor shower on the news, flipping through channels when none of her regular shows were on and the HSN wasn't selling anything she wanted. An avid stargazer to begin with, it had caught the little cat's attention, and on the evening of the event itself, had sat in wonder and awe as she watched the bright lights streak across the sky. The next night, like many other cats, she decided to set out in search of the shiny rocks that had fallen to Earth. Something about them piqued her curiosity, and she wanted to see them up close and personal. That, and she had been kicked out of the house again, so she had nowhere else to be for the time-being. Disappointing, too, as she was missing the season finale of her favorite show. Reaching the park, Etoile paused, having never seen so many cats before, but they seemed like they all had the same thing in mind, to look for the shiny rocks. Eager at the prospect of being a help, Etoile figured it would be best to join up with the larger of the groups, as there was always safety in numbers, right?? A. Go with the large group

A - go with the large group
As more arrived Dahlia finally began to finally see some familiar faces, noting each one with mild interest before turning her attention back to the strangers. There were a couple of cats who seemed down right weird, and for a moment her expression soured, nose crinkling with distaste, but as soon as she realized the face she was making Dahlia quickly dismissed it.
Others were searching, speculating even, and oh so slowly seeming to seperating into groups. And she certainly wasn't going to get left behind! Spotting what seemed like it was the largest group, the chaos Guardian slipped her way discretely in with the rest, tail swishing with interest.

B) Small group; Order alignment only!
Ash would have frankly been mortified to get the frosting on her fur, though the sweet scent made her nose wrinkle and her mouth water. She loved sweet things, but not in her fur, thankyouverymuch.
The silver cat's ears tilted back as it was suggested her species was the reason behind her being out here. She liked to think she was a tad more... enlightened than the average, run-of-the-mill cat... but maybe this was a guardian thing? Green eyes brightened behind purple visor as Ash considered this. The mystical instincts of a guardian cat... yes, she could live with that.
Perking up, the silver Burmilla watched a cream female join the pair, a smile of greeting spreading over her rounded face.
"Well, hello! I'm Ash." She said as she returned the delicate sniffing, ears forward and tail swishing. "It is a pleasure and delight to meet you."
It was something of a comfort to feel all the order signatures from the cats around them. The chaos ones had been worrying, but there were safety in numbers, right? Especially if whatever it was they were looking for tonight turned out to be important... she didn't like the idea of anything chaos getting to anything senshi.... whatever it was.

It always seemed to take a lot to get Julienne out and about…sometimes food was a great way for her to get a move on, and sometimes it was because one of the senshi that she fancied to be in her little group of…of ‘guard-ees’ needed one thing or another…but it was very rare that a mere feeling would get the Siberian off of the couch and into the park, especially when it was still in that time of year that wasn’t full of good weather…
The meteor shower from the night before had stirred up a whole lot of…of something within the cat, and now she just wanted to know just what was going on. There had been so many falling stars, that she figured some must have remained! Maybe within it would be the secret to wonderful cooking…or the secret to something.
Inside her, she felt that there must be a secret…if there wasn’t, why on earth would she be out?
Upon reaching the park, Julienne looked around, seeming rather surprised. Yes. Yes something had to be happening…either that, or someone had spiked the cat food in the city. It seemed like there were dozens of other guardians out and about…and what else would they be searching for?
The large brown feline looked around and decided to try and join up with the largest group to figure out where these space rocks were hiding. After all, if you were looking, more and more sets of eyes, noses and ears were a good thing, right? A. Go with the large group

B) Go with a smaller group - [ Any Alignment (Snowball, ???, ??? , ???) quote me here to join officially. +1 pippin?? ]
Snowball's tail swished as he watched others slowly start to group up. Grooming again his fur for a few seconds more removing another burr. It was a little irritating that he'd managed to run into this many burrs in such a short time. Maybe he shouldn't've taken that short cut through the open field across from the Crowely house.
"Pitiful." He muttered tugging at a burr and then nibbling trying to bite it out. If only he had hands at the moment. "Can't even get this blasted thing out of my fur; how am I suppose to find a shiny rock." He paused looking at his own jewelry, seeming to think as he squinted maybe the things were attracted to other shiny objects.

gaia_star A ~ It's probably best to work together, you decide to go with one of the large groups for your search.
Despite being a small cat, the manx seemed to try and stand as high up on her tippy toes to see the others around the area. There were lots of familiar faces, but there were also plenty of unfamiliar ones. It wasn't hard to notice the occasional darkened star marks upon the fellow Mauvians nearby, a sign of fallen comrades.
They might have fallen to the influences of Chaos, but it didn't not hinder their capacity to think critically upon the mystery of this particularly odd meteor shower. She wasn't exactly the suspicious sort, but caution could help.
With a final lick that was able to wipe away the frosting clean off her face, the manx beckoned the other Mauvians in general in a friendly tone.
"...so... has anybody got an idea what it is we are dealing with here? Has anybody encountered anything similar before?" It was driving the manx a bit nuts how the feeling was familiar but she couldn't place a paw upon what it was.

LP B) Go with a smaller group - [ Any Alignment (Snowball, Pippin, ??? , ???)] Pippin had given up on the idea that these other cats were going to leave and Khayman was no where to be found so he thought it might be a good idea to meet a new cat. He looked around and spotted a very fluffy cat with VERY shiny crystals intertwine in his coat.
He decide since he couldn't have all the shiny balls to himself then he would at least grab of few of the shiny crystals from the cat and leave. It was the sensible thing to due, he didn't want to leave empty handed. So he padded over quietly hoping that he wouldn't attract too much attention, which was something that Pippin never actually wanted, he loved attention but at a time like this he wanted the cat by himself so he could steal his shinnies.
"Hello there!" he said with a soft smile, walking up to the long haired cat. "Im Pippin and I love you coat!" he said with a grin. It was true yes but not the fully true because Pippin could care less what his coat was like he just enjoyed that it was infused with things that sparkle.

Quote: B) Small group; no preference to alignment Liryn started to head towards the spot that Sheena had indicated, but a thought had occurred to him before he'd been able to get further than a few paw pads in the general direction and he looked towards some of the cats before looking back in Sheena's direction. "Maybe we should ask some of the others and see if they'd like to come and look with us?" He asked knowing that while eight paws and four eyes were good, more would be better - well at least as long as it wasn't lots and lots of more - after all too much more and then maybe things might get missed. Liryn had just finished making the suggestion when suddenly he heard a noise from somewhere close by (well make that lots of weird noises) followed by a female voice calling out something about a medic. He'd started to turn - the source of the weird sounds had come from somewhere behind him - but before he could manage to do more than twist slightly, someone (Lyssa) started to try and chew on his tail. "Hey! Get off!"

Quote: [ Special option D - munching on Liryn tail some more - or A ] Lyssa would have quite happily continued with her impromptu dining session, the fallen stars were a distant memory, the fact she was among guardians cats like herself (that may be pushing it a bit) and she could finally make friends with her own kind was all forgotten. Because ohgoshthistailwasdelicious! It tasted of things disused on a Tuesday after tea and cake in the parlor, it smelt like the lost countings of a street urchin, it held memory of things that could make her weep aloud. It was wonderful! So when the voice from above distracted her humming mind she was shocked to find it was attached to something else, something that spoke, something that looked like her! A FRIEND!
"BuT....but yoU tastE so Good thouGh!" Spitting it out she left a sticky salivary patch of fur behind, her muzzle covered in soft fine hair as she wiggled her mouth at Liryn in utter glee. "WhaT is youR secret? I trieD jam and MayO and ThiS thIng I found in THe pipe Once and NOthing makes mE as Tasty as You!" Headbutting him gently she stroked herself past his head and neck in the ultimate feline hello, forgetting all matter of personal space and hygiene as she licked him while doing it. It was then that she noticed Sheena, and Pippin and, and OTHERS!! She had to taste them all!!!

ooc Small group: Snowball, Pippin, ???, ??? Snowball looked up from his grooming as a smaller kitten sized guardian approached him. Head tilted slightly as he spat out the last offender that had hitched a ride in his fur. "Hello."
He greeted cheerfully and a little curiously as the white ragamuffin took in the smaller feline. "Thank you. It takes a lot to keep looking this pretty and white." He admitted before tilting his head, "I like your little jacket?" He was unsure what to call the blue piece of material but it was cute.
The ragamuffin fluffed up before looking around, "Would you like to join me in hunting for these extra bright and shiny meteors?" Well, snowball wasn't sure what they were but Meteors seemed to still be an appropriate assumption - until proven otherwise at least. "Surely a few more paws are better than none."
