Shadowstep raised his brow at sweetm00n, as the cat called her, then shrugged lightly as she skittered on off. His attention soon turned back to the white haired one.

"Yes, I am of the red kingdom," he stated before pausing. The terminology wasn't quite right there. But she should get what he meant. The mentioning of dream control caught his attention.

"You're normally a lucid dreamer as well?" he asked, then shook his head.

Epithet wandered into what appeared to be the some sort of long hallway with rows of columns and emblems. It would appear it was a gathering place of players of the game, a sanctuary of sorts. He couldn't tell who belonged to what side; red or white, and prayed that he wouldn't be bothered for his choices. Keeping to himself, he let his model remain idle as he watched. The areas of his tail and scarf seemed to fade in and out, his head swiveling around to see if anyone was around. He had to commend that the animation was interesting to watch and what he imagined his avatar to do if he was left alone to do nothing. Soon enough, Epithet had settled himself on the floor, leaning back on his hands, legs stretched outright, tail wrapped around him.

So this was what happened when he idled... it was interesting. The player kept a close on the chat log on the screen.

Shadowstep soon noticed the friend request notice, though hadn't prior. Looking down, at the card, he hesitated for a few moments, but went ahead to accept. It couldn't hurt, he supposed. Looking back up towards the white haired one, he slowly tilted his head at her.

"Dreameater.." he murmured. Hm. It could be someone else from who he was thinking. Xiu was hardly the only baku or dream eater in the world. He shook his head, then turned his attention to another stranger that just sprung up. Her choice of wording did not win any first impression points with him. He narrowed his good eye at her.

He didn't respond otherwise.

Sap liked the whole whirling,whooshing thing that this guild hall thing had going on.

After the adventure with the Cheshire Cat, she realized that maybe she should have some friends. To do riddles with. So she could stump that damn cat, no forest puns intended.

"HEEEEY EVERYBODY!" she /shouted into the public thread, "WHO HERE LIKES RIDDLES?!" she looked back on the rules again, and frowned. "AND WHO IS ALSO ON WHITE TEAM?" Which sucked, because she really just wanted to chill with people. Soloing was fun but only if you had people to hang out with too! She was a very social tree.

"NOT THAT WE CANT MAKE A SISTER RED GUILD OR ANYTHING." she was still /shouting.

NotAllan rolled a shoulder, noticing that Nightbloom was there. She hadn't even seen the tiny little cheshire before. "Oh hey, nice seeing you again. You friends with grumpy over here?"

She folded her hands across the table and said, "Look, not tryin' to be rude. I just want some buddies. Safety in number, you know? PvPs more fun when you're crushing skulls with friends and all that."

Shrugging, she added, "I won't stay where I'm not wanted. Just offerin'." She gestured to the table and said, "And seeing as you don't have a ton of offers, I'd say I'm just about the best choice."

Shadowstep relaxed a little. He looked between the two girls and took note of what the white haired one said. It definitely made... slightly more sense than what he had originally read. What kind of name was NotAllen, though?

Crossing his arms, he regarded the two, thinking. Yes, safety in numbers was what he was planning. PVP was not his concern, however.

"I want to find a way to get out of this blasted dream, game, whatever you want to call it. If you're willing to try and help with that, you're welcome, then," he stated, "Until we figure something out, we'll just have to go along with things most likely.."

Should he trust them? They could very well be hunters. He didn't plan on revealing who he was, though. And allies were more important than making more enemies than.. whatever was in this game.

Well then, that was settled! Letting out a sigh of relief, the girl's lips curved upwards in a faint smile. "Yes, I think so as well. I've just been fulfilling whatever challenges I've run into so far. I don't think we have much choice until then to play this little game." Though like NotAllan said, she certainly hoped that they would wake up soon, but she didn't find that entirely likely. This definitely wasn't some ordinary dream, especially to be able to pull this many people in at once.

Before she could lose herself in thinking about it, Nightbloom cleared her throat. "Yes! Three is the minimum, right?" She glanced over at Shadowstep for confirmation before linking her hands together behind her back. "I'm ready when you guys are. Hopefully this guild will give us an upper hand in surviving this place."

So far it had seemed relatively harmless, but Jack knew that that never lasted.

While Shadowstep moved to sign them up, Nightbloom was promptly distracted by a little ping that indicated that someone had privately messaged her. Offering the pair an apologetic smile, she briefly turned her back to them to check, her lips forming a small "o" when she realized who it was from.

And she sounded uh...not any less panicked than she had when she had left the guild hall. In fact, she sounded even worse if anything.
