I'm assuming all dragons are dead yes? This is fun to rp!

Well, he could access his powers apparently. Toki thought as he felt the lightning reach out with wild abandon and destroy the dragons. But still....
Toki sighed, loudly and emphatically. He could sense the magic going wild... This boy had absolutely no control over it!
"The magic is alive fool. Treat it like a large pet. One with little training. Of course, from what little I have seen of you, you'd probably just whimper and let it run wild." He shook his head in disgust. "What happens if your magic does this in a town boy? Will you just let it run wild and harm those around you? And don't give me any pathetic excuse of staying in the wilds away from people so it doesn't do that. That is merely running from the problem. You need to learn, and learn now. " How to get through to him? He hadn't even reacted with anger at my handed ways! Toki thought. Just gave in.... Let's try a different tact.

"Do you have some one you care about? Someone you love? " He asked as he stalked about the boy, his tail lashing back and forth. "Think about them... and then replace the dragons your magic just killed with them. You have just killed that person. All because you refuse to try and control the magic. Refuse to do anything than whine about how you 'can't do it'. And other's will die because you are so worthless you can't even control your own power. Because it will happen.. one day the magic will get loose if you do not try to control it. Be firm. Demand. Be in control. And grow a back bone you idiot."
Aie yah yah. He sighed and flexed his wings as he spun around. He was definitely getting used to the two legs, though he still had to use his wings to balance some days. That brash idiot boy I met a bit go could share some of his arrogance with this one.. than instead of two worthless Dovaa's there'd be two decent ones.....

"I've seen idiots in my clan.. and managed to teach them. But you?" He shook his head. "How does one teach a fool confidence when the fool prefers to whine and bemoan their fate rather than do anything about it?" He mused out loud. He would not let the boy leave until he'd learn. That would mean to admit defeat and when it came to teaching, Toki refused to give up.

Yeah, I'm not so good at writing out battles with Tohru, yet. XP

Tohru quivered as he tried to collect himself from the after burn of his magic. It prickled in his chest and shoulders, all the way down his legs. He didn't even want to move. It made it challenging to listen and care about what the grumpy Kiandri was saying. He'd done what the Khehora demanded. He'd killed the dragons. But that had done absolutely nothing to quell the beast's frustrations. If anything, Tohru was pretty sure it hated him even more now. It must know. It could probably sense what a horrid, defective Dovaa he was. "I'm sorry..." He murmured again. What else was he supposed to do? What else did it want? If it was going to kill him, it should just get it over with. If not, then just let him go home... They'd probably (with any luck) never meet again, anyway...

"That's why I don't let it out..." He whispered. It was kind of a pain to keep bottled up, but still less so than when he tried to use it. As soon as he tried to summon his magic on his own, it leaped forth like water from a broken dam. It was impossible to do anything but destroy with it. So it was best kept concealed. If he didn't use it, maybe it would ebb, and it wouldn't get the chance to hurt anyone.

He let his orbs wander up to Toki. Someone he loved? Well... Not really. At least no one that would be downed by something so useless as Tohru's magic. He had Kasen, yes, but Kasen was a Gaili. Even if Tohru's magic wasn't weaker on him, Kasen would still be able to defend himself. He was a good, true Dovaa, who had mastered his earthen abilities early. he wasn't like Tohru at all. It was unthinkable that he'd be downed by someone so useless. The young Dovaa shook his head.

The pain was starting to ebb a little, enough that he could at least clamber to his feet. Why would this Khehora keep harping him if it only frustrated him so? Tohru dipped his head in the creature's direction. "I'm sorry to have taken your time. Thank you for defending me from the dragons. But... My brother will be getting worried." Maybe. "I should return home."

Oh ho ho. Think you're going to escape that easily? Ha!

.. Hmm.. it is bad of me I want to have Toki stalk Tohru home and get his brother in on this? We could move to a second hunt thread and have that happened!
Toki stepped in front the boy as he tried to apologize and leave.

"You think I'll let you go? Go and either get yourself killed or kill another because you think you are pathetic?" he sighed and shook his head. "You may be worthless... but your magic isn't. I can sense inside of you, and it could one day match my own power.... Though since you don't even try to control it, you'll probably die before then. If you never learn to control it...." He pointed towards the orbs. "That will happen to somebody. Maybe the person you care about.. maybe some kid that you try to help and end up frying to death because you cannot control it." Why would this brat not realize the danger he was?

"Why do you not even try? I keep hearing 'I'm sorry, 'or 'I can't' from you! Why are you not trying to stand up for yourself?! What in the blazing desert happened to make you so spineless?" The shaman in him couldn't leave him alone. A boy with so much potential power.. who refused to do anything! Frustrating.. so frustrating...

Okay, I wanted to do this more. I'm bad, I know. OTL

He was trying to leave, to get out of the Khehorian's way so that he could forget about worthless Dovaa and not have to look at the little Kiandri's miserable face any longer. But Tohru wasn't even allowed that. Was the Khehora really so worried about him? It must be concerned that Tohru may hurt someone it knew... It certainly didn't have any care for the little Dovaa's safety, surely. He hadn't... hurt anyone yet. It could only get better from here, right? Tohru ignored the thoughts of someone getting hurt by his hand. If he didn't use the magic, that wouldn't be a problem.

He ducked his head and tried to step around the Khehorian again. But why? Why should he bother bottling it up? Why not just try and tame it? "Because it hurts." He answered, voice trembling a bit. It attacked him whenever he used it, and when he wasn't, it coiled and thrashed about angrily in his belly. It was uncomfortable, but not painful. Not painful like when he tried to call it. He antiquated it to... Was he going to stick his hand in the fire and try to tame it? No. Abronaxus knew he wouldn't. He'd be careful not to ever touch the fire again. And so he was careful to not call his magic. Unless something attacked him. Like it had today.

Tis fine! XD Also, you got me while I was on and in the mood to rp~ I can't seem to get my mind to write solo's.. nope. It wants prp XD

That was it? It hurt?
"Of course it hurts!" He said in exasperation. "It's lightning! And it'll keep on hurting until you make the magic yours." He sighed and stepped aside. "Look kid. Right now the magic's wild and it'll keep on being wild and hurting until you tame it. Once it's tamed, the magic is yours... it become apart of you. You aren't letting it join you You're keeping it away. You need to let it in, accept it. The pain is the magic trying to become apart of you."
I've seen it all, he thought wryly. Some Dovaa who chooses a clan then refuses to accept the power so badly that it can't fully enter him.... I should follow him home and talk to this ... brother of his. This boy isn't very aware of his surroundings so I should be able to tail him easily.

Good, let's get all the PRP on! emotion_dowant

Tohru's golden orbs turned up to glower at the Khehora briefly before they found the sand again. The thing made it seem like the magic wanted to join him, but it didn't. The little Dovaa felt like it fought him. Always. He gave a terse nod of acknowledgement to the Khehora as it moved from in front of him. "Thank you for your wisdom..." He murmured, dipping his head politely. He glanced to the side, where he could just barely see the dying remains of the flowers he'd picked earlier. He sighed dejectedly, then started the long walk home. He was tired and hurt... It seemed like it would take forever, especially when all he wanted was to curl up in bed...

By the time he made it to his brother's home, the sun was dipping low on the horizon, turning everything pink and gold. And Tohru couldn't have cared any less. He opened the door somberly and trudged inside. Kasen's head peeked from the kitchen. "You were out late. Did you find flowers for your garden?" He asked with a smile.

Tohru couldn't even bring himself to look at him. "No..." He whispered. "They were all dead." He slipped into his room and shut the door behind him.

emotion_dowant This is enough to have yet more dragons XD But I'm good with what we have! Short tag is short sorry!

Toki watched the boy go then shifted to his Khehroa form to have an easier time tracking. The two legged form was decent... but it's sense of smell was no where near as good as his original! Following behind at a distance, he stalked the dovaa home. It was late when they came to where the boy was heading.

After hearing the sound of a door shutting and realizing that he'd finally gotten to his destination, Toki waited a bit before shifting once more and walking to knock on the door.

Pfft, yeah, we coulda had a bunch. XD But oh well! More fights when this is over! >w<

It was... unusual to have anyone knocking on the door, ever. Kasen was half inclined to just ignore it and finish dinner without any interruptions. he was sure someone would only come to his home at this hour if it was bad news... But... Tohru had been out. He'd been out for a pretty long while, to simply come home with nothing. Maybe... he'd met someone? And was just too embarrassed to share? Kasen grinned wryly. Maybe... a girl? He snickered evilly and practically pranced to open the door.

Needless to say, he was a bit disappointed when he was greeted with, not a beautiful young woman, but, ah... Something strange. It certainly wasn't of any of the two-legger races, so... Khehorian? he'd never seen one... Why was it here? "Can I help you?" He questioned suspiciously.

Toki sniffed the air, it was another dovaa male, one that had some lingering scent of the boy on him.
"You can if you are the brother of the boy who just entered here. He... needs to be taught to control his magic. The boy also needs to grow a backbone." he growled slightly. "I am Toki, I ran into him getting ambushed by a dragon and he did nothing to defend himself. So when the dragons came back I tossed him in to battle to make him learn... all he did was let loose the wild magic inside of him he used no control or spells. Just let the lightning run free."

He shook his head and crossed his arms across his chest. "He is not of my clan, so I cannot spend too much time teaching him... not sure if Id be able to as he seems to just say 'I can't' or 'it hurts' or 'I'm sorry,' all the time. There's only so much of that I can stand before I snap. He needs lessons.. before his magic runs wild completely and it becomes impossible to control. He has great power in him, if that happens, either he or those about him will die."

Do you want me to start the Ayr one now? owo

Kasen stuck his head out the door and peered around the Khehorian, searching for someone snickering evilly behind him. It wasn't that he didn't believe Toki, it was just... a peculiar thing to come to someone's doorstep and say. He knew Tohru had... trouble with his magic. Kasen even had to admit that his brother didn't share in the excitement of many young Dovaa who were eager to experiment with their abilities, and that was sad. But if someone had come here to explicitly tell him that the little Kiandri was a screw-up... "He didn't... cause you any trouble, did he?" Kasen asked quietly, leaning forward as if that would help curb the sound of his voice.

"I've noticed." He admitted somberly. "And I've... been thinking of what to do. He doesn't really... get out very often. And I thought maybe if I sent him somewhere more populated... But he'd hate it. He's my brother, I don't really want him to have to d something he hates..." This Khehorian said Tohru was a danger. It was strange to think that the tiny lad could really cause any trouble, but as far as Kasen knew, Khehorians were the most advanced and knowledgeable of their race. Toki shouldn't really have a reason to lie to him.
