Donny was surprised when she refused him. "I'm doing better I promise. I understand why my father did it. He wanted to protect all of us. If he didn't leave then my mother and us could be in as much trouble as Nanami and him are. My father is a good man and I think he would be happy about the man I've become. He would have said to me that I've learned from my mistakes." He told the girl before giving her a kiss. He then chuckled a bit. "Besides you forget. I'm in the army. I'll have to leave to complete missions. I'm almost done with my service, but I still have one more mission. When I'm done I'll come back. It'll be really quick." He promised her as he held the woman he loved in his arms. There was nothing that she could do from stopping him.

Listening to his words, Lyndis nodded in understanding as he spoke of the trouble that was avoided by Len's departure. Still, she was determined to weed out any more possible obstacles. "Forget? You really think I would forget that you went off with the angel troopers?" she scoffed, her eyes narrowing as she said point blank, "I know you've got something else on your mind. Some other goal to meet." she sighed quietly, lowering her head to his chest as she added, "But I suppose I'll have to learn to live it. It's 'something you have to do,' or whatever." Lyndis assumed that it had something to do with his missing family, although she had no clue as to Donny's goals regarding the matter. Maybe she never would. For now, however, she hoped that she had what she wanted and perhaps this time, he wouldn't shut her out. Looking back up to his face, she took in his features as she stepped back from his embrace, realizing quickly that their time spent in the dressing room had have been noticed.
She almost stumbled out of the room, her gaze sweeping across the store as she noticed that not a single person was inside. Raising an eyebrow in bewilderment, she pulled out her phone and noticed several messages from Lucy. Eyes widening as she remembered how she had never responded, the lycan was even more surprised when the last message said, "Closed store for you. Rosita and customers are looking for your dad's band around town. LOL Enjoy your date or whatever, weirdos." Showing the message to Donny, she almost laughed at the realization that they had been saved from total embaressment. They still stood within the dressing room, and Lyn was still wearing the green dress. Setting the phone back inside of her purse on a bench, she returned to Donny's arms. "So, if our very long, extremely upsetting years apart are over, then we're making up, right?" her expression had shifted to include a sly smile. Clearly, her days as a shy girl were long gone. "Let's get going. I'll need your help to get ready." she stuffed her jeans and tank top in her bag, not bothering to change. Taking Donny's hand, she picked out the dresses needed in the other sizes for her fellow bridesmaids. Really, it seemed less likely that Lyn or Donny would be able to pick out anything else. "Here, hold these." she said while handing them to the angel. Picking out her wallet, she set the money, along with a note, inside the cash box behind the counter. If Lucy truly hated the green dress, the. She could come back and pick something else. When they were both set, Lyn led the way back to her hotel room by taking the alleyways, making sure to keep the dresses off the ground.

Donny didn't like the idea of knowing that Lyn didn't totally believe him and thought about how he should react. The answer came to him in the most simplest way possible. "Secret mission. Can't say a word about what's on my mind." He told her making his next mission sound big. "Not yet at least." Then Lyn escaped from his arms again. A piece of him had been torn inside, like her lost her again. He took in a deep breath. How could he been so foolish. It was just like a false promise. Donny didn't know when or if he'd be back after his little mission. A thought came to his mind to contact an old friend of his. It was too bad his friend didn't have a cellphone. The man stepped out of the dressing room. To his luck no one was around to stop them from making out. They were all gone. He wondered if the store closed or something. The Lyn showed her the text message on her phone and the answer came to him. "Great so now both sisters are trying to set us up." He commented with a dry scarastic voice. "What if we both refused." He joked before leaning and kissing Lyn. He was much taller than both his friends now. Though Lyn was now asking if those years are over. "Lets not be monsterbook official just yet. Today is Yvette's day and lets not take it away from them. In a few more days we'll tell everyone." Donny answered her as they got back to getting all the dresses and stuff. Once they were done they left. No need for staying in that place.

A few days after her sister's wedding, Lucianna found herself plummeted back into the real world. The celebration had long gone, or at least it had left with her new in-laws, and she was left to resume her responsibilities in Janhall. She supposed it had made for a great vacation of sorts. At least she still had plenty of free time during the afternoons, or else she may have forgotten all about he debt she owed to a local shop owner. After an embarrassing mishap in the café, Lucy had ruined another's girl's shirt, and since she hated the idea of owing anyone, she had insisted that they go shopping to pick out a new one. So she stood by the door of the shop, her arms crossed as she idly inspected a display featuring "Summer's Newest Looks!" while waiting for Kalula to arrive. Perhaps she should have offered to pick her up? It had been a very shirt she'd ruined...

iced Cherry Latte OUTFIT CHANGE!!!! Now sporting a cute evening outfit for sprawling malls. Comes complete with adorable plaid skirt and thigh high black socks! Kalula Williams Owner of a quaint little bookstore...is that all?
"So I heard we were going shopping?" A calm yet teasing voice called while the distracted girl looked to the display. "If that's what you think I wear...we should probably hang out more." Kalula laughed softly, she hadn't had any friends recently besides her roommates so she was slightly too eager to make friends...hence the slightly awkward greeting. With her hands in her jacket pockets she looked to the large store before them and at the beautiful displays behind the summer one. "You know you didn't have to do this...I would have been fine without that one top." The poor girl had ruined Kalula's shirt at the cafe some time ago. Kalula had honestly gotten over it completely until Lucianna decided to call and remind her. At first she was just going to turn down the trip completely but, Kalula had been in and out of her store and her apartment since moving her and needed to get out more...even have some fun. She even swung some of the revenue from her store so the two could have lunch or something if they got hungry for something.

Spinning around as a voice perked up behind her, Lucianna allowed for a small smile. Her comment on the display made her shake her head as she gave her own greeting. "Hey Kalula." She glanced back to the mannequin, one hand motioning toward the skirt as she said, "I don't know...I heard polka dots were coming back in." Smiling, she stepped back from the display, brushing off the girl's last comment. "I told you, my family would be so upset if they found out I ruined a stranger's shirt, and didn't replace it with something better." She flashed a grin, gaining energy as she prepared to shop.
"Here, let's start like this. You pick a style, and I'll lead us to the right spot." she added after a moment of thought. Rosita's shop was large, and packed enough so that it could get confusing if one didn't have a specific goal in mind. It was probably the reason Lucy had spent more money inside this shop than any place in Janhall...It sort of sucked you in and didn't let you out until you had a whole new outfit with matching accessories.

Sakura walked around the shoppe, making sure the labels were straight, items were in the right place, and that everyone was generally happy and finding things. As she passed an associate, she instructed the young woman to go check the back for some items and to check the dressing rooms for anything left behind or in need of cleaning. She was six months pregnant now and there were many things she could not or should not do, these tasks, she passed on to other employees. As she was straightening a rack of dresses, her watch beeped and she turned it off before finishing the rack. As soon as she was done, she walked over to a bench and carefully sat down with her hand on her stomach. “Jeez, you’re already getting heavy and you haven’t been born yet.” She chuckled softly before leaning back some and resting her swollen feet and her eyes.

.::+ Yulin Xer Stalts +::. -Magic Swordsman Xerxes- "Justice may be blind but I'm not. So don't expect mercy from me."
A long day at work, that was the best way to describe Yulin's evening in town. While crime was at an all-time low, that only meant that he had to drearily keep watch over a town without moving around at all or do anything. It almost felt as if he was being paid to lounge around all die while other people had to actually work for a living. Although, I do enjoy the peace quite a bit. Maybe I'm just not used to it is all. He thought to himself, closing his eyes and collecting his mind so that he could put these beliefs in the back of his mind for now. After all, he was taking a break from work and would be seeing his beautiful wife... he should not be thinking about things such as crime at a time like that. With that in mind, he turned a corner and walked into the clothing store that she worked at, Rosita's. He was actually pretty quiet when he entered the building, trying not to bring too much attention to himself since he had a tendency to scare people off by accident. That, however, could not be helped.
As silently as he could, he made his way around the store, searching for Sakura. After a minute or so he found her sitting on a bench, a very minute smile coming to his face almost instantly. Even someone as stoic as himself could not help but find themselves delighted at the sight of someone they truly loved. So as to not scare the woman, he cleared his throat loudly while erasing the smile from his face as best he could. Hopefully that would get her attention without causing too much of a disturbance to other customers. Whatever the case was, he quickly lifted up a bag full of fresh fruit, something that seemed rather odd for him to have. "I brought you a snack... but I wasn't sure what you'd want." He calmly stated, referring to why the bag not only was filled with fruit, but had several, if not over a dozen different kinds of fruit within it. Why he only picked fruit, he probably could not say, but he did. Perhaps it was a subconscious desire to try and do something funny, although that seemed unlikely given who he is.

Sakura heard a throat being cleared and looked up to see her husband with the remnants of a smile on his lips. She smiled as he held out the bag. “Sweetie, I did not expect you. It’s nice to see you do get a little time off work.” She then stood up slowly, her hand still on her belly as she moved closer to him. “I’m on break now, come with me, I wanted to talk to you about something anyway, we can do so in my office.” She laced her arm in his and led him to the office before closing the door. As soon as it was closed, her demeanor changed and she seemed exhausted and in pain, the dull lasting kind. She made her way to the chair and sat carefully. “Before I came into work, I went to the doctor for the usual tests. There may be...complications...with my pregnancy. At first, the doctor thought we’d have only one child...but, dear, I’m having twins. And, the doctor is concerned about my size. He says that I am on the smaller side and the pregnancy could prove difficult. I’m cutting my own hours for the rest of the month though and will be going on maternity leave earlier than I planned, But, the doctor recommends that I have some sort of assistance around the house. Is there any chance you could take leave to help me around the house? We have enough saved up to handle the fees for the next few months and I would rather have you there than a stranger.”

.::+ Yulin Xer Stalts +::. -Magic Swordsman Xerxes- "Justice may be blind but I'm not. So don't expect mercy from me."
For a moment Yulin suspected that his sudden visit might have caused some sort of problem, but Sakura calmed his worries by telling him that it was nice to see him, or at least that was what he inferred from her comment about him getting time off of work. When she began to get up he motioned to help her up, but she seemed capable of doing so on her own, prompting him to let her. Sometimes it was best to let people do things on their own, so they did not feel helpless and accidentally lash out at others. Although Sakura would probably not do this, he still felt that instinct not to baby her too much. The young woman suddenly told him that she was on break and that she wanted to talk to him in her office, something that sparked a small bit of curiosity within him. Just what could she be wanting to talk about? Silently, he moved alongside her to the woman's office, a warm feeling spreading through him as he felt her arm around his. However, this feeling quickly evaporated once they were within the office, as the woman seemed to be in great pain, having apparently hidden it until just now. "Are you alright? Do I need to get you anything?"
The worry within him intensified as his wife began to tell him about how she went to the doctor for her usual tests. "Complications? What do you mean?" He asked her in a really worried tone. Quickly he got an answer to that question as his wife began to explain that they were going to be having twins. Normally this would not be that much of a problem, at least not to him, but she also began telling him that her doctor said that she was too small and it could affect her pregnancy. "That's...." He muttered to himself, unable to find himself capable of saying much of anything to that. Did that mean that having the children could endanger her life? Yeah, that was probably what the doctor meant, right? Worry began to spread throughout him. That was when she stated something else as well. She would be taking some time away from work, and wanted him to do the same as well. Instantly he froze, able to comprehend the situation but having the inability to process a response to it. It was sort of like putting both your fists together and pushing, nothing was moving at all.
Sure, they had enough money... but he had a duty to the city as well as his family. "Sakura..... You know it's not about money. This job... it's my way of life. I want to stay home with you, but I can't just abandon my duties. I can probably cut back on how long I work, but I can't take leave." He stated to her, moving over to take hold of her hand. He wanted her to understand that he could not just not work for the next three months and let the crime rates get back to the way they were before. Everything was finally starting to calm down again after all.

Sakura watched his reactions and sighed. She knew he cared, but, for some reason, the past few years, he’d changed. She could remember him simply rushing to her aid even when she did not need it in order to make sure she did not injure herself. But now, it always seemed as though his job came first. It did not anger her, but it did sadden her. “Yulin...dear...please. I know you want to ensure this place is safe for everyone especially our children and I, but you are not a one man force. This is why there are more officers than just you on the force. If one is injured, needs back-up, or needs to take off to care for family, there are others to cover for him. I am happy and proud that you are willing to protect everyone, but, I really am in need of help now and I feel I should be able to rely on my own husband for aid. I am really limited in what I can do. No lifting anything that requires two hands, no reaching past arm length, no picking things up from above my head, no lifting anything above ten pounds, and bending over, there’s just so much that I can’t do. I really do need the help.” She grabbed her purse and pulled out a container of pills and took one, drinking a fair amount of water with it from her water bottle. “But the worst thing is...I’m scared. I am really scared about the complications and it would make me feel so much better if you were there with me. I still have a couple of weeks before I take off for maternal leave. You have time to wrap up anything you need to and give your boss heads up. If it helps, you can have them call you in if they absolutely need you, but, I really do need you at home with me...please.”

.::+ Yulin Xer Stalts +::. -Magic Swordsman Xerxes- "Justice may be blind but I'm not. So don't expect mercy from me."
Perhaps Yulin just did not trust his fellow enforcers to keep the peace that they have been working so hard to maintain. After all, there were few people he truly trusted to begin with. Perhaps he also did not wish to push such a burden off onto his fellow officers and not shoulder his fair share of the work. Still, this was a difficult decision for him to make, and his mind was in a great amount of turmoil. After a few moments the man sighed, having come to the decision he thought was best. "I'll take.... time off of work then." He stated, obviously torn up about the idea but hiding it behind a rather stoic face. It would kill him inside, but he would leave his work to his coworkers. "You'll have to deal with me pampering you though, the entire time." Yulin stated to Sakura, standing there with his stoic expression on his face. Everything he did he did to the best of his ability, which meant if he was going to be taking care of her then she was going to be living like a queen for the next several months. That was just the way Yulin was when it came to stuff like this. "Maybe I can get you to eat a little bit better as well, since I'll be around you more I can make sure you're not eating too many sweets." He added. After all, she needed to be eating healthy since she was taking care of another human being as well, plus there were already going to be complications.

Sakura sighed with relief and gave him a smile. “Thank you dear, I know you feel like you need to make sure everything is taken care of with your own eyes and I promise I will try to not overexert myself. It really does help set my mind at ease to know you are going to be there for me.” Hearing him comment about getting her to eat better, she pouted playfully. "Fine, but after the kids are born, you're gonna owe me a box of Cordial Cherries. And a tub of triple fudge ice cream." She looked up at the clock. She still had another ten minutes left to her break. “Sweetie, I am glad you came over. It seems like I end up falling asleep before you get home lately and that you leave before I can wake up. I’ve really missed you. I hate to ask you to do this, but, would you mind massaging my feet?”

iced Cherry Latte Thanks for the wait, I couldn't be more apologetic for making you do so... and thank you for the compliment. I am so happy to be back. smile Kalula Williams Owner of a quaint little bookstore...is that all?
Kalula found herself letting of a sigh of laughter at the girls comment on polka dots. It was so strange to actually hang out with someone who was among the living for a change. Usually it was just people in the store and an occasional elf walking in once but today was different; Kalula was actually asked to come and shop with someone. It was awkward to be pulled into a social situation after her ex's death...he was always the social one. He would invite her on many and introduce her to his many friends who seemed to always invite her occasions into their life with open arms. He was also the first real person to figure out her power...and believe that she was real. Lost in the thought a few newborn tears shrouded her laughter as she stared at the polka dotted mannequin.
Lucianna's words wrenched from her thoughts and she slipped her fingers to catch her tears quickly. "Oh, well as much as I try to look like a school teacher my height and size usually leaves me to look like a middle schooler...how about pink? I love everything pink especially if it comes in pink and cerulean." Her comments came out whimsically and effortlessly as the two sauntered their way into the store. Lucianna seemed like a great leader when it came to this kind of thing so Kalula was happy to stand behind her and walk at a steady pace.

(( @ A @;; The inspection was stressful.. ))She sat down beside the girl as she finished up, her arms and legs crossed while she sat there. As Korosu waited patiently for the idol, she was busy looking outside the window. She didn't notice Éclair's little choking fit, nor did she really care. Korosu sighed when Éclair was throwing away her food. Let's just get this over with.. She thought, standing to her feet. Letting her arms fall to her side, Korosu nodded as Éclair spoke. "We can go a long way if you wish to avoid them. I have no problem with them myself.." Korosu sighed yet again as she walked out the door. There weren't many around, the two should be fine taking the normal way. Alas, Korosu decided to lead her through the longer way, for precaution reasons of course. Not that she wanted to spend anymore time with her, no matter her celebrity status. After walking for what seemed like hours, the two had made it to the shop in once piece. They met some zombies on the way, but it was nothing both of them couldn't handle. "Here we are," Korosu said, looking over at Éclair, "Let's not try to spend all day here.." Korosu added, walking into the little store. She wasn't really into shopping, it never appealed to her. Though, browsing isn't the worst thing in the world.
