It was added by accident -- I meant to post it elsewhere in a staff thread and thought when I was looking at it I was in the correct post and posted it here by accident. I was just showing the colorists they can play with it in the events IF they wanted, not as an official item. When I realized it was here I went "WHOOPS" and removed it.
