Something about this entire meeting seemed sort of…off. Molly couldn’t put her finger on it, and she felt odd for having the thought, but she couldn’t shake the feeling. Maybe it was the way Lance wasn’t always looking at her as he spoke…not that that was a bad thing, it was just compared to how he usually regarded her, it was
different.
“O-oh…I see…” Molly wasn’t sure she would have used hers either if it had been a promotional mission. She didn’t have time to ponder that for long though, since Lance’s new question honestly quite startled her. Was she confident in her ability to get others to listen to her? No, not really. But Molly was very hard on herself, and didn’t give herself nearly as much credit. Though she did briefly think back to what Jordan said on the twitters once…that he thought she’d do a good job, and that people would listen.
The trainee shifted uncomfortably. “I…I’ll try my best, sir!” She replied, and then shook her head a bit. “I don’t think…it should matter who is in what division…I mean…I though the separate divisions just meant a different skill set…so I don’t think it means we should be separated…I’ll try reaching out to
everyone, I promise!”
