"Hey, it's okay..." Des murmured, following Gabriel up and out of the chair, offering a quiet shush as he pulled the man into a hug. "I didn't know what to do. I wasn't sure what I was okay with doing.. I just needed to think. I'm sorry if I got a bit distant with you."

"I'm sorry. You're are not a shitty boyfriend Gabriel. Anyone would love to have you. I love having you. Really, I do. I just.." Des sighed as he hugged Gabriel again. "I was just confused I guess. I was hurt and I didn't know what to do. I know I said we'd go slow, but I didn't know what slow was."

Des gently ushered Gabriel over to the couch where they stretched out. Or atleast Des did, Gabriel promptly curled up on him. "I'm sorry." Des mumbled, gently stroking Gabriel's hair. "I didn't mean to drag you down like that, I'm sorry. It's not your fault..."

"You weren't being stupid. You said you were being polite. Even if you could have turned him down. But we've talked about that already, it's over and done with. We've said what we're doing and we're doing it." Des now just needed to focus on apologizing to Gabriel.

Des rolled his eyes. "You need to start standing up for yourself. If the guy's a d**k, ignore him and leave." He said as he flicked Gabriel's forehead. "Now stop crying, everything's gonna be okay."

"It's happened before, I'm use to it by now. Comes with the job right?" Des just smiled and wiped at Gabriel's face gently. "How about we stay in for the night? We can always go do something when it's a little less crowded. We can do whatever you want to do."

"Then in we stay. Did you want to watch a movie or something? How about some take out? That way we don't have to leave at all.." Des hugged Gabriel close for a minute bfore letting him go. "Why don't you go pick some movies and I'll get the usual movie night stuff alright?"

Des wasn't at all surprised to see his selections for the night were amongst scifi flicks. "You would... Go ahead and put it in, I already know what you're itching to watch." He said as he dumped the blankets and pillows on Gabriel. "I'll be back with menus and phone alright?" A quick head ruffle and Des took off into the kitchen.

However though, when he walked in, he found Gabriel's gifts on the counter. His shoulders sagged slightly as he walked over and ran his finger types over the petals. He had really freaked Gabriel out, and he hadn't meant too. Sighing quietly he grabbed the menus and phone before walking back out to where Gabriel was currently making a nest of pillows and blankets. And passing them off, he happily flopped in the nest before collecting Gabriel up in his arms. "Love you too Angel."
