When he sat down for the game, imagine his surprise to see stick-in-the-mud Chal! When he had snuck out, his brother Malek had been long gone. But he could've sworn his Grandpa-lookalike was fast asleep. Had he woken him up? He waved back with a slightly puzzled expression.
No time for thoughts though, as the bottle was already spinning. It went back and forth between the girls and his brother before it finally landed on him. Having watched everyone, he gotten the grasp of what to do.
"Dare me Bro." He flashed a smile at Rosewater, trying his best to show his 'edgy' side in attempt to woo her still.
Dunk your head in one of the drink bowls.
Well that didn't seem particularly sanitary. And he'd get all sticky...But if he understood well enough, to back out would mean losing. And getting embarrassed in front of his potential new girlfriend. So he stood right up, marched right to the refreshment table and grasped the punch bowl with both hands. 1...2...3. Deep breath and plunge his face, right in. He even swished around for good measure. He popped back up, flinging his purple hair back so it wouldn't stick to his face. Then he slowly turned back, his tongue slipping out to lick the side of his face. "Mmmm...Fruity."
Truth: Who do you have a Crush on? Dare: Jump on a table and do your silliest dance.
He spun the bottle. Round and round it goes, where did it stop... Nashe!
The male sighed slightly in disappointed, having really wanted to hit another certain female. Still, either one she picked would be fun.

Nashe turned back from the dark pae that had ran into her to find the bottle was on her again.
Was the bottle attracted to her or something? She didn't think that was possible! Maybe there was such thing as a glass attraction. Maybe the glass was attracted to her because she had a lot of translucent stuff on her. Like her eel fins, for instance, and the wings that fluttered behind her, the rapid pace of them showing her nervousness even more obviously than the fidgeting was showing it.
She didn't really want to do this anymore... Nashe just wanted to hide away from the bottle and just watch the others play. She didn't want to keep answering questions. Maybe she should do a dare instead?
No, she definitely didn't want to do that! That would require her to do more than whisper to people!
"Truth," stuttered Nashe, uncomfortably.

The adolescent blinked in confusion. "What's a crush--"
When the word was explained to her, her eyes opened wide, and she immediately started shaking her head and her arms at an even pace--that was, very quickly. "No!" stammered Nashe, in disbelief. "No one! I don't even know anyone well enough..."
Why would anyone want to know her well enough?
Awkwardly, Nashe shrunk into herself, taking down a truth and a dare she thought were suitably scandalous for the game before spinning the bottle around again. Maybe it would actually stay away from her this time for more than a turn or two...
Nashe was growing afraid of the bottle, really.

That poor eel girl was having an absolutely miserable time by now. It was painted all over her face. Especially when she almost had a conniption when she was explained what a crush was. "That's a shame." He mused aloud, disappointed in the outcome of his question. It wasn't very fun when they couldn't rightly answer. Though with her shy demeanor, he shouldn't have been surprised that she didn't know enough males to develop feeling for.
Wait...she was rather cute in a bizarre sort of way. Maybe if things didn't work out with Rosewater, he could give her a shot? He flashed a smile. "But nothing to be ashamed of." He amended, putting on the charm. The bottle spun around and...landed on him. Again? Sheesh, there were teens here that it hadn't landed on even once.
"Well, since I did Dare before, it is only right I pick Truth." He wiped at his face, still trying to dry off the punch from his dare. have you ever kissed someone? Oh...shoot. He didn't want to say no, as it would make him look inexperienced in front of all these...girls. Hot, hot girls. But his brother was here, and if he fibbed Chal would definitely rat him out.
Did his mom count? Probably not.
He cleared his throat before deciding on revealing the truth. The real truth. "No...I haven't found that 'one' yet." Maybe they wouldn't think he was pathetic? Maybe they'd see that as endearing that he hadn't carelessly given away his first kiss? Or...maybe he just ruined his chances at getting a girlfriend altogether. Curse my luck.
Truth: What is something that you've always wanted to do but haven't for fear of ridicule? Dare: Yell at the top of your lungs that you're madly in love with - Venus if you're male, or Adonis if you're female.

Nashe turned away when Hemi remarked that it was a shame. Well... she was a shame, so it wasn't that surprising when she did things that were shameful, were they?

Why? What? She wasn't a normal girl her age doing normal things. What did he mean she shouldn't be ashamed? Of course she should be ashamed. She was a fishy electric thing that didn't do anything like she should and didn't know anything she should and -- well at least that guy hadn't done the kissing thing either -- oh guardians not again!
Nashe made a weak, depressed sound when the bottle landed on her again. Why did have to do something again? She was running out of things to ask or dare, too, so she was going to have trouble coming up with yet more stuff to ask...
"Truth," murmured Nashe, accepting already that it was going to be something that --

Nashe shook her head, shrinking even further into herself. "I avoid a lot of things." Her tail curled up as she stuttered, voice rather shaky. "I'm bad, so I don't do stuff like this much..." She was avoiding the question. Finally, she blurted, "I've always wanted to swim, but I won't, 'cause I don't want to be bad."
Before letting anyone even question why it was bad, she whipped the bottle around again, scrawling some things down for truths or dares while she did.

Chal wouldn't admit it... but he had kind of enjoyed watching his brother dunk his head in the punch. The teenager did feel bad for that poor girl who kept getting spun... she seemed really distressed about the whole things. She made truths seem worse then the dares, after all did he really want to reveal personal things about himself?
Chal certainly would have told on his brother if had said anything but the truth... except that Hemi hadn't admitted to kissing his mom. Chal knew that wasn't the truth, but decided against calling him out on it.
Nashe's answer... certainly had been strange. She was bad, but didn't want to be bad? He wanted to ask about it, but the bottle was now pointing at him.
"Truth." He agreed, although the girl had made it seem like it was the worse thing ever and he was starting to lean towards dare.
Did you get permission to come here?
Chal's eyes widened. "No..." his eyes shifted uncomfortably, it was uncharacteristic of him, "But I had to find out why both of my brothers had disappeared." He should have just left it up to dad, because he was going to be in trouble too. He gave Hemi a good hard stare.
This time... wanting to ask Nashe about the bad thing... he waited until after he had spun the bottle to write down the question, hoping it would be drawn to her again. There wasn't any sort of rules that said otherwise, right?
Damn, landed on his brother again. Chal frowned as he wrote down his answers... which were written down slightly out of frustration at the bottle.

It was a little mischievous, but it was Hemi and Malek's fault he was going to be getting in trouble.

And every single time she'd pick Truth, even though she seemed to hate exposing anything about herself. I'm bad, so I don't do stuff like this much... Whoa. What kind of backwards parents would let this slip by? There was low self-esteem and then there was her. On a scale of 1-10 she'd be -5. A shy, sweet girl couldn't be so bad she wasn't able play a simple game with like aged pae.
But the bottle landed on Chal, and his attention went back to his twin brother. His consequential stare did not pass by unnoticed. Since they shared similar characteristics, the cat was out of the bag that he was the reason Chal was there tonight. The bottle spun once more.
"Dare." He spoke with a cringe, knowing that Chal's inside information would make a truth unbearable. He had so much dirt on him, he'd be buried 6 feet under. Kiss any girl in this circle.
He had JUST said he hadn't had a first kiss, and his brother threw a monkey wrench into it! Then again...it had been what he wanted all this time. Who would it be?
Nashe might die on the spot if he even looked at her after accepting the dare. He didn't know the red haired green pae Alma at all, so had little idea of how she'd take being kissed. Besides, if he picked either of those two Rosewater might lose interest. If she had any to begin with. So his eyes turned on the red eyed hottie. "Well, I'm no coward." Though to say he wasn't nervous at all would be a blatant lie. The hybrid stood and walked over to the female, feeling his palms beginning to sweat. Okay Hemi, this is what you've been waiting your whole life for. You can do this. He kneeled down in front of Rosewater, took a deep breath, and leaned in for the moment.
It was a genuine shock when his lips actually made contact with hers. Soft, warm, completely unexpected. It was just for a moment before he pulled away, his face as red as her eyes. Wowza...

Despite a rather passive smile that had been playing on her lips during the entirety of this game, the girl was becoming increasingly irritated watching all of the others going without anything to say for herself. Those damned three were essentially having their own little game while her and that other girl were meant to watch.
How boring and what a pathetic waste of time. Why had she come here again? What was she doing here, humoring this boy's advances and ideas. These dares were pathetic; these truths were pathetic.
Quite frankly, it was a miracle she hadn't yet left.
When the bottle landed yet again on the guy whom had dragged her to this dreadful time, her eyes rolled, showing a glimpse to her irritation. At the sound of the dare, however, her ears perked. Kiss a girl in the circle? No... There's no way he'd...
He wouldn't dare...
Her eyes silently watched him look at her, silently watched him come over, silently watched him crouch down. When he was close enough that only he'd be able to see her face, the smile had gone cold and her eyes stared darkly into his, daring him to do it.
He did it. He did it, yet she felt nothing: neither disgust nor pleasure.
After he pulled away, she leaned in again forward beside his ear, her voice soft and cold, yet with an enticing coo to it. "Congratulations on your first kiss, big boy." When she pulled back, her original smile stood in place of what any normal reaction might be. Her eyes looked around to the others with a soft, nonchalant shrug in response to any reaction they might have had.

His heart was slamming into his chest as he pulled away, so hard it made his vision waver with every beat. Congratulations on your first kiss, big boy. A shot of cold went up through his spine. It wasn't what she said, but rather...how it was said. It was her movements. When he thought about it, she had reacted like a board, neither pulling away or giving back. She was completely still from her body to her lips.
It kind of freaked him out.
He quickly moved back to his original place, giving her only a glance. The glow from his first kiss had been squashed as soon as it had begun. "Um, so yeah...my turn."
Truth: If you could be anything on the island besides what you are, what would you be? Dare: Give your best impression of one of your parents.
He quickly spun the bottle, wanting nothing than to get away from the event.

Chal hadn't expected his brother to actually go through with it. He didn't know any of what had been going on previously so it surprised him who Hemi picked. Although he was at least thankful he didn't choose to kiss that poor girl who kept getting picked by the bottle.
Wow... he couldn't believe his brother was going through with it!
The way his brother looked when he sat back... made Chal feel really, really bad though. Even though he had hoped to embarrass Chal a little bit... that look, looked different then embarrassment and Chal didn't like it. The teen sunk back, letting his eyes drop to the ground. Clearly sneaking out had not been a good thing for him to do.
Haha, look at that. It was -her- turn now! Wasn't that rich? The spirits' way of rewarding her for putting up with such insolence and rashness? Her gentle smile gave way to a few laughs as she pulled her hooves closer to her body. "It looks like it's my turn now!" With a cheerful grin and a certain ring to her voice, she called out, "Da-a-are it is~!"
Reaching for the paper, she took a look at the dare before pouting. What was with this script on the paper? It was nothing like her mother had taught her. How was she supposed to read this.
She was too proud, though, to outright admit this to the other.
Instead, she tried to play it off as a challenge, looking to the male who had just kissed her. How silly he had looked, blushing and all that, from just a simple contact. It only had extra meaning if you assigned it to the action. "Why don't you just ask me yourself~? I think it's more fun that way than just writing on a piece of paper."

A somber mood had settled from the dare, with Nashe being a ball of fear, his brother guilt ridden and himself losing all sense of fun from Rosewaters confounding reaction. As the bottle spun around to stop towards the nervous green girl, it suddenly gave a jerk to Rosewater.
The fates were being cruel to him, weren't they? Was it his punishment for sneaking out on his folks?
In stark contrast to the majority of the party, Rosewaters tone was bright and cheerful. Completely different than just moments before she stared coldly into his eyes. "Well...the Dare is to do an impression of one of your parents." He didn't really question why she wanted him to say it aloud, especially since she already read it. Moreso he simply wanted to get it done and over with.

Okay, so that's what it had said. Good. That was mundane enough for her to do well enough. She closed her eyes, envisioning what should be said before continuing. "Rosewater, dear~" her tone was a few octaves below the one she normally used, and the incantation of the words, though similar to her own, also had a differing twang to it.
"You know that I'm going to the tree today for supplies and I'll be gone all day. You and your brother and sister really should come with me when you get older. Do you want me to grab you anything while I'm there? Oh! I know! It will be a surprise for the three of you."
"Your father should be coming back soon, so make sure to stay hydrated. You know that you get mean when you're thirsty. Bye honey~."
For all intents and purposes, it was a fairly reenactment as to how Twinkleshine acted around her.
Reaching forward, she took the bottle in her hands and spun it...
Oh boy, it landed on Nashe again. Look at her, little miss popular. Why not put a stick in it. These would be a good set of questions, and they'd be in the script she was taught, not that other silly nonsense.
