::Noelle Everett:: The explosion back at the mall had startled the pinkette...but nothing had frozen her in such a way than seeing a face of her nightmares. Just a glimpse of that blue hair, and hollow gaze and smile had been enough for Noelle to stop in her tracks when she had followed Ishimaru into the source of the explosion. People had been bleeding; people had been hurt; people...could be dead. Her heart rate accelerated and her breaths became shallow, hurried. Never before had the Lover of Rules had seen the Iwadate-local so absolutely and utterly terrified.
That guy...he had been there during the Massacre. He had been one of the people who murdered her companions without reason. They were looking for answers...looking for a person she had never heard about before. Mizu had told them so...and she had been the first to die. A warning. Noelle could still smell the ferric smell...she could still see the crimson blood. Everything had been a blur after that. Screams, pleas, cries...all those still lingered with her, though. Those wouldn't go away. A blade or a gun or a spell had wounded her on the back, the ghost pain lingered at the memory. She had been bleeding badly...her vision had been just a mess of shadows and red...Everything had been dark without the light of Amaterasu Bird...and she could hear Haruto nearby...Ryohei and Yamato just behind her. She had fought...but there was nothing stopping the nauseating feeling that she was gonna die in that cave. And then...there were arms pulling her forward. She had fainted. She couldn't remember much more.
Teeth gritted and fists tightened. Fury took over her then. This guy...he was responsible for her suffering. For their suffering. Just remembering Lira screaming and crying just this morning was enough to snap her awake. "Ishimaru! Watch over the wounded here! I'll go after him!"
And she had followed, reaching an old shrine. Her hands trembled when they reached out for her gun...and she hesitated for just a mere second before shooting, the bullet whizzing past the blue haired kid's cheek, missing just barely. "Hey a*****e! Stop right there! I won't let you hurt anybody else. Not again." her voice trembled, not because she was scared...but out of fury. She had promised herself she would get back at those who had attacked them. That she would be merciless... And now...Now, he was here.
"I won't let you kill anyone else! I will DESTROY you!" The sky seemed to darken, a meteor falling from the skies...and with a jump, the pinkette moved to spike it as if she would a volleyball, making the fiery rock to charge with electricity, moving in such speed and with such force, directed towards Aichi. [9/16 - Daytime] Rednal Ak'Thias and Aselia BluespiritThe moment the blade was free, Aselia shot away to put some distance between them, one hand covering the wound as it slowly started to heal. A complete repair would take time, but the fact that she constantly healed meant dying of blood loss was generally not a concern for her. It HURT, though, and she was staggering slightly from the pain even as a thunderous explosion rocked the area where she'd been a moment before, and she hurled another blase of force out. She couldn't keep those up forever, but... that was all the more reason to use them while she could. The help was unexpected, but appreciated. "Well, if I had to say anything in particular... it'd be that my real power is my friends." Rednal noted. "I mean, I fought a literal, actual eldritch god beside them, and to be honest, he scared me a heck of a lot more than you and your boyfriend despite having them there. So I, uh, sorta rode a nuke into his face. It was a bit like this, except more surfing." That was when his spell finished and a missile formed by magic fell out of the sky and detonated right on top of Aichi, blasting the nearby trees away from its impact site. Even Rednal was pushed back half a step by the shockwave. "...Sorry, I'm not very good with emotions. I have a lot of trouble expressing myself. By the way, Miss, thanks for the help." He added to the newcomer, though most of his attention remained on Aichi. Quote: Aselia:Aselia: Black Viper (Extreme High Almighty Damage to 1 Foe) (Regen 2. Aichi IyagashiAichi shook his head as the boy continued to mouth off, the nuclear missile starting to come down. In a brilliant display of absurdity the boy should have seen coming..The missile started to descend onto Aichi....But was then gripped by Dikaiosyne, who pulled it up...and out into the sky, the immense blast radius now going against what Rednal had planned....Detonating into the sky, safely away from the foliage, and the persona users that had gathered. Including... "Oh, hello." Aichi called, noticing the pinkette that fired a gun at him. "Oh, I'm sorry. You're a bit late for that miss...." he stated, a hand on his sword, as he lightly tilted his head. "...Who are you again?" Presumably, he or the group had done something to her...Or perhaps someone she knew, but he couldn't place her face off the top of his head. The loud, sudden proclamation...The sudden ferocity of the strike.... Aichi had basically completely ignored the blue haired one's strike in turn, holding up his blade to take the blast of it, and the pinkette's meteor head-on. True...There was staggering force behind it...And, he felt himself digging into the ground a bit deeper than he would have liked trying to handle the blow.... But, glancing to the side, he then flung the meteor to the side, as if he was merely passing the ball to MIdorima in a game. The sparks still ran through him....But, any residual effects were dispelled by his own aura. "Oh goodness...It looks like It's getting rather busy around here." He mused, breathing a bit heavier, bruises and burns on his body...But, nothing unmanageable. "I'll have to tell Akashi about this later. Though..." His eyes flickered again, as energy started to pool into his body. "I don't think he'll be too upset if I end up coming back with a bit more blood on my hands..." At the same time, things were getting crowded here. Even if this had been intended to just be an easy, solo, in and out...Perhaps.. Quote: Action: Soul Charge. ::Noelle Everett:: He didn't remember. All their suffering...all her nightmares...all those sleepless nights... Mizu, Ryohei, Yamato's life... all the others. They had meant nothing to this guy. They hadn't mean anything. And something flipped on the pinkette's mind just then... a ferocity and blind rage took over her. She was insulted...she was hurt knowing that their lives were so insignificant to this person...a person that was part of the group that had completely and utterly ruined her life.
"You...gotta be kidding me!" she exclaimed lividly, her whole body trembling, her blood boiling. She wanted to hurt him. She wanted to hurt him just as much they had hurt her. "You go around killing people every weekend? Harassing people for answers they obviously don't have? What the ******** is wrong with you, people? Don't you get a hint? Is it too difficult for it to fit into your tiny brain? You and your group of friends... you...killed them!" Lightning crashed down on the blue haired guy with a terrifying force, and Noelle was breathing heavily. She was completely livid, and her gaze barely turned to look at Rednal, reacting to his words. She nodded, but it was clear she was in no condition to talk. Quote: Thunder Reign Blue Rose Wolf Cloak: Reflect Ice. Resist Phys. Ice and Phys Boost (Armor).

[9/16 - Daytime] Rednal Ak'Thias and Aselia BluespiritWithout hesitation, Rednal stepped in front of Aselia and focused all of his energy on defense. Deeeeeefinitely gonna have to tell Soji about this one. Among other things, he simply could not believe that an indecisive gofer could naturally have the kind of power that Rednal had fought gods, Shades, Reapers, and all kinds of other unexplainable insanity to acquire. There had to be some kind of trick to it - and if not, well, they were screwed (in the vulgar sense) anyway. He only meant to brag some of the time, but in all seriousness, if someone could toss away most of his blasts like they didn't even exist (after all the time and effort he'd put into making them strong enough for the rest of his team to rely on), then Soji could fight them and the rest of them would go ahead and eat popcorn on the side, because there was clearly too much of a difference in power to grant meaning to anything they did. Sigh. First a pair of arseholes in the morning, now this. It was definitely one of those days. Aselia, too, took up a defensive stance, bringing her wings forward to take the brunt of any blows.Quote: Aselia:Guard (Regen 2. Aichi IyagashiThe two he had been pummeling didn't fire off any witty commentary, nor did they make a move to strike him..Opting instead to take up a defensive stance. Good...Good. 'Though.. he idly thought, the pink haired girl visibly snapped, sending a surge of Electrical magic down onto him. The sparks sizzled, his body twitched involuntarily, and burns appeared on him... Yet, as the girl Asked him so many questions....He shook his head. "Sorry, sweetie. I'm not the one who makes the orders. I just do as Akashi says." he stated, in the same way a worker would apologize for benig unable to help. As if taking someone's life was no more than a minor inconvenience, easily rectified. As she tried to weigh on his conscience, about killing people...His eyes ran over her with a much more..sour expression. "Well...after she died.." he spat bitterly, before reaching for his sword. Dikaiosyne's own figure lunged with a blinding speed, his sword slashing at what seemed blue haired girl's body, past the silver haired one's defensive maneuvers...... But, instead, merely swatted the gun from his Palms expertly, avoiding the tendrils of Yidhra's creation, and forcing the boy to do something other than blindly firing his gun. In doing so, the blue-haired girl's body was spared of any more marring..... But, when the persona made it's way to Noelle.... The sword struck hard at her, slashing her from shoulder to waist, the armor she wore likely a major factor in keeping her from being bisected.... Yet, even as the wounds would appear...The skilled eye could see it. He had been holding back, still. The blade had been pulled enough to ensure the blows wouldn't be fatal...Even as the boy's expression went back to the same, casual expression once more. "Well, that's neither here, nor there." he mused, starting to sheathe his weapon. "Nothing you all should concern yourselves with. After all, if you can't help us with our goal.....If you can't even muster enough power to take down the gopher of the team....And you have no information about Adachi...then, I'm not entirely sure why I'm still here talking to you." Quote: Action: Pralaya. [9/16 - Daytime] Rednal Ak'Thias and Aselia BluespiritMust... resist... urge... to... snark! "...You know, I'm honestly not sure why you even care how strong we are." Rednal noted, completely serious - and kind of pissed at anyone just slapping his weapon away like that. He LIKED that gun, @#$it;. On the other hand... deep breaths, don't get TOO carried away. He had more than one gun, though the other was... unpredictable at best. "Honestly, if the rest of your team is as strong as you, you probably COULD take Adachi down. If you're not planning to really fight our whole team, and you're not planning to ask for our help... has there been literally any point to any of this?" It was an actual question. He had no idea what the gofer's actual motivations were. Maybe he just liked violence. ... Whiiiiiiiiiiiich was all the more reason to give him a beating, actually. People who got their jollies from hurting others were the sort he'd gotten power in order to stop, and he exhaled slightly as he focused and began to gather energy. He'd kind of lied before - the blast he'd hit Aichi with WASN'T his theoretical best, and he was moving more in that direction now. Meanwhile, a small burst of healing energy moved over Aselia as she focused on healing. It wasn't the greatest healing skill ever, but hey, every little bit helped. It also gave her a chance to recover more of her other energy...Quote: Aselia:Dia (Restore Low HP on Self) (Regen 2.) Rednal:Mind Charge (Light Killer: 5/5)

Sora Asakura, Survivor of the Nightmare "Everyone tells you to forget...they want you to forget. But you can never forget your nightmares, can you?""Noelle, get back!" a voice cried out from the trees, but before the girl and her companions in battle could react a silver streak tore through the underbrush and arced towards the Tokyo Team's 'gopher' with a vicious slice, the sound of metal against metal clanging violently as the weapon was repelled with an explosion of purple black mist. The cloud suddenly reduced the visibility in the shrine on the side of the small attacker, but whatever other effects it might have had were not yet apparent. In that moment of chaos the owner of the voice emerged from the treeline in a beeline, his light blue shirt reflecting the faint light of the sun to peek through the peaks of green. He was tall and lean, his multi-toned hair cut above the neck and his seafoam eyes narrowed in a serious concentration. And in his left hand the hilt of a the segmented slicer was gripped tight, tugging back to lure the connected pieces to snap back into place as one solid blade. He didn't lose concentration, however, and sent out another volley of his surprise assault in an attempt to further muddy the waters for Aichi if it was his intention to continue fighting now that the numbers and the battlefield terrain were really starting to stack against him. It was only after the second clash of metal on metal that he pulled back the segments of his weapon and looked over his shoulder at the gathered victims with a look that did not leave much room for debate and shouted.
"Somebody get the wounded girl out of here! I can't beat him, but I can buy you all time to run if you go. Now!" he told them as he drew back his weapon and extended a hand, eyes sharply pulling back to the mist, as if waiting the inevitable reprise, "Noelle, there's a lot I need to say to you, but that can wait! I don't want to see you get hurt again...so you go with them. Leave this to me!"Quote: Regular Attack (?) - An attack with Sora's signature segmented sword. Seems normal, but a colorful explosion of mist at the impact hints at something else... [Target: Aichi]

Aichi Iyagashi"Say it now, if you must. Aichi's voice called, the strike..and surrounding mist cementing his decision. The boy had parried the apparent strike...But, regardless of other things the move could do...Aichi closed his eyes. "I've made my decision. And...I've decided that I'm done here." He called, sheathing his sword, and dispelling Dikaiyosne for a bit. He turned his back to the group, and started to pace the other direction, away from the group. "It's been fun, you guys. We'll have to do this again sometime."
A genuine smile....One that didn't befit someone who had taken lives so readily, and had attempted to do so once more. He'd gotten the information he'd needed, and he'd drawn far more than his share of attention. So, for now..He'd let them go. Yet, something about him seemed a tad off. As if something else was afoot. Though...if they wanted to escape, now was the time. Quote: Aichi is...Sparing everyone?

[9/16 - Daytime] Rednal Ak'Thias and Aselia Bluespirit"Thanksforyourhelpgottagonow!" As a Japanese person, Rednal couldn't exactly leave without giving thanks to those who'd helped - and in the same vein, he was wasting exactly no time whatsoever in grabbing Aselia and moving somewhere safer so she could quickly heal up. He'd have to check in on the wounded, as well, and see if there was anything he could do to help them. (Though he did space just a moment to flick out a line from the Green Power Ring and get his gun back. That thing was important.) Quote: Rednal has left with Aselia!

???As the blue haired boy left, unimpeded it seemed...Something seemed to glint in the sunlight where he had been standing. A square locket, with a broken chain fastened to it. If one were to pick it up, and open it...They would find two things held inside of it. A picture of a girl, beside the blue haired boy in a much cheerier light..... And a trading card. Though, whether it would help anyone find something out about the boy, or merely just a dropped trinket was anyone's guess. Quote: Aichi has dropped (? ) his mysterious pendant.

Sora Asakura, Survivor of the Nightmare "Everyone tells you to forget...they want you to forget. But you can never forget your nightmares, can you?"He could practically hear his heart pounding thunderously inside of his chest, and already the sweat beads were beginning to form along his skin. How many days had it been since the last time that he had seen one of the so-called 'Generation of Miracles'? How many times had he envisioned this moment, coming out of the darkness to protect somebody who had almost fallen victim to their heartless brand of justice and revenge? Every time he had pictured it, it had gone different ways, but now that the moment was upon him he wasn't sure at all what he needed to do next. His weapon drew back from the last clash and he kept his eyes narrowed on the swiftly-fading fog, but he was antsy enough that waiting didn't feel like the right move. Not against someone as skilled as these people, not against someone who could take advantage of a single mistake. It was an old adage of fighting, of combat, to stick and move...to move and never stop moving because the moment that you ceased to attack, to move, that was the moment that the keen enemy would catch you flat-footed and strike you down. But no sooner had he drawn back his blade for another strike than he realized all at once that he wasn't moving at all...he was waiting, holding a line for the silver-haired boy and his wounded girlfriend to cut bait and flee to safety. It was the right move for them, and he was determined to protect it. He stood still, but strong, ready to take whatever counterattack came his way. He bounced on the balls of his feet in anticipation...maybe he hadn't quite stopped his motion yet after all.
But the attack he expected never came, the blue-haired star deciding that he had done enough damage in this particular encounter. Disappearing through the trees out into the wild surrounding the city of Okina, his fading power and genuine smile the only lingering memories that he had even been there to those who hadn't fought. For those that had, there were the wounds...and the blood...and the fear of fighting a battle that was uphill at best. But it was a battle that they had survived.
No sooner had Aichi gone than Sora's legs began to wobble, giving out as the teen crumbled down to his knees and breathed heavily.
"Thank God," the young man with the multi-toned hair sighed, running a hand through his white and black locks as he caught his breath and watched the path where their enemy had retreated. For all his grandstanding and certainty that he could stall long enough for the others to escape, the truth was that he knew the fight was a losing proposition from the word 'go'. He knew, and he wasn't as strong as all that, really. But he had been willing to stand anyway, to take the beating, to die. All to ensure that nobody else had to...suffer...the way that he had not-so-very-long ago. It was only a few moments later that his heart-rate began to settle, and he began to come to terms with the fact that in spite of being willing to die, he had lived. He had lived, and the others had lived. Had that really just (finally) happened? He was still shaking from the intensity of the adrenaline he had been feeling in that moment when he'd thrown himself into the fight. This was...something completely different from what he had ever experienced before. Was this what they had been experiencing all that time, back then?
"He's gone," the young man, the survivor, let out a breath and caught sight of something shimmering on the path before them and as he slowly stood, he took a few steps forward through the last traces of the mysterious mist and picked it up, glancing at the unfamiliar picture inside and the strange card...a trading card? Why would a killer like that hold onto a couple of innocent mementos like that? ...A thought he stored away for another time, he supposed. For now, he was just happy to take stock of his survival and mutter to himself quietly as he tried to piece together what he had overheard with what he already knew. "But he's not done. They won't stop. None of them will. Not until they find him...that guy, Adachi was his name, wasn't it?"Quote: Sora has picked up Aichi's Mementos!

::Noelle Everett:: The hit would've been lethal if it hadn't been for the warning that had come from the treeline, making the pinkette to react almost in time, moving to the side to avoid most of the attack. Still, the blade grazed her, and Noelle stumbled back to take a look at the newcomer. A breath was sucked into her lungs the moment she saw the dual-tone hair, and the face that had been unfamiliar until just a few days before. The guy that knew who they were...the guy that recognized them from Iwadate. Did he... could he...fight as well?
It wasn't long after that, that Aichi decided to retreat, making the girl to grit her teeth, and point her gun at the retreating form, shooting over and over until she ran out of bullets. The last gunshot echoed on the air around the deserted temple, before she let out a frustrated, but shaky breath. Now that the rush was done and over, she was trembling, and she felt her knees wobbling. Still, she was able to keep standing, moving a hand to press against the wound she had just received. Her eyes returned back to the guy there, a frown appearing on her lips. "I know..."
It was true. That team was in a complete rampage...not listening to reason...destroying everything at their wake. They wouldn't stop. But...they would stop them. They had to. For them...for her fallen friends.
"Who are you? Who really are you?"
