Oh... Silence as Kanika tried to think of a way to explain cannibal. She peeked from her spot at the small girl now behind the nearby boxes, realizing the other child must be very new and really was not following along with all the adventure scenario going on in her own head. Then seeing how very sad Catcat was, Kanika scooted over closer to hunker beside her new friend reassuringly.
We are friends! she insisted with thought, and smiled happily. Camibals are naughty friends that want to chew on their own friends instead of sammiches ... Sitting up on her haunches, Kanika curled her front paws into claws like a monster and made a goofy chompy teeth face at the little demon, hoping to cheer her up. But the adventures weren't over yet, there were still strangers up here to find and junk to snoop through! She shared a picture of George in her mind - Lets go find Georgefriend and Hideyfriends!!

"The little green one scared you?" Pente looked towards the boxes, craning his head to get a better look. "I thought it might be a game when I first heard the commotion." Looking back at the younger demon, he added, "But when I saw your face, I thought maybe someone was coming that was going to be really mad about us being here."
Hearing the boxes shift, Pente turned to see the pale girl come out of hiding. Then she sat up and mimicked eating. "Hey, it looks they're planning to eat something. Maybe we should go check it out."

CatCat looked at Kanika and then leaned over to hug the larger girl, a little clumsily, but very sincerely. She appreciated that comfort and the explanation. "I am glad. Want friends, lots of friends!" CatCat gave a slightly watery smile, as she was still controlling the 'cry' reflex somewhat.
She pondered the idea of nomming friends and made a face. "Why nom friends? Sam...sam... food is better! Food no move, food taste good, food not care. I not understand these can'bles. Strange things. But I be careful." She blinks at the face, and then begins to giggle, and grin more thoroughly, the urge to cry vanishing. "Oooo! Yes! We find!"

Akamai blinked. "She seems a bit too...energetic for me...." He wasn't a fan of loud noises or much excitement, hence his decision to find some place quiet up here. He should have known it wouldn't have lasted. "Uh, I dunno why they're here... but I doubt ..it's food. There's..not really anything up here...that I know of.." He was still holding out hope he could avoid the other Wini coming up here and find another spot to nap...

Seeing the green demon return to her former excitement and give a giggle was a relief, Kanika didnt mean to hurt anyones feelings, and she jumped back up on all fours to get their adventure back on track. The strangers up here had not come to them, so they must be scared, or maybe up to no good! And George, where had that little rascal gotten off too?? She thought for a moment on their next move, then eyed CatCat as she brushed a paw against one of the tiny little wings on her back.
Do those work? She questioned, tilting her head a little, then pointed a claw above them. Could you get higher and see if you can spot George...or the ..friends? There were muffled sounds in the distance, a dusty scraping sound of boxes being moved about, and she thought she heard voices...and maybe the clicking of Georges claws on cement. He must be exploring without them, the brat! George had meandered away from the ruckus and girls and had also avoided the boys in the office. He was on a mission now looking for nibbles or noms, and sniffing obsessively at boxes and bags of stored things. Picking up the scent of something strange, he wiggled his way through two boxes, knocking a stack aside to investigate some distance away from all the others.

CatCat smiled at the giggle, and then looked around, trying to see if others were there. When Kanika touched her wings, CatCat looked back at her. At the question, CatCat sighed and drooped a little. "No good. Sort of. Can..." she paused, then stepped back, and looked very serious as she pondered how to say this.
Finally she huffed, not having a WORD for this, and then WHIRRED her wings really fast and the result was she managed to hover for a moment, but then came back down. "Is hard. Not sure what I doing wrong. Wish could fly. FUN." She paused, as the second half of the question processed in her head. "I um.. I climb box? I small. Not break box. Can see!" She looked at her new friend, beaming as she felt clever.

"The little green one is probably just very young," said Pente. "Not dangerous though."
Pente thought he heard noises in another part of the warehouse, but he didn't mention it. The younger demon didn't seem interested in what the others might be doing. "So have you already checked out all the rooms up here?"

Akamai made a face. "Dangerous to my quiet time," he mutters, before answering Pente. "No, just stopped at my comfy napping place. You wanna find the others or what?" He asks, sighing. He supposed at this rate, the quicker they dealt with the goings on, the quicker everyone would leave him alone.

Watching the attempt at "flying", Kanika tried to stiffle a gigglefit, not wanting to send her new friend to tears again. But it was really funny in a not-gonna-happen sort of way. She tried to make her grin one of encouragement? She kinda figured they probably weren't going to work anyway with the way CatCat had climbed the stairs, but they were pretty little wings.
Maybe they just haven't grown big yet! The demon had a good point about climbing. She looked at the haphazard pile of boxes and imagined it was a chunky jungle tree on her not-so-deserted island. Smiling, she thought the image of the boxtree to CatCat. Adventure time! Ok GREAT idea, I can help you up! Crouching down by the side of the box, Kanika offered her back as a boost up for the smaller demon child to get onto the first box. George came upon a large box with arrows and humany jibberish scribbled on it. He sniffed around at the edges curiously, sure that it smelled like something good to chew on may be inside. Circling the box once he found no clear way into it, so plopped on his haunches to stare it into opening. This did not work unfortunately. He pricked his ears suddenly and tipped his head to the side, still starring at the box intently, before giving a little whine.

CatCat smiled a bit. "Yes. I hope. Want fly. Fly look FUN. So hope they grow!" She beamed and nodded at the thought, her little wings whirring again as she thought about it. She eeps as she lifts off a bit for a moment, then again plops down. "Oops. Excited!"
When Kanika crouches down, CatCat thought about it for a moment, then makes the OH I GOT IT face, as she realizes what Kanika was doing. The tiny little demoness beams as she climbs up and manages to haul herself up and onto the box.

Pente understood the younger demon's desire for getting time to yourself, but his curiosity had been piqued by what might be happening in the other areas of the warehouse.
"I'm up for finding out what they're doing," he said. "By the way, I'm Pente."
Trying to engage the yellow demon in the game, he asked, "Should we just wander over and ask them what they're doing or," Pente dropped into a crouch, "should we sneak over there and spy on them?"

Having escaped from home (and his over-protective 'daddy') for a while, the aquatic Wini boy slipped into the warehouse, immediately looking for a good place to hide out for a while. Of course, he'd been expecting to come in to play by himself today; but the sound of others in the warehouse caused him to hesitate. Adults? Someone about to spoil his fun and make him go home? He slipped behind a crate quickly, peering out and around for some sign of movement.

"Akamai", the ochre colored Wini replied back. Well, neither option was huge to him, but he didn't wanna appear like a stick in the mud to Pente anymore than he already was. Besides...he supposed if they snuck over, he could maybe scare them away? "I guess..we should sneak over," he finally answers with a shrug.

Good job! Kanika encouraged the little demon, standing up and giving herself a little shake. CatCat was definitely higher now.
Can you see anything...? Kanika questioned excitedly, then thought she heard a noise nearby. Was that another someone else coming to join their adventure... or maybe another stranger lurking around the place already? She had had no idea the creepy second story of the warehouse had so much activity going on. Peering over her shoulder, she thought she could make out kid sized pale eyes in a dark face peeping from behind a crate. Yes there was definitely another kid up here! Perhaps it was shy or scared?
Hello? Adventure friend..? she thought toward the new arrival, CatCat I think someone else is coming to help us explore!! ( @ Teigra's boy lol)

CatCat stood on the boxes, and lifted her head high to look around, peering for signs of where Yellow Friend had gone. She saw some doors, but no sign, that she could spot, that anyone had used them recently. She looked further, and thought MAYBE she could hear or see something over by some box but she wasn't sure. "I... not sure. Maybe there?" She gestures towards where she thought she saw something.
When Kanika added that she thought she saw some one else, CatCat turns on the box, ALMOST falling off, and bounces, gently, in place. "Ohhh! New Friend? Hello!"
