"I noticed." Luka said with a snort. The green haired boy dropped a hand on Alex's head, ruffling the hair just slightly. "It's just me here, and I'm a lazy ******** so I don't know what you'd be imposing on..." Another shrug and Luka waved his other hand. You're a spontaneous person Alex."

"Spontaneous, yeah, but I at least try to go to class," Alex said, huffing a little. He batted at Luka's hand. "You don't want me as your roommate, I'd be bringing strange dudes in all the time and playing guitar at weird hours and oh, the gaming. The only redeeming thing is my cooking."

"So do I. And I even try to do my homework. Shocking, I know." Luka rolled his eyes and shook his head. "Just as long as they don't ******** with my s**t, and I don't stay up all night listening, I don't care. Music doesn't bug me and have you seen my living room??" Luka asked as he ticked off each thing on a finger.

Alex waggled his eyebrows. "Well you probably wouldn't be listening to them..." He said, his tone a little suggestive. "But no, in all seriousness - I'd be an awful roommate. I'll find my own place, don't worry about it."

"Yeah well, I already had a feeling you were a screamer." Luka shot back with his own suggestive brow wriggle. "Alex, I'm serious. I don't mind. You can crash here while you look for a job. And if you find some place better, then hey, atleast you can beat me into moving all your stuff."

Alex just laughed a little, still shaking his head. "I can live at home for a little while longer. My parents sure as hell aren't eager to see me move out. I appreciate the offer, though."

"Just know it's open okay? And it's not like I'm moving any time soon." The Luka patted Alex's leg, his good one. "So, what can I get you so that being stuck in my room isn't boring."

"Yeah, I'll keep you in mind," Alex agreed. "And I dunno, I could use a DS or something, that'd help. Or my guitar." He shrugged. "They're at home, though, so don't worry about it."

"I'll take a Vita, what do you have for it?" Alex asked. Basically, he'd take anything that wasn't laying on the bed bored out of his mind. "Or maybe I'll just sleep, I dunno. Crashing on your bed works out well for me."

"All sorts of things? I don't really have a specific 'type' of game. I'll grab a few different things for ya." Luka said as he climbed out of the bed. "The blankets just on the other side if can reach it." He added as he disappeared from sight.
Luka returned a short while later, to find Alex curled up in a ball with the blanket pulled around him. Setting the games beside the bed, he smiled as he ruffled Alex's hair gently.

Alex was indeed asleep, but he was unfortunately much less happy about it than Luka. He curled into a ball as soon as Luka touched him, whimpering faintly.
It hadn't taken him long to start dreaming, and he was having a nightmare. His missing sister stood over him, arms crossed and a smirk on her face.
"Come on, Alex, you know exactly why I left." The real Cait had never sounded so nasty and bitter, but his dreaming mind accepted it blindly. "I couldn't handle having a brother who was such a stupid slut. Everyone thought I was one because of you, did you know that? It was so ******** miserable, and I couldn't put up with it anymore. So I left and I'm never ******** coming back."
He whimpered out loud, even though in his dream he couldn't even begin to argue with her. She was right, after all - and how badly had she suffered because people thought that because they were twins, she thought like him?

His brows furrowed at the whimper that Alex gave. "Alex." He called softly. "It's okay Alex. It's just a dream." Luka carefully crawled on the bed, pulling Alex towards him. His arms curled around Alex's balled form and he leaned his head down to nuzzle it against the sea of blue hair. "It's alright Alex.. I'm here."

Alex could barely hear Luka's voice through the haze of the nightmare, but it was enough to stir him awake. Tears were already rolling down his cheeks and he jumped into Luka's lap, clinging to the taller, green-haired man and sobbing brokenly.

"Shhh..." He whispered quietly as he hugged Alex close. "It's alright. It was just a dream Alex. Just a dream, it's okay." Luka just sat there, gently nuzzling Alex's hair and pressing their foreheads together while he repeated Alex's name over and over again, as he cradled the body against him. "I've got you, it's gonna be okay."
