Listening to her as he snickers a bit. "Oh yea they will be in different patches as to the ones that look pretty. Then the ones that can become medicine. Also the ones for burning. Which is some cases is also a way of doing medicine or so I been told." He watches her and nodding in agreement. Flowers were so nice. They are something that will forever need him. Something that he raised and grew. Oh they brought him joy that he never thought any plants could give to anyone. If it wasn't for his mother or the flutters he has met in his life so far he would have not taken the time to look at any flower at all.

Kadentsu smiled at him a bit. She had never been snickered at before for the things that she has said before. This one was interesting. Was certainly a different kind of stallion than others that she had met in his sense of being. And she had never seen any stallions cultivating flowers, nevermind dreaming of adding flowers to the field. Though she had seen flutters taking care of flowers before, stallions and mares alike. Flutters seemed very keen on taking care of large groups of flowers.
As she listened to him more, her smile widened. She couldn't believe all the things that flowers and plants could do in the world. Smelling nice is just one of their skills. All the healing they could do. She imagined that the ones that they could burn probably healed the soul and mind. That was certainly something strong indeed.
"That would certainly be interesting. I think I would enjoy burning something like that." She thought on it for a moment. "I've seen such things in the gardens that the flutters took care of back home. Though not much... Or not much that I know of anyway." She poked around at the flowers a bit more. "Would any of these be good to burn?"

Thinking about it as he looks over at her. "Yes I have Chamomile, Roses, Cloves, Saffron, and Lavender which are all burned or turned into incense first then burned. I have a flutter friend that taught me how to turn them into incense." Using his talons he points to each area in which the said flowers were in. Of course the bigger patch is the Roses. The second largest patch is the Lavender and then Saffron. Next is Chamomile flowers and then left as the smallest patch for now is the cloves. He mainly focused on his roses but that is changing with all the other pretty flowers he has found or been told about.
The flower he has the most that is used as medicine is his patch of foxglove which is used for the treatment of heart conditions as well as other Cardiac problems. Although it has it's own Toxicity so one must be careful not to overdose on it. With that in mind he begins to speak again. "Although one must be careful because some of the most beautiful plants and flowers can be Toxic and might to harm to someone who doesn't know how to handle them or what to do if you get a dangerous amount of their toxins inside of you." With that said he wonders if he should add the warning that one shouldn't play in flowers or work with them if one doesn't know which ones are Toxic and which ones aren't.
Debating on that as he figures that what the hell he should say it anyways. "One shouldn't work with or play in flowers that one doesn't know if they are toxic or not." Pointing that out made him feel a bit better then just leaving it out there and unsaid. "If one isn't sure the best thing to do is ask a flutter. Most of them know which flowers and plants are too toxic to handle and to leave alone."
Flutters were of the most help when it came to flowers and plants. Well anything that could be grown in the earth. The credit to give them was more then most gave them for it. After all flutters were what helped most things grow in the world and others thought that those things just happened. But no some credit should go to the flutters in the area that helped so much. Shaking his head and out of that thought. "Flutters are very helpful in the area of growing things. So if one has a question it is best to bug one of them. Most are very friendly." After all he has never met a flutter that wasn't a friendly one. Some were a bit odd and maybe snappy a bit but still very friendly and helpful.

Kadentsu looked over to where he was pointing as he spoke. They were all very interesting looking flowers. The Lavender and the Chamomile were most familiar to her. They were something that she had seen others burn in order to relax. The flowers did have a rather nice smell. Though different depending on if the one doing the burning had dried them out or just picked them and tossed them in. "Plants can be so interesting. Incense is the dried out plant, right?" She smiled at him, wanting to be sure that she could follow everything that he was tellin her. Learning about different things and expanding her knowledge was her FAVORITE thing to do.
She looked over at him thoughtfully. She had heard of such a thing a few times before from the Flutters that she met, but they only told her of a few plants. And, currently, she couldn't remember the name of a single one! It's one of the reasons that she stayed away from plants she didn't know the names of. "I've heard of such things a bit before. I simply don't eat things that I don't know. It seemed the most logical thing, after all." She smiled at him and walked toward the Lavender, just wanting to take a nice whiff of the fragrance.
Kadentsu nodded at him. "I think Flutters must be the keepers of flowers. They seem to know everything about everything." She stopped for a moment. "You don't have to worry about me doing anything too terribly stupid with plants." She giggled a bit.
"Oh yes! I've met a few myself, not including the ones who took care of the gardens where I lived. They only seem really grumpy when the weather is bad for their gardens." She planted herself down and thought on it a bit more. "I wonder how much of the plants Flutters have created..." She looked over at him for a moment, not sure if the idea sounded crazy. "Like how Soquili can make new Soquili, I wonder if the Flutters have combined plants much the same way." She took a bit of a breath, turning away. I must sound pretty crazy... She snorted at herself, rather displeased.

Looking at her as he smiles. "I Believe that they can create new plants. It would explain why sometimes new plants show up out of no where." He points out not thinking that her idea on it was silly at all. After all it made sense to him more then he thought it did at first. But he has never asked any flutters about it. Maybe he should.
"Now that I think about it more. It makes better sense that the flutters create new plants then trying to figure out just how mother nature did it. Seeing mother nature can only do so much without help. So the flutters must be able to help with the creation of new plants."

Kadentsu smiled with utter glee. She was rather excited about the this stallion agreeing. It was certainly as good a theory as any! The flutters were able to make themselves small after all... Small enough were they cold even achieve their own self-pollination!
"Ah, with their shrinking ability, they could certainly control what was pollinated in their own gardens! After all, I'm pretty sure that that's step one in creating a new species..." She thought on it a moment. "It would take them years... I would be willing to bet that they even pass their works down onto their children." She pranced about a bit, thrilled at the idea. "I wonder if a flutter would be willing to tell us their secrets? That would be an amazing thing to learn! Especially since it could help you with your garden as well!" The more she talked about it, the more excited about it she got! She simply couldn't help it!

Tori looks over at Kadentsu and nods. "Yes I believe that doing that is one of the steps they must take in order to create something new. I could ask my Flutter friends to be sure. Their garden is underground but that cave has sky light from the hollow trees that lead the light into their garden. The things growing there are awesome. All the fruits and vegetables from all over the lands. You would like it." He points out as he continues to listen to her speak. Thinking on how long it might take and if they pass it down to their offspring. "Hmm maybe. It might depend on how they are creating to how long it takes. One of my Flutter friends has kids so again I might be able to ask him all of this the next time he comes to bring me more seeds."
It helped to know Flutters when starting a garden. He might only grow flowers and herbs right now because the friends of his that are Flutters allow him to eat at their garden but he plans to start growing things to eat as well. After all if he ever wanted to start a family he would want to be able to support them the best he can even if times get hard. Or the seasons turn bitter to the lands and things are hard to find. Sighing at that thought as he looks from his flowers back to Kadentsu. Listening to her as he smiles. "Well my Flutter friends bring me seeds of different things to grow. So I am sure that they would tell me about other things if I ask. If you are about when they come to visit then they might tell you as well. But that would have to come to turn for us to know for sure."
Pointing that out as he watches her prance about. Giggling a bit as he likes to see it when a mare is excited and having a good time even if he isn't the cause. After all mares all needed to be happy in his eyes. If they weren't happy then something needed to be done to give them a bit of happiness if nothing else. This didn't count for Pure or Skin walkers. Their idea of happy isn't something that he is willing to do. So he didn't care if those mares were happy or not. Looking up at the sky as he then slowly allows his eyes to scan the area back to where Kadentsu was as he smiles. "Flutters are indeed helpful to one who is growing a garden and that is how I met my Flutter friends they came across my garden one day and offered to help me out."

Kadentsu beamed at the thought of an underground garden. Oh how beautiful something like that must be to look upon! And the coolness of the cave itself must make it wonderful for the flowers. She wondered what kind of flowers they might be able to grow in the dark even. Surly they must be some kinds that like it in the dark as well... Mushrooms for sure! Then that brought about the thought of how many different mushrooms there might be in the world. Maybe she would be able to see each different kind one day! That would certainly be a fun goal! And she traveled enough to try and make it possible!
"That garden sounds so wonderful! I would enjoy seeing such a thing one day. I'm sure that they keep it beautifully stocked with all kinds of plants too." She smiled, "I would very much appreciate you asking for me! I love knowing all kinds of things like that! Passing the knowledge to others and such is a joy of mine!"
She practically jumped up and down for joy when she heard him say this, "It would be so WONDERFUL if I was around when they came for a visit. I would be sure not to ask too many things, but maybe they could teach me how to help things grow nicely? That would be amazing! I would certainly start my own garden after that!" She giggled a bit and walked about in a small circle.
"Ohhhh... how fortunate! I bet flutters are all pretty friendly!" She looked thoughtful for a moment, "They just seem to have something in them that wouldn't seem to allow them to be unkind... I certainly wouldn't think so at least." Looking serious for a moment, she added, "Unless something terrible and unforgivable happened to them..." Her brow furrowed as she said this.

Tori thinking about what she was saying as he ponders on it. "Not all flutters. There is at least one that I one of that is a Curse Walker so that one isn't friendly. But those not walkers are pretty nice. Well the ones I have ran into." He states as he looks at her with a smile. It was nice to have someone there to keep him company. That was something that he enjoyed to have about the feeling of company. And sometimes his Hawk Familiar wasn't in the mood to stay in a garden all day and he wasn't going to make her stay if she didn't want to.
But that was just how Tori was. He wouldn't force something on anyone. That was be rude. He played jokes and pranks on family and friends. But that was because they knew him well enough to know that those were just jokes and pranks. Nothing more. But those he just met. Well he would never think about playing a prank or joke on them. Unless they became a close friend of his.

Kadentsu smiled and flopped onto the ground to stare at the flowers more closely. She thought it was such a nice thing these flowers and she wanted to be sure that she looked at them right close up. As close as she possibly could. You certainly couldn't get much closer than just sticking your nose right into the flower. "Oh yes... Cursed anythings aren't very nice at all..." She shook her head, "Walkers are not something that would be nice to walk into at any point in time." She snorted and stared at the flower again.
"There is actually a herd that my family is part of in a way... That has such a thing come from it. It's not something that is usually talked about though." She tilted her head a bit, "Though I imagine that most wouldn't really talk about if someone in their herd had become so corrupt as to turn walker..."
