"Maybe because they are so tall, they feel superior? Of course Icelings arn't that tall and most of us feel superior. Thank goodness my parents were there to correct my views. It would be neat to see an Alkidike too.

"She is very gentle, I hope the other one gives Dad a little sass, I would love to watch.

"Hmm, I will leave it on for now until I can ensure Iniu's safety then I will take it off for a while so he knows what I look like. It must be disconcerting to have a blindfold on and be handed to someone else..but from the look of his claws and that less then sunny demeanor...I really don't blame you at all. Grouchy thing."

The thing was huge. "Oh yes Dad will like that, he worries about accidentaly flattening my mother sometimes when they tousle. Mom so far hasn't been smushed. This way Mom can snigger at his botched attempts and train his sailscale herself, once she gets a hold of him there will be no back talk. Something even I had to learn. "

"I think these three will do it, I may come back for another next time I see you and when I'm a bit better at training. There is a certain someone who would appreciate one of the wonderful creatures you carry I think."

"Well then I'll take the blindfold off and I will get the wing harness especially for him."

He blinked at Gaddock, he was so helpful. "Yes please! Assistance would be wonderful. And it means I can give you a bigger tip when I get home too. Thank you for being so helpful, it has certainly made my life easier today. I think I'm too used to how well trained Iniu is and that having three I don't know plus her might have been very difficult indeed."

He tipped his coin pouch over and offered all of its contents to Gaddock.

"No, no, they are well looked after and you have helped alot. No wonder your father likes you to work with him. I've had sandwhich vendors give me more fuss then you have and they were in no danger of getting bitten by their wares. And I'm good for birthday presents this year. Mother is hard to buy for."

"Its not far thankfully, just a little out of the way. My parents are not exactly the most normal Icelings. You'll see that when we get there. Can I help with anything?" He asked. He felt guilty that Gaddock had to pull the cart.

Soon enough they arrived outside his home. "Looks like Dad's away." He said as his mother popped out of the house a smile on her face and a spring in her step.

"New creatures! Kiyelt where did you find these pretties?" She grinned and shook Gaddock's hand. "Welcome, welcome! Here have a cookie," she rushed back in and presented one too Gaddock. "Don't worry I made them, not Kiyelt's father..he burns water, poor dear."

"I bought them off Gaddock here, he catches them for his father and this lot was just irrisistable." He disapeared inside and found a ring for Gaddock. "Here," he said, "we have some amazing craftspeople here, you can probably get something for it when you travel. Thank you for all your help today."

Kiyelt then took the grouch off the cart and set him down with his lead tied while he dealt with the other two and introduced them to his mother. "The sweet little girl is for you mother and the giant one is for Dad, he will need more training. The grouch is mine, cause I need the practice."

"Oh excellent! I just love creatures, specially when they have teeth."

Kiyelt quirked a brow at Gaddock as if to say..see, not normal.
