Lady Aria Starstone She smiled wistfully and nods a bit. "I could wish you wouldn't leave but I know that would be both foolish and unkind. After all, I travel sometimes. But remember you are always welcome to visit, my friend. My home is open for friends to come at any time."

"Oh, Auri," she stepped forward to nuzzle the older mare. "Maybe one day when I've had my fill of travels I'll come back and settle near by here. But I feel like I'll miss so much in life if I just settle down and plant my roots in the first place that happens to catch my eye. I never meant to stop here. How many more places like that may there be? Nih wants to leave in spring, and I agree with him. Spring would be ideal..."

Lady Aria Starstone "I understand, I do." She nodded quietly and gave the other mare a gentle nose bump on the shoulder. "It is always best to see the world, and find your place in it, then settle there. There is no need to rush and pick a place for yourself too soon."

Lady Aria Starstone "Ohhh the mountains are lovely... A trip along the coast is grand too. If you follow it far enough, you'll see lots. Forests, swamps, so on. If you cross the mountains..." She points at the large range behind them. "There's a desert, badlands, and farther that way are the Great Plains. That last I've never seen, only heard about." She nodded a bit. "I guess it depends on what you want to see."

"Nih will want to visit the swamps, that much is for certain. He's always complaining how few gators there are in these parts. The mountains sound lovely to me, but I doubt we'd do well in the deserts... unless Nih didn't mind spending some time apart. That would be quite the site though. It's all sand, right?"

She nodded thoughtfully, "I'm not too scared. Nih has my back, and considering he likes to sucker me into giving me rides I mean that literally more often than not!" she laughed. "I will take your word on that though, and I doubt there's much to see in one swamp that will be entirely missing in the other. He'll be exited when he finds out we are going there though. I'm not really even sure that he really understands what a swamp is."
A nearby bush rustled, and a moment later a black and orange gator emerged, hurrying towards Saskia. "What's taking you so long?" he demanded in his low, raspy voice. "I thought the pond was going to dry up before you came back!"

Lady Aria Starstone Aurianna smiled a bit and nodded some. "Still, somethings even some one at your back can't do much about..." She didn't want to talk about the Cursed Graveyard, not exactly. She didn't want to at all. The thought of discussing the PLACE where the Purewalkers... emerged... made her stomach twist inside. Finally she said "I hear that Purewalkers are... spotted there, perhaps more then in other spots.", thinking it was a safer middle ground then any other option.
When the Gator popped out, Aurianna jumped, startled a bit, then smiled a little at the clearly grouchy fellow. "I apologize, sir. I was monopolizing her time, but that was partly because I will miss my friend when she goes off on her travels. I do not know when, after all, I might encounter her again."

Saskia blanched at the mention of purewalkers, "You don't say... I certainly will heed your advice then. If I make it through the remainder of my days without ever again coming close to one of those dreadful beasts I will be grateful." She looked over at her gator familiar, then smiled. "Finished with your hunting, then? Sorry, Auri. He likes to play tough but he's just lost without his mommy, pay him no mind."
She lay down, allowing the grumbling gator to scramble up onto her back, "I wish you wouldn't call yourself my mommy."

Lady Aria Starstone Aurianna nods quietly. "I can understand that. If I could prevent us all from ever having to see a Walker again, I would." She sighs softly, and looks off in the direction their friends had gone, a wistful smile on her face.
At the comment about 'his mommy' and his response, Aurianna ducked her head to avoid them seeing the fact that she was trying, incredibly hard, not to bust her gut laughing. When she got her expression under control, she lifted her head back up. "Mommy or not, protect her, heyla? She has faith in you, so I will too." She paused, then added "Oh. I'm Aurianna. It's nice to meet you."

The youngish gator snapped at Saskia's hair a couple times then looked over at Auri. Saskia herself didn't seem the least bit annoyed by Nal's behavior.
"Sorry to meet you," he snapped. "Maybe it would have been nice if I hadn't been forced to crawl this far from water for the 'pleasure'."
Saskia rolled her eyes at that, "Mind your manners or I start rolling."

Lady Aria Starstone Aurianna's brows rose at his words, and she leans in close to Nal. "Little Crocodile, be glad I am an Angeni, not, say, a Kalona or a Walker. Such would, at best, hurt you for such a snappish tongue. Instead I simply will say that you could have waited patiently, rather then getting grumpy and stalking over here on your own, if it's so hard for you?"
