Cole put on the gear ad readied himself. "..Well...probably not but its worth a shot right?"
He said as he stretched and took a moment to ready himself before taking off into the woods.

The black haired girl walks up to Jason and just stares at him with uncertain eyes. She then gives him a quick hug whispering, "Thank you," really softly before releasing him. In the entire world the only person she feels is close to her is Jason. Though he may be the closest one to her, it doesn't mean he's close to her. Yumi watches as the trainee with blue-like hair goes into the forest upon return she hears 8 gun shots and approaches him. 8 gun shots are shot (I hope I'm counting correctly >.<) into the air and the drill sergeant walks up to the lad. " You were very fast," states Sasha. " You seem like a fast boy. I believe you may have rushed through that test. Possible. Why don't you try again," says Sasha patting the boy on the back. The drill sergeant looks at the young girl that approaches Cole and smiles. Comrades will always look out for each other.

Alice Wiess The blonde ran into the titan killing training area where she found Cole surrounded by a couple of people. One was a fit male with black short hair parted in the middle of his forehead, and to her surprise had a Russian accent. Another was a shy timid looking female, but she sure had skill with the 3D Maneuver Gear. Last of them, was another male with oddly colored blue hair similar to Zuki's hair style. She was sure they were all wonderful trainees like Cole and had probably already made friends with him. He was a friendly sort of guy and wasn't as lazy as he assumed. There was more to him than strength and power which was love. Even in the darkness places, he would be the one on the other side holding out his hand for you to take.
Once the girl got up to him, she breathed loudly as she rested her hands on her knees bending slightly over. "I...I'm I...took...so long..." Alice stated in between breaths. She let herself relax for a big before holding out the wooden knife she still held onto to. She was in such a hurry that she forgot to put it back where it belonged. "It's a present. My victory is your victory, right?" She smiled hoping he would accept her offering.
Sure it wasn't an ideal present, but its the thought that counts. Her knees finally gave way, but she still held out the weapon. The girl was exhausted, but sitting wasn't going to help her adrenaline decrease any time soon. Hopefully, Cole would do her a favor and assist her even though she didn't expect him too. However, he looked like he was ready to take one of the toughest test in the whole training course. She wished him the best of luck in her mind.

Cole nodded as Sasha spoke as he came back, catching his breath in a few seconds. He was surprised to find the girl who had just passed patting him on the back and smiled a little. "..Alright...I'll give it one more try for today..." He said just before Alice showed up. He smiled and took the knife calmly, looking it over before putting it away and helping her up as she fell, leaning her against the tree. "Sorry for running off, needed to get away from the yells." He said with a small smile before taking a step forward again. "Be back soon." Cole said before taking off.
((xD Yeah you counted right. Counted 10 this time I think *mini fist pump*))

She then watches as she falls back on her behind from exhaustion only for Cole to help her over to a tree to lean on. "Good luck," says Yumi softly as Cole runs in for his test. Meanwhile, Yumi eyes Alice from a distance with a blank look. She then approaches Alice and kneels down beside her remaining quiet. She doesn't look at Alice nor does she do anything else except wait. As if Yumi is forbidden to speak she just sits beside the tired girl. A calm silence engulfs the area only to be broken as 10 gunshots shoot off while Cole exits the forest. Yumi is quick to her feet to congratulate the boy by giving him a slight smile. _ _______________________ _ "......where she and I would have been together and safe?" xxxxxxxx▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅

Alice Wiess Alice smiles at Cole's gentle touch as he leans her against the tree. He proceeds to tell that he needs to leave to take his test, but he will return shortly. The girl nods in understanding waiting patiently for his return. To pass the time, the timid female from earlier took her place by Alice's side. The farmer waited for the girl to take the opportunity to speak first, but when she didn't start the conversation Alice decided to. "Hello, My name is Alice Wiess." She stated simply holding out her cracked and slightly bruised hand. She had to thank the girl properly next for being nice to Cole.
Ten bullets rang through the silence and the girl assumed that indicated that a trainee had passed. She knew Cole would be able to do it since he passed the balancing with the 3D Maneuver Gear test the first time around. She was proud of the young male and hoped he would pass the martial arts exercise just as well.

She took notice to the bruises that color her skin. Yumi hesitates for a moment but then takes Alice's hand in her, being careful not to apply pressure to the bruises, and gives it a slight shake. "Yumi......Yumi Winters," she says softly looking at the ground. Yumi looks back at Jason and then at Alice. Cole relaxed as he landed and smiled at both the girls and the drill instructor before taking off the equipment. He walked over to the two girls and leaned against the tree. "...Thanks for the support girls..." He said with a small smile as he looked over both of them. "...You taking the test now Alice?" He asked before giving the girl he had yet to meet another smile. "Cole Brunel..." He said as he offered his hand.

Upon seeing another girl coming closer and closer to the forest Sasha immediately heads back to the shed and retrieves another set of 3D Maneuver Gear. Upon coming back he sees that Cole is gone and the two girls are sitting next to each other besides a tree. He walks up to Alice and sets the Maneuver Gear besides her. " When you are ready, I'll explain how to put these on and how to use them," he says as he pats the equipment three times. The drill instructor hears 10 gun shots in the air and claps his hands loudly. " He did it!" he says giving a hearty laugh at the end. Sasha watches as Cole immediately takes off the equipment and walks over to the two girls. He raises an eyebrow and walks behind Cole. " You're going to need to keep that gear on most of the time. You might want to get used to lugging it around," he comments looking down at the three.

In her opinion, Alice she wait till her breathing is completely back to normal before putting on the equipment and going to take the test. Cole then looks at her and offers his hand, like Alice had done, and gives her his name. She looks at his hand with a blank stare as if she is not aware of the greeting custom before she gives him her hand. Cole smiled a little as she finally took his hand and he shook it softly a few times before releasing her hand. He put back on the equipment and nodded. "..Right...but I'll probably have to take it off for the test with Miss Stow..." He said, still fearing that day a bit. "...Yumi...weren't you back at that test? I didn't see you take it either, did you?"

Alice Wiess Yumi Winters, is the name of the girl that took her hand. Even though she barely applied pressure to her hand, Alice still flinched form the pain of the new afflictions. The girl wished her luck even though she didn't know she was going to be taking the test so suddenly. However, Sasha, the male instructor for the exercise, insisted that she needed to go right away by bringing her her gear. She sighed as Cole showed to express his gratitude for their support. Alice acknowledged his appreciation before standing up and strapping on the gear. The girl didn't need Sasha's help to because she practiced how to properly strap on the gear by watching soldiers do it around her village.
She patted Yumi and Cole on the shoulders before activating the gear and taking off into the forest without the instructor's consent. The female activated the gun like triggers on the handle which made the bungee cord like coils attach to the nearest tree. Her first wooden titan was spotted right away and she didn't hesitate to go for it. She gripped her swords as tight as she could in hands even though it sent surges of pain throughout her arms. As she neared the foam core neck piece, she whipped her arms back and swung as hard as she could. Her efforts were futile since she only cut half way through the first one's nape. The vibrations from the swords created even more agonizing pain, but she continued with the coarse.
The second one, she had a little more success with because she was able to fully cut the nape. She did so by spinning to gain more speed and velocity to correcting impact the object. Of course, this tactic made her dizzy, but in the end she got at least seven of them. The rules weren't explained to her because she took off so quickly so she might had failed. She dropped down to the ground wobbling a bit in place. The gas from her gear hisses slowly faded as the cords retreated back into their hidden compartments.
Hopefully the officer was took mad about her tenacity before bothering to learn the rules. However, for someone who was afraid of the gear at first did surprising well. Her mind at the moment was focused on the black and white photo she view earlier. Her breathing was raspy as she strolled back over to her teammates and instructor. "I'm sorry, I know I was rash." Gun shots sounded off to announce she was finished

Hannah storms onto the forest grounds and straight up to Alice. By the looks of her face it seems that she has a bone to pick with Alice. The Drill sergeant scans Alice from head to toe and comes to a conclusion that she has passed all of her tests. " Come with me," she says in a bitter tone as she grabs Alice's arm and drags her off to talk to her.

Alice Wiess The girl glanced up into the eyes of her instructor and assumed she was going to be scolded. His facial expression was just a front, however, because he began to laugh after words. Eleven shots later he was congratulating her. He commented on how hard Miss Stow was on the trainees and even though she had to fight the woman she didn't lose respect for him. "She means well, Sir." Her raspy breathing had ceased a little. Suddenly, she realized that Sasha was in the photograph from earlier, but remembered not to mention it. She received the pats on her back with pride as she smiled. "Thank you, sir. Do you want your gear back?"
This time she would allow the man to do his job. Her bright blue eyes stared into the distance becoming lost in thought. The image was starting to bother her, but she had no idea why. She balled her hands into concentrated fist only to wince from the bruises. Hopefully, her companions wouldn't notice how much her body ached and how tired she felt. A thought of losing them stuck her and her face grimaced.
