"No...normally I wander around where I live But since I'm not in that area we can go anywhere." He answered gently. "And yes, I'll show you again next time - next time I'll use it twice for you so you can enjoy it more." As it seemed she had enjoyed his little bit of magic, which really was nice to look at. To see the wonder and joy upon her face was worth draining himself if he could just cast it twice; it was pleasing to see someone enjoy his magic so much.
"Do you have anywhere you stick to..or any places you avoid?" He asked after a moments thought. "We could also just wander...so long as we stay alert." He didn't want a run in with a Nega; and he was fairly sure she didn't either.

"Thank you I appreciate it: the sincerity of her words carried into the tone of her voice, not an ounce of sarcasm to be had. Upon his inquiry her expression shifted momentarily from one of joy to one of contemplation. "Umm.." her lips pursed for a fraction of a second "To be honest I just kind of wander around till I find someone. she admitted with a slight shrug of her shoulders. "The only place I actively try to avoid is the central park where the Shade Queen appeared." Not wanting to give away too many specifics on details she picked her words carefully. "I've been advised by many people to avoid that place." Which was true though she neglected to include details with regards to the more recent encounters involving Thraen. Without a true destination in mind she smiled at him once again "I guess that leaves us with local wandering for tonight and save a new location for next time?" Her reply came as a tentative question-statement of sorts.

"I see...so we can wander together so long as we avoid the park." He said with a nodding of his head. He still remembered the Shade Queen and that had been...a lot to take in. He hoped that, and things like that, were rare to happen. he didn't think he could handle things if fights like that were common place, big battles like that with things going on everywhere, it had just been a lot for him to handle.
"Sounds good. new location each time we go out together to patrol?" He questioned, setting things up for more meetings in the future. Was this how people made friends? He didn't know, he wasn't good at it, but it seemed like this could lead to a friendship of sorts. If it did he'd be happy; she was certainly nice even if she was nothing like his civilian friends.

The way he had worded the question brought a hopeful smile to Acrucis' face. Though she probably shouldn't read too much into it, she couldn't help but hope it was his way of asking her to go on more patrols with him in the future. Nodding her head she replied with a tone of happiness "Sounds like a plan!Turning around in a 360 degree spin, her skirt flared around her as she scanned the roof tops to determine an arbitrary destination. "How about... she looked towards the more residential streets then towards the businesses "We go that way? she suggested pointing a finger towards the smaller family run shops, away from the taller more corporate owned buildings. Turning her attention back onto him she waited for his input.

Hearing her reply he found himself smiling brightly. She sounded...excited about the idea? At least he thought she sounded excited, was he being hopeful? He didn't think so. She sounded happy at the idea of future patrols and time spent together.
The smaller family owned business she was pointing toward, this was noted as he moved to look down at the store fronts in the pointed to direction. Well it was what he was more comfortable with and used to; that was for certain. So when she asked he nodded his head quickly, perhaps a bit too quickly even. "Yes, I'd like to go that way. It's more comfortable and relaxed." They should be safe going that way, and they could enjoy a nice walk.
"Lets go then."

Acrucis felt her blood rush to her cheeks, tinting them a light shade of pink by his excitement. Aside from Delilah she couldn’t think of anyone else that had ever been so eager to hang out with her – it felt nice for a change. Though it was dark out, she wouldn’t be surprised in the slightest if he could see her blushing from where he stood. Regardless, she quite enjoyed his company thus far, a nice reprieve from the heartache and self-depreciation she had been feeling as of late. A soft laugh escaped her lips, not in a mocking manner but rather one of both endearment and joy , as she closed the distance between them and stood beside him ”I’m ready when you are!” With that said she followed him down the street, hoping from rooftop to rooftop avoiding the prying eyes of pedestrians below. Only once they had found a good place to take a break did she speak up again, ”Hey Chaldene? Out of curiosity, how long have you been a senshi?” From what she could tell his power signature mirrored her own – not quite as strong as Thraen and he lacked the butt wings, as she’d heard them called a few times, worn by Tsui, Maia and Ganymede.

Not used to being so social, and making friends, Chaldene was still trying to get used to this senshi thing and making his own friends - especially making his own friends. He hadn't made his own friends in a very long time; he was awkward in this area. it seemed that he was doing well though, better than he'd thought he could, as it seemed he had a new friend.
"Alright, then lets go." And he took the lead and headed down the road from rooftop to rooftop. It was a while, and a good amount of rooftops later, that he decided on a short break for them. He still had to work on better stamina for this sort of thing. Rooftop jumping was very different from walking from his parents home to the hospital where his mother worked, and back home, and took more out of him.
"Me...umm not long at all. I mean maybe since around April or end of March. I remember it was the beginning of spring." he answered. So really not that long, at least not in his mind, he figured it had been a short while when compared to others who had surely been at this far longer than he had been. "You?"

“My first time powering up was actually only a few days before we met.” It seemed like just last week when her own shade fairy had broken into her home and tried to kill her. How long would it be before I’ll be able to cast that memory aside? She wondered to herself. “I guess that means I’m the baby.” Acrucis joked lightly. It’s not like it really bothered her all that much but it did mean she had a slew of questions she’d love to bombard him with, though for now she’d show some restraint and go one at a time. “Have you met a lot of people like us?” She asked inquisitively.

"Was it? Mine was a while back." He spoke rather quickly. Biting down on his bottom lip as he thought back on it, it had been an interesting night. It had been rather normal, perhaps even boring, until he'd met that talking cat.
"Perhaps, but I - I feel like one also." He answered and shrugged a bit, the movement hesitant and a bit shaky. He really wasn't all that confident or sure of himself - he'd never been really. He wasn't food with a lot of things really.
"N-no...but I've met a few. Ummm I can always introduce you at some point - I mean if you want." He stated and the end of it, the last few words, were blurted out rather quickly as if to amend something, or apologize for something? "We can always help each other I guess..."

"I'd like that" Acrucis smiled reassuringly. She was actually truly happy that he had offered to introduce her to new people because it meant two things: Firstly, she got to expand the number of people she knew and they in turn could ask her for help if they ever needed a heal; and two, it meant she got to meet up with him again, something she knew Phact wouldn't complain about since the Senshi of Doves was already wary of her powering up and going out alone as it was. "That is, only if it's not too much trouble." She added tenatively since he seemed a bit hesitate about offering to begin with. I hope he wasn't just asking out of obligation or because the thought it was something I'd want to hear. Worried that might be the case she paused on the corner rooftop at 9th and Bowden just across the street from where one of the buildings kiddie-corner to where they were currently standing was apparently being renovated. "I wonder what's going on here?" A question asked out loud though she could have swore it remained a thought.

"No! No trouble." he stated shaking his head in an effort to assure her of this. He didn't mind helping her out, in what little ways he could. He would get her to meet the few senshi he knew and that might help her in the future, who knows. It paid, as he was finding out, to know others who were involved in the war as well.
"I don't know...we jump down and power down and go find out - if you want?" He asked with a tilt of his head and a questioning in his green eyes. "What do you say? Come down with me and we can find out what's going on?" He asked offering her a hand.

"Sure" She shrugged her shoulders in a 'why not' motion then added "Though I think we should probably remained powered just in case there are any street cameras around to catch us changing."
Acrucis tilted her head to the side motioning to the building with a look of 'shall we' spread across her features before stepping off the side of the building and landing rather gracefully on the concrete sidewalk below. No cars were around nor pedestrians walking their pets so it was probably safe enough to meander about on street level with minimal chance of being caught.
"Hmm," The Senshi of Prayer crossed her arms as she read the plans that were zip tied to the scaffolding behind the chain linked fence "It looks like they're going to be opening up a tea shop soon.

"We could see if there is a place we can hide so we can. Cause I mean some people think we're terrorists and I don't want either of us in such danger." He didn't fancy the idea of a mob deciding it was a good idea to chase them, like some angry pitchfork wielding mob of old, while someone or several someones called the cops on them. That was a whole thing he'd very much like to avoid. One person seeing them could scream loud enough to alert others and a mob could surely form quickly and what was a normal quite evening could turn very loud and hostile quickly.
Following after the blue haired female he landed next to her and stood up straight. "That wasn't too bad." A little jarring but not bad. Perhaps though with no one in sight they might be safe? He didn't like the risk but...but maybe he'd take the risk right now. So he did remain powered up as he followed at the others side and read over the paper as well. "That's interesting, I've seen one small one at the mall - I wonder if it's the same one. Teavana I remember it was called."

"I don't know, I don't see a name on the board. It might be." Acrucis shrugged her shoulders and offered a lopsided grin. "Maybe we should check it out once it opens up?" An offer to meet up during the day time to scope out the place didn't seem like a bad idea.
Just as she turned around, the illuminated clock above the book store caught her eye. "Oh crap..." she spoke upon an exhale; her face looked like she'd seen a ghost. "I didn't realize it was so late, I am so sorry Chaldene. I hate to run I truly do but I need to get home soon." It was already almost 1 and she had to be up at 7o'clock AM for school.

"Yes, that would be a good idea - I'd like it in fact." He said nodding his head and smiling. He was still nervous but the idea of spending more time with a fellow senshi did appeal to him a lot. he wanted to get to know other senshi and not just as a senshi but he wanted to make friends with them, he wanted to be able to go to them as a civilian or a senshi and call them a friend and mean it like he did with the friends he already had as a civilian.
"It's ok - it is late." He answered while looking at the clock also. "You should go, please be safe on your way home." He didn't want her to get hurt or something on her way home, he would feel guilty if such happened. "I'll see you again soon." And with a quick clap to the shoulder he turned and took off as well, he should be getting back to Tsui's as well.
