Riley was surprised at the dark haired girl's reaction to him. Was he that frightening? His hand went to his face. Was his make up a bit off or something?? He frowned slightly and had just been about to offer her a hand when she stood up on her own and backed away. "Sorry for scaring you... My name is Riley," he said, more normally and less overly enthusiastically, doing his best not to be scary, "and you are...?"
He smiled, turning to look at the other light haired girl. "Wow, are you liking it here so far?" he asked, his eyes trailed over to her hair, "ohh, you have such pretty hair..." Riley reached out and stroked the other girl's hair without another thought.

 Selene Intarisha ☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲ Selene was fin, though she didn't quite trust herself to be able to talk right now. She was taking deep slow breaths in an effort to make herself calm down. One she thought she could, she opened her mouth to answer Lilly's question, only to get stopped by Riley talking. She bit her lip, then mumbled very quietly, "I-i-it's o-o-okay.." She hugged her book to herself and looked at the brown-haired girl nervously, still a bit scared. Seriously, couldn't that girl have made a little more noise to warn them that she was there?! She slowly said in an even smaller oice than before that was barely loud enough for her to hear, "I-i-I'm s-s-s-Selene.." She was shaking slightly as she took a couple more unsteady steps backwards, this time being careful not to trip over anything. ☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲

"Nice to meet you," Riley said, glancing over to Selene, a bit worried as she seemed to be nervous. How would he get her to stop being so scared of him? What did he do to her anyways??? "...Sorry...?" he said a bit uncertainly, then decided to push that thought aside for the time being and nodded in response to Lilly's question.
"Yep!" he replied, "I just got here, I don't even have a dorm or anything!" Riley laughed a bit sheepishly, fidgeting a little. His wig feeling kind of itchy but he couldn't exactly fix it right now. Not when he just got a compliment on it too. "So," Riley said, changing the subject, "were you two going to go anywhere? Go explore or something?"

Selene Intarisha ☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲ Selene nodded and curtsied a little to Riley, then watched her talking to Lilly. She cringed a little at the apology.. She felt like she should be the one apologizing, but she just stayed quiet. Something the brown-haired girl would probably realize soon was that she was a scaredy-cat. It didn't take much to make her very afraid of someone, but as long as it was nothing serious, she could get over it. Eventually. She started fidgeting when they got to the subject of whether or not they were going to go somewhere.. She honestly had no idea. But exploring did sound like it could be interesting.. "So it's settled then!!" Riley said, clapping his hands together in the girlish way he had seen girls do before. "Where should we go first," he wondered aloud, starting to ramble off, "the café, the amusement park, the beach..." He trailed off as he got the image of girls in bikinis in his head.
Riley shook his head, clearing his thoughts. "...So?" he said questioningly. He looked over to Selene and noticed that she seemed to be afraid. "...Come on, it'll be fun, Selene!" he said with a smile, taking her hand in attempt to comfort her, "what are you worrying about?"

She jumped a little when she was addressed again, then seemed to shrink into herself a bit, almost like she was trying to look smaller than she was. When her hand was suddenly grabbed, she flinched visibly. What was she afraid of? Clearly she was afraid of almost everything, but she couldn't say that. "N-n-nothing i-I g-g-guess.." And she was now thinking that she was going to be dragged along when the other two girls went exploring.. Already in his mind, Riley was set on going to the beach. But was that really a good idea? He couldn't exactly wear a girl's bathing suit now could he...? "Beach!!! We can play in the sand and splash around~" he said decisively with a wide grin, forgetting about Selene being worried.
Riley tugged on Selene's hand, barely able to control himself from just running of in the direction of the beach. "Shall we go? Now? Now? Now??" he asked, looking to Lilly, excited, his eyes shining like a little kid on Christmas day. Two pretty girls to go to the beach with? Who could resist that?

She stumbled forward a little when the brown-haired girl started tugging on her hand. She wasn't the strongest person around, as one would now realize. She wasn't sure she wanted to go.. She probably would just go sit somewhere with her book, but she didn't say anything. They both seemed set on going to the beach and she was just a bit too timid to protest to being dragged along. ☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲☄✲

And by sights, he did not only mean the ocean... Unfortunately, she couldn't just pull her hands free, so she literally got dragged along as the other two girls headed for the beach. Given the choice between following them on her feet or trying not to and falling over, she opted to go with them without putting up much resistance. She flinched at the yell the brown-haired girl let out, then looked at her in confusion. Was it her imagination, or was that girl's hair.. Slipping a bit??
