He looked up, glaring, before he too kicked up and landed on the beams, thought slightly less perfectly centered as Thraen and a bit more concerned. Wolframite held his hands a moment, before stepping to the center where he was more comfortable. Being half-blind did not make you 100% confident where you would land.
With their new area, Wolframite desummoned his weapon. It wouldn't do him much good up here, and the beam wasn't wide enough to handle a full field of flowers.
"Oh yeah. You're famous endurance. I'm really impressed. Say, loosing some blood there. Just tell me when you get woozy. Wouldn't want you to accidentally slip and have that big head of yours crack on the pavement below." He said with a smile.
Moving quick up the beam towards the senshi, he went for a side kick, hoping to hit the cut he had created before.

Thraen's eyes lit- Yes. Now.
He didn't need a whole field. The man-shoulder width of the bridge beam was more than enough, before him for feet along it and behind himself. It was enough for the greater vines of his second magic- those that made not just flowers, but sought-climbed-reached up their victims and pulled them, bound them. Coiled blooms and living trestle to catch that which walked, flew or tumbled about as it pleased. Plants like ropes given will and malice enough to hold his enemy.
And this time, it was the General leaping. "Thraen Perennial Planting! "
The magic burst out, seeds following the last of his controlled breath just as the kick contacted and threw the super senshi skidding back into the vertical beam, robbing him of the rest of the breath and spattering blood along the beam at his back.
How it Works - Thraen folds his hands together like holding a butterfly, the opens hands and they are full of seeds. He blows over them, dispersing the seeds. Hundreds of vined flowers spring up, growing and blooming magically. Their scent causes those who stand near them to fall asleep, while the vines grasp up and bind them Range - The patch of vines and flowers that grows is a 12 ft radius around Thraen Duration - The flowers bloom in the post he casts them. If allies and enemies do not get at least 10 ft away from the flowers, they fall asleep like Dorothy in Wizard of Oz. The sleep lasts for 15 seconds. The vines, however, last until the flowerpatch vanishes, and they hold a person down, bound among the flowers. The patch lasts for 20 seconds before vanishing. Damage Summary - Someone might get a bruise from falling over. Weaknesses - If someone doesn't stay near them long enough, they don't fall asleep and get tangled. If people hold their breath, wear a breathing mask, or cover their mouth and nose with wet cloth can avoid the scent as well. Once a person has fallen asleep in one flower bed, they cannot be affected by that bed again. Only a separate bed would affect them. This is an AoE (area of Effect) spell that effects allies as well as enemies. Frequency of Usage - Twice a battle.

He grinned wide at seeing the other smack into the wall, but he knew the shout and turned to cover his mouth, but was stuck with a sudden realization. He had called something different out, and seeing the vines start to move, knew that this was not the same attack.
It was another stage attack.
Not able to go on anything other than the sleeping flowers from before, he kicked back for distance and covered his mouth with his hand, only to be gripped from all sides and slammed down. He moved to get up, summoned his weapon, but it was all too late now. He felt them wrap about his midsection, his chest, and pin his arms. He had only managed to get halfway to standing before he was rooted to the spot, and the flowers made his head thick with the heavy scent of perfume.
A small '********' was uttered under his breath, but aside from that, all he could do was grit his teeth and try to struggle against the vines. He had to move. he had to get out, but he knew if he summoned his youma, he wouldn't be able to stand on such a narrow beam. His hand gripped his crystal, and he called out. If he didn't, he would his neck snapped - if that was what the senshi intended - or worse. Taken. The idea sent a quick panic in his system that caused him to struggle further.

Thraen straightened himself as the General's first struggles ensued. It had all been expensive, but it had worked. He had caught himself the General. He pulled at the end of the rope on his left forearm, and the thing uncoiled to reveal the mystery of its shape- a perfectly tied and traditional Hangman's Noose.
"About that 'Yet', General. Not hit, Execution."
He crossed the beam with ease, hours since his dates with Alexandre spent at the ropes course learning to balance better, and secured the noose around the little neck. Knot on the left back. He was fairly sure he had the calculations right as it looked like a good fit. "Murder among many other things. What others cannot do- "
Seconds passing, watching the flowers slowly vanish, leaving only the vines holding him, he tied the rope off to the bridge. "-I will champion. Go to your chosen god."
As the magic started to give way, the fading of the vines to keep the General placid, Thraen kicked the small youth off the trestle into free air.

Bismuthite had been on his way to what he knew to be one of Wolframite's usual stomping grounds, his journey hastened when he began to feel the slightest signature of order laced with chaos, when he'd gotten the communication. After that it took only keen eyes and a quick teleportation.
Trusting Wolframit's reflexes, Bismuthite swooped in and, with his own bladed weapon, cut the rope as the senshi was kicking Wolframite off the bridge, and in quick succession aiming to ram the senshi while he had the momentum going, staring him down there after with searing heat, a rosey-pink venom, in his eyes and the wind billowing his coat and the silvery hair that shown beneath his cowboy hat.
He then lifted his blade - his knuckles white as he gripped its gun-shapped hilt - and held it between himself and the senshi, staring down it like a hunter with a gun. Bismuthite needed no words - his threat was clear as he waited for Wolframite to hoist himself back up......

The tensed as he felt the rope appear, preplanned, and the realization that this had been a trap. Again, he had fallen blindly into a trap, but this time he wasn't going to be taken. This time, he was going to be killed. He didn't plea for him to reconsider. He knew that the senshi had seen him take a life, and this was the result of Wolframite not being more aware. He made a mistake, and it was a fatal one. The only thing that deeply twisted with regret inside of him was Bismuthite.....Billy....and all that was left unsaid and would be left unsaid once his body was found. He would make the man worry when he didn't show home, and then there would be the phone call. One to Billy. One to his mother. Sadly, Billy probably would be the last to be called. He wasn't officially married in any sort of way or tied to him. He should have gotten a will or something stupid like that.
As he was kicked, he saw the dark waters rush below him, before he felt the sharp snap to his neck. His head screamed, body twisted as it whipped up and then dropped, swinging wildly. Lights flashed around his eyes and his vision darkened completely before returning in a grayed fog as he struggled at the noose with his bare hands, his weapon having already fallen down to the waters below.
He gasped and the rope tighten against his neck, twisting and pressed against his Adam's Apple. He tore into his flesh to try and wiggle his fingers free, grabbing the rope above to try and loosen the grip, but he continued to gasp for air that didn't come.
Above, the shapes blurred, until he felt something slack and he was falling again. He reached out, grabbed, and felt the barest threads of the rope in his fingertips. Not a full hold, as he felt the end threads in his palm, but just barely.
His hands were shaking, and he reached up to his neck, clawing to breath. His vision continued to darken and the wind kicked at him, making his fingers raw with the chill as he tried to hold on. It wouldn't last long. Not like this.

Thraen had felt the vague closing of another aura on the outskirts of his awareness, but his focus had been decidedly on the task at hand. And then he regretted all the more the lack he'd given it in the important passing seconds - it was another General.
Whom he got a brief, blurred look at for their first, and painful introduction as he was sent flying back into that same vertical beam, leaving another criss of blood across it and feeling ribs along his back strain. He couldn't straighten, too much seized for the moment in his torso. Apparently someone had called in the cavalry. "You have a choice, General."
I've used a lot of magic, and I've been bleeding a good bit. I don't have enough to take on a second general- I didn't have enough for the first except for being clever. Thraen had considered the eventuality of if he'd gotten the noose wrong- it was going to be another gamble to use that preparation as a plan. He pulled the mariner's rope knife from its stash in his dumb bouquet, but he didn't lunge for the the new-come General blazed with strange fury. Thraen went for the knot he'd secured on the bridge, tearing it free in a motion as he would have if it had looked like to take hours to properly hang the small enemy.
"Hypothermia comes fast in winter." Here's to hoping they're good friends, with a face like that.
Is that a gunblade? Seifer?

If looks could kill then Thraen would have lost not only his life, but several reincarnations as well, for in that moment, as Wolframite's rope was cut again, Bismuthite felt his heart leap and his rage swell. With an angered shout he blindly swung his blade at the senshi as he leapt down from the beams and to the bridge, across, then alongside the waters, not yet knowing how he would save Wolframite, but desperately trying to come up with the plan.
"Fanhir - pursue the senshi"
He'd leave Thraen to the youma. Of course, Fanhir could have taken that as any senshi, but there was only one order signature close by... as if Thraen didn't have enough reason to run...

He didn't get how people could jump off bridges. There was no ease in falling, but the panic that you couldn't stop. His breathing was short, and he pulled at the rope, and took a breath. Just one, before the daggers and broken glass tore through him as his body reacted to the chill waters.
It was dark, with no sign of where up exactly was, and he tumbled in the current as every part of his body shot with pain from the cold. He felt him turn over and over and he wasn't sure if he was up or down, but all he wanted as air and warmth and to be alive. If his vision went in or out, he didn't know through the pitch darkness and cold, and he swam blinding as he was thrown about in the rushing water before he popped out of the water and swam, calling out. All energy was drained to the physical torture his body was in, and the only thing he could do was try and stay afloat and breath. His body tried to lock, shivering, and he tried to summon his youma in some desperate act to save him - but either Argawain was still not responding or he just didn't have the power in him.
He sank back in the water again, reintroduced to hell, before popping back up again, gulping down mouthfuls of polluted, ice water and coughing. He had to get to the shore. He had to make it, but as he made out the twinkling lights of the pier, he knew it was far, but he tried anyways.
He tried......before he sank back down again.

Why are they so fast- it wasn't actually a question as the General's parting swipe caught him by surprise across the cheek and descending with the jump to his collar before they were too much apart. He could feel a divide in his lower lip.
He didn't have time to process what would have been his second question before he already had an answer to 'what is a Fanhir' - some sort of eye-burning pink fluffy goo-dog-thing. A youma, without question, and it was coming right for him. Thraen straightened with adrenaline to push against the pain in his ribs, and shifted into a sprint along the bridge structure.
Not a general in the first place, not a second general after that, and certainly not a Youma after that. Not there where double trouble could easily come after him as a pair if he stuck around trying to fight the thing, whether he managed to dust it or not. Time to play traffic leap frog or something until I can lose this thing. Almost. I had him. Almost-
The words repeated in his mind as he ran.

against all odds, and against his better judgement - because damn it if he didn't know better than to strain his own body and energy by doing so much teleporting - Bismuthite freaken saved his Wolfy. emotion_donotwant If only by sheer will power at best, they ended up back at the docks, but neither had the strength to maintain their powered forms. Lucky Fanhir had chased the senshi off and no one was around to see...
Out of breath, and fairly soaked as well, Billy with a shaky hand grabbed his phone from his jacket pocket, while holding Ladon close with the other. Praying that the phone wasn't too water damaged, Billy dialed a number.
There were few people he could have called, and Ladon could kill him for it later, but Ladon's mother would soon be there to pick them up.
Billy's mind raced. How was Ladon? What did they do now? Home? Hospital? What was their cover story? Dear LORD why was his head pounding?
((aaaand from there I guess I get to make a reg RP for Ladon and Billy))
Fanhir pursued, but soon caught another senshi's power signal and his attention was diverted, allowing Thraen's escape.
