From within the pit she threw the flag and found the next tile had a shark pit as well.

One more tile and they'd let her go.
But that tile had poison darts that shot up from the ground.

Attempt 5Now there were at least 3 death hunters trying to talk her out of it, but Chel was made of tougher stuff than them.

Seeing as she was feeling rather offput by the bear trap, Chel decided to use her flag. It didn't help much, since the tile she threw it on was completely silent. A flag wasted, but at least she knew where to move now. Status Step: 4 HP: 20/40 Flags: 0 Instinctive moves: 0
