Kelina nodded her head. Nibby certainly was the most rambunctious of the two sprites but she seemed to calm down with the food. Maybe she was just hungry. The little sprite had finished the soup Sauron had given her quickly, furthering Kel's idea that the little sprite was hungry, she leaned back, her little tummy protruding more than it had been before as she made happy chittering sounding noises. "I think she was just hungry. She seems to have settled down so maybe she just gets a little irate when she wants food." She got a look from the sprite just about then that looked almost pouty which made Kelina think she was on the right track. "I know what you mean. I can't wait to see what she has to say either. If she doesn't know anything, I think I remember meeting a friend of hers who brings her animals to tame sometimes."
Kelina finished up what was in her bowl not long after Sauron did. Like her little sprite's, her tummy was full to bursting as well. She stretched her arms out a little, and slouched more in her seat, but still in a very lady like way. "I haven't been up to much. Now that Lasarra's leg has healed a lot of stress is gone. I met, well, saved, an interesting Alkidike the other day. She had decided that a wild Radaku would make a nice thing to hug and ended up in a tree with an angry Radaku below her." Kelina looked back at that with a laugh. The poor girl had been naive but she would learn.

"Even I'm not that brave yet, was she trying to be a beast charmer too? I had thought about being one for a minute, but I still want to be like my family and carry on the tradition of superb riders, were your parents also archers?"
"I'm glad to hear she is okay, what happened to Lasarra's leg? Getting treed by grouchy Radaku is never a fun way to spend time, unless you are somewhat crazy and obsessed with Radaku like me, I love watching them, imagining they might be the Radaku I want."
Naka hiccuped and curled around her bowl for a nap. "Looks like a full stomach mellows everyone out, I don't blame Nibby for being a little grouchy when hungry."
Sauron pushed his spoon around the table.

"Lasarra was going hunting with me, we were getting dangerously low on meat supplies for the animals so we thought we could bring in a bigger haul with the two of us going. I was in a tree with my bow and Lassara hid on the ground with her weapon. The plan was that I shoot it and Lasarra would be there to give it a quick death if it wasn't instantaneous. Well...I...my arrow missed it's mark and Lasarra reacted too fast and too slow at the same time. My second arrow came too late as the radaku got her leg with it's claws." Kel sighed and looked away, ashamed that she had failed in her job to protect her sister. It was still a soft spot for her and it pained her deeply that Lasarra had gotten hurt because she hadn't been good enough.
Nibby decided it was time for her to be sweet like her sister and went to where the sad earthling had set her hands upon the table and grabbed her pointer finger between her small sprite hands in a very comforting manner. This earned a sad smile from Kelina but a smile none the less. With a small shake of her head, she offered Sauron a happier smile. "The alkidike, whos name is Vyn'dali, had been told that they were much gentler. I think she learned her lesson though."

Sauron noticed the smile and the sad countenance that graced her adorable face, maybe the sprite had the right idea, slowly he reached forward like he was indeed petting a Radaku and warmly grasped her hand. "Its not your fault, accidents happen, and now she will have a scar to tell stories about." Her hand felt so small, delicate and good, he thought he would explode right on the spot. He kept his hand there, enjoying the electrified feeling that it gave him.
"I wonder what dunce told the poor alkidike that, her wounds were not too deep were they?" He was worried but if it were really bad Kelina would be working over her or transferring her to a healer. A muscle under his eye twitched. That was new, he thought, she had such a great effect over him he was a little stunned.

Kelina's smile grew when Sauron took her hand, as well as the blush on her face. His encouragement was taken to heart, though she would never fully forgive herself for letting that happen. "Be that as it may, I've started training more." She liked the way his hand felt on hers, it was big, and comforting, Kelina wished they could stay like that forever. Kel made no move to move either of her hands but her smile was significantly happier.
"Luckily, Vyn had made it to the trees before any harm could be done. She seemed like a sweet girl, a bit naive but she'll learn things in time. Sometimes you just have to get yourself into trouble to learn things." With that thought, Kelina wondered what kind of trouble she and Sauron could get into together, of course it was the harmless kind.

"I was wondering, if you know, if you had some spare time, if you would come with me to help me pick a Radaku from those in the forest, I think if I do some proper observing of the one I choose that will make the training much easier."
He almost swallowed his tongue, the way he was stammering and blushing made it sound almost like a date, but technically wasn't this a supper date. His thoughts buzzed like lightning through his head while something deep inside was very content to ignore all the babble and just sit there in bliss.
"I',m sure Vyn has learned not to hug strange creatures, at times it is smart to examine things for yourself." Like how pretty your tiny hands are, he mentally sighed at himself.

Kelina couldn't help but blush even more. And as if Nibby could sense both of their feelings, she made a little kissy face at Sauron before sticking out her tongue at him to go back to hugging Kel's finger. Kel, thankfully, didn't see the little sprites display of affection and just looked at Sauron from under her eyelashes. "I'd really like that, Sauron. And even if I didn't have spare time, I'd always make time for you." A surprised look was on her face as she couldn't believe that she had just said that. Her blush deepened and she looked away shyly.

Yup he was 99% sure his face was now on fire. "That means alot to me Kelina" he said, raising an eyebrow at her little imp. Naka of course noticed this and flew over to walk across their joined hands and scold the crap out of her evil twin sister.
That made Sauron grin and in a flash of fiery courage, he brought Kelinas hand up and kissed it. Inside he was freaking out but on the outside he glowed true to his shifter tribe. Naka sent sent a slanty eyed look at him. Stiffling a gigglefit. Well at least she hadn't made the kissy kissy face at him.

Kelina's face turned as red as Sauron's face, leading her to believe that not only did he feel the same about her, but that it was just as intimidating to him as it was nerve-wracking to her. She looked away shyly, her eyes going to the little Naka who was sending Sauron a sort of glare. Her heart seemed to double its pace. Her hand seemed super sensitive and the place where his lips had met her hand seemed warmer than her blushing face. "Sauron...I...never mind..." She didn't have the bravery that Sauron had just showed to tell him how she felt. Nibby seemed intrigued by her sudden pause and turned her face up to look at Kelina. When the sprite realized that Kelina wasn't going to say any more. She began poking her with a finger from each of her right hands causing Nibby to get a glare of her own.

Well now what to do. He let her hand go, reluctantly and fed Pall some food. The fish swirled in delight and floated near the top of his bowl. "Saved him from a pond before he was sushi." He laughed, remembering that day. "there was a huge pack of Radaku but none that looked ..right. I don't know how to explain it, my family before me just knew when they saw which was to be their mount later on. I'm worried I'm decrepit in that respect."

Kelina tried to hide the frown that came with Sauron letting her hand go, she wasn't sure if she was successful or not but it didn't matter since he stood to feed his fish. "I'm sure he is the luckiest fish who ever got saved from Radaku." As if a fish could be anything but lucky for being saved. She stood and went over to where the bowl was. "Don't worry, I'm sure you'll find yours. You may just be a late bloomer. It took me forever to decide that I wanted to go into archery. Maybe since you've chosen to be a rider, you just have to wait for it to choose you....you know?" Kelina didn't know if she made any sense or not, but she hoped it was comforting. Nibby decided to follow her but instead of riding on her shoulder like Kelina expected her to, she landed on her head and made herself right at home. At least it seemed that the sprite would stay with her. After rocking awkwardly on her heels for a moment and with a glance outside, she noticed how dark the sky was getting, Lasarra would probably be home by now. "Let me know when you go out next, or make soup again. Thank you, it was really good." But instead of giving him a hug, she leaned over and planted a kiss right on his cheek before darting out. Nibby could be heard protesting as the shifter made her exit.

Sauron nodded at her then sat in shock when she kissed him. He felt excitement bloom in his chest. Naka tisked and shook her tiny head as if to say "You really didn't see that coming did you?"
She liked him, she wanted to help him find his Radaku, and she had kissed him, he pressed a palm to the spot. Okay breathe please Sauron, don't forget to breathe. He smiled radiantly at Naka and did a little jig. She looked at him like he was hopeless, but he didn't care.
