Thankfully she could catch a breather this time. Stormy bent over and caught her breath, glad once again that this wasn't her real body being used.

She actually thought she had a chance this time, dancing form tile to tile. But just as the last time she had almost made it, one wrong step sent the spring-loaded tile off, which in turn sent her packing.

She was ready to take another explosion, or whatever trap laid ahead this time. She was surprised to find herself staggering to the other end instead.
Breathe.
And Stormy did, doubling over and covered in sweat and singes from the lasers that had burned her shield. She'd lost track of what attempt this was but finally, finally she'd done it. And possibly desensitized herself to being blasted, bitten, burned, and beaten too while she was at it . . .
Time to clean up and find Lance.
