Gyuri couldn't help but to feel relieved when Eira jumped in and helped him, chatting up the customer that would have likely been talking to him about the skins were it not for her help. She was a kind woman, wasn't she? Even talking about how the skins here of the highest quality. It was the truth, of course, his father would never sell anything but the best, but it was still kind of her to say so without knowing his father. At the same time he supposed that if her father was a hunter too she would probably be able to spot quality stuff. Standing back he watched as she continued to talk with the man, calling to Gyuri to attest to the quality of the skins and he gave jolt before saying, "Ahh... yes, they are the best there is." He said, swallowing hard after saying so many words.
He was glad when the attention was off him once more and back onto the far prettier Eira. He He sighed in relief and watched as she gathered a few people around with her friendly sales pitch, and soon enough she was actually selling things. The prices seemed rather good, getting various crystals in exchange for the skins. He would almost guess that she was setting the prices high, enough so that when the men haggled the prices down she was still getting a rather good deal. Each time a skin was trade off she would hand the crystals over to Gyuri to hold onto. Not as though there was much of a chance of anyone wanting to take it from him given that he was like he was. They would be more likely to try to steal from her... though he couldn't quite see that happening, the men that came to these things were rather good men after all for the most part. No reason to worry about her... though he blamed the fact that she put in charge of security that had him thinking about such overly protective things.
As the three men that had gathered left with their purchases, he couldn't help but to stare at Eira in surprise, "Wow." He said, unable to figure out anything else to say at this moment but that. She was quite a saleswoman, it was something that made him think that she would be all that much more amazing of a troupe leader. If she could send skins so easily surely she could also sell people on her show, just as she'd sold him on his job and on wanting to see 'She Who Never Wakes'. She was a good talker, something that made him believe in her that much more.

There was a part of Eira that wanted to pat Gyuri on the head for doing such a good job at agreeing with her when she claimed the skins that this booth had to be of the highest quality. What a good boy she thought to herself before her attention went back to the men that were gathering. She would bet anything it wasn't only the skins that had them gathering but she didn't mind, not in the least bit. She was going to be leading a troupe after all, many people would be drawn to her by her looks alone.
After a lot of talking up of the skins, as well as jacking up the prices on them, the haggling began. These men were pretty good but giving that she had seen her father do this a million times she felt that she could hold her own. Not to mention that they seemed to be far more likely to pay her more for the skins they they would be to Gyuri. He was most certainly the brawn before brains sort if only because he looked uncertain about dealing with people. Even when it was just chatting with her it was her doing most of the chatting, wasn't it? No matter, she was a talker and as such didn't mind doing this job. A short while later, a bit of haggling, and a lot of smiling on Eira's part and the men were on their way with their purchases, the crystals being handed over to Gyuri, "Not bad, huh? I help my father out sometimes so this isn't completely out of the realm of my expertise."
Leaning back against some of the skins that were stacked up behind her she asked, "How long will you be working today before we are able to go find Borra?" She asked, wondering how he went about business if he didn't really talk all that much. Maybe if was the guy he had been chatting with earlier that did the talking? Oh! Maybe once he showed up they could leave? Especially if they were able to sell a few more things before the guy came back? He would be so impressed that he would just have to let Gyuri have some time off! With this is mind she set to work more potential customers closer so that they could hear her pitch over why these were the skins they wanted.

"Not bad." Gyuri agreed though he felt that it was far more then that. She was really good at selling things and that was helping him out quite a bit since he really had no idea what he would have done otherwise. Likely stood there stock still while the men robbed him blind by offering him low ball offers that he wouldn't be able to refuse. Having her here had saved him and his family a lot... and in fact really it had helped them out since it had allowed for her to get them a good profit on the skins that she had sold for them. Looking down at the crystals in his hand he couldn't help but to smile. They were valuable, something that would please his father greatly.
Jerking his head in Eira's direction as the woman asked him how long he'd be working today he couldn't help but to stare. How long...? How long, indeed. He really couldn't say, not because of his dislike of talking to but this time but because he really didn't know. How long would his father require him to stand here? Or would he require him to stay if he wasn't going to do anything but stand there and wait for him? He gave a half shrug in response to her question before he watched her turn back to the passersby, calling out to them, continuing to sell to them. Was she trying to help to sell everything so that he would be free to go when his father came back? It would be rather helpful in getting him out of here for sure though there was a lot to sell, he doubted that even Eira could sell it all. Maybe if they did well enough his father would be more willing to let him go for a walk to meet Eira's friend Borra? He sure hoped so.
What felt like an eternity later, which was really only a few sales on Eira's part his father finally reappeared, watching Eira for a moment, before the man turned to Gyuri to give his son a quizzical look. Gyuri glanced at her, back to his father, and said, "She's helping me out." His voice was quiet as he said the words, not wanting to to elaborate more then that. The man glanced between them before he stood back with his son for a time, watching the woman work, both seeming to be equally impressed with the way she was selling the skins off without even having to get up from her comfortable perch.

As the man from earlier arrived, coming to stand next to Eira, the woman gave a happy smile, hopping off her perch, before walking over toward them. Excellent! The other hunter was here, hopefully this one was much more talkative then Gyuri was, bless him. She looked the man over before giving a smile, interested to see that he was a pure Ice Tribesman unlike Gyuri himself. Handing over the crystals that she'd gotten from the men she was selling the skins to she said, "You have some wonderful skins here, it seems that everyone is quite eager to get their hands on them." She complimented the man before glancing over at her guard, deciding to keep the fact that she was trying to steal him away a secret for the moment.
"My name is Eira, my father is a hunter as well and is selling his wares as well today. I was just chatting with Gyuri here, he's quite a nice guy." She started before she said, "I was hoping that I might be able to borrow him for a bit? I need to walk to a friend's house and with my father busy at the moment doing the buying and trading thing I would be heading there alone. Gyuri said he'd come along with me but not until he was done with his work here." She glanced up at the man, giving him her best hopeful look, wanting nothing more then to steal off with Gyuri though it was probably best that she ask first. She didn't want to get Gyuri in trouble with his hunting partner after all. Since she'd done well with selling the skins though surely it would help in her endeavor to steal him away? She sure hoped so at least.

There was a long silence from Gyuri's father, as though the idea of this pretty young woman chatting with his son was beyond his realm of understanding. His son... he didn't really chat, nor did he ever chat with girls, what in the world had happened in the short time that he had been away? Not only had he missed the appearance of this young lady but somehow she'd gone about chatting up his son, selling some of his skins, and otherwise making herself quite useful. could he really deny her such a simple request? Especially when it was one that his son should be doing, that being escorting a girl along to her friend's house. It would be best, to keep her safe, and if she could keep his son chatting... well, maybe he'd have a chance at grandchildren one day?
He nodded his head rapidly, clapping the boy on the back, "Sure! Feel free to borrow him for a time, he's not much of a salesman as it is... which I am sure you have noticed." Of course, or else she wouldn't have had to do that task in his son's place, "Just make sure that he gets here before sun down, he has to help me reload the sled before we head for home. Go on, Gyuri, help your lady friend to her friend's house." He said in an encouraging manner.
Gyuri starred for a moment, looking between the two of them, before giving a soft sigh. He could almost read it on his father's face what the man was hoping for. He wanted to defend himself, to tell the man that he wasn't planning on wooing her and getting her with child on this walk... but decided against it. He didn't want to see as though he were insulting Eira in any manner nor did he want to appear as though he was denying his father grandchildren. It was best that he just go with Eira and flee from this spot where he felt that he was on the verge of keeling over. He didn't want to be starred at by an expectant father any longer, thanks. He gave Eira a hopeful look that caused her to chuckle before taking his arm, leading him away from his father toward what he hoped would safety, "Please forgive him." He murmured quietly once they were out of ear shot of his father, his cheeks coloring once more, hoping Eira hadn't been offended by the man's obvious thoughts.

Eira looked between the two of them, unable to help but to preen a little as the man was suddenly trying to foist his son upon her. Yes, that hadn't taken much at all, had it? She could almost read it on the man's forehead what he was thinking about, though she chose not to comment on it. If anything she should take full advantage since she was wanting some of Gyuri's time after all. She would be able to lead him off so that they could go and meet with Borra now. Excellent! Giving her best smile she said, "You have my thanks, sir, I feel much better about the walk between here and my friend's house now that I have Gyuri to escort me."
Turning her attention to now flustered giant she slid her arm around his, hugging closer to it, before she moved to lead him off. It was easy enough to do, as though he was allowing himself to be saved from the other man's attentions. When he apologized she could only chuckle, "It's quite alright, I somehow bet that my father is hoping for me to settle down too even though he knows of my plans to gather a troupe and travel. It's just not in the cards for me at the moment... so no falling in love with me, got it?" She teased him before the two of them continued onwards. It was time to find Borra, and if she woke up his sister as well, to recruit the two of them to her troupe to be! Now that she got a man that was both a guard and a hunter they were on the right track if you asked her! Now all she needed was more performers!
She felt that she was on the right track though, surely Borra would want to come along with them after all, right? At least she really felt that it would be possible to lure him away! She just had to figure out his weak spot just as she had Gyuri, wouldn't it be nice if it was something similar she thought as the two of them headed toward Borra's place.
