Shang stood with Ida, trying to make sure she didn't fall, but allowing her to do it on her own as much as she could. He also needed to gage and see if she would actually be able to walk to nearest med center, though he prefer to take her to the hospital where he worked. To Dr. Adams who he trusted.
He turned, grabbing hold of his weapon, " the nearest hospital is more a med center. I'd rather take you to the hospital where I work, but its not close and neither is my car."
He pulled his weapon free and banished it feeling unworthy of the Asclepius, one of the healer symbols of medicine. It made his heart ache that he defiled the rod, twice now, thought the first time was on his clone, not exactly a bloody end like now.
He knelt down and closed the captains eyes, "next go round we'll make sure you starseed isnt corrupted. You'll be the knight you we're meant to be." He rose and turn to Ida, going over to her and placing a hand on her shoulder, "okay, where to?"

The young senshi wavered a little where she stood. So very tired... But there was still so far to go before she could rest. She could hear Shang moving around behind her, but she refused to look, instead closing her eyes as she tried to summon up a hidden reserve of strength. A hand falling on her shoulder jolted her out of it and she jumped a little, letting out a sigh.
"I don't care... wherever you think is good. We just need to get there... We could maybe call one of my team. They'd come pick us up along the way or something. It wouldn't be the first time Chaonis carried me when I was injured." She said softly. "Lead on. I'll do my best."
Ida wasn't sure how far she would get, but she would try. Hopefully she wouldn't pass out along the way and completely embarrass herself.

Shang turned in time to catch Ida waver and frowned and when she jumped at his light touch, he put his arm around her shoulder and gave her a quick hug. "Relax, everything okay now."
He sighed and smiled, "I'd prefer Destiny City memorial, call one of you team if you like. Chaonis, that actually sounds familiar. I think he came to one of Maia's training sessions. Call him, but I can carry you if that's okay. It will be faster and I can take the roof tops."
He extended his arm, "here come on, put your arm around my shoulder and I'll lift you up, then we can go up to the roof tops and head to my car. I'll try not jostle you to much okay."

Ida offered Shang a small smile as he hugged her again, finding comfort in it.
"I know." She said softly. Relaxing was all she could do at the moment, though it went no farther than her body. Her mind would be a jumble for a while, she suspected, and later she would have to deal with the mess this night had left behind. She didn't want to face it right now, it was just too much emotion for her frazzled nerves.
When he offered to carry her, the eternal senshi blushed red, but nodded solemnly, stepping close to wrap her good arm around his neck. Being carried was embarrassing, but what was the saying...?
If you can't walk, crawl. If you can't even do that... find someone to carry you.
Maybe now was a good time to be carried, and it wouldn't even be the first time. Ida thanked the gods that she had friends she could count on to be there when she needed them... even as much as she might regret the events that forced them to.
"Okay, Shang... and don't worry about jostling me. I'm strong." Even if she didn't feel like it sometimes.

Shang lifted Ida into his arms and gave a nod at her saying she was strong, he knew that, of course, but bruises, sprains and broken bones hurt all the same. Not to mention, an extra bit to focus on would keep his mind away from what had just transpired. He'd killed a man, no a boy, surely Shang was older than the captain and not only that he had to leave the other lying in a pool of blood all alone to be found by some unsuspecting person.
With Ida in his arms, making sure to have a good hold on her, he jumped up to the roof tops and started off running jumping from rooftop to rooftop going back to where he knew he parked his car, tucked away on a little side street. He didn't say much, aside from the occasional, 'you okay?' He was far more focused on getting to their destination and it didn't take long before the car was in sight a silver Acura SUV.
"My cars just down there," he said getting ready to jump down, "the hospital isn't to much further either. A five or 10 minute drive from here. Maybe while I'm driving you can tell me what happened."
He jumped down and gently set Ida on her feet before sighing and powering down. He could get out of his car, at his job, not himself.

The journey was made in relative silence, the senshi gritting her teeth and closing her eyes to suffer through the bumps and jostles. Shang did well to treat her gently, but a small bit of discomfort couldn't be avoided. Everything just seemed to blend together into a red stream of pain and exhaustion, so that when they finally reached his car she was startled out of her semi-concious state.
She felt so cold, standing there next to his car as he powered down. Cold and tired and hurting so badly... but there was nothing she could do about it. The pain would stop when it stopped and not before... and that stopping point was probably at the hospital. Ida waited for him to unlock the car before she pulled the handle, but paused there.
"Do you want to lay down a blanket or something... I think I might be bleeding and I don't want to ruin your seats." She said softly as she leaned against the door frame. What a stupid thing, worrying about ruining his car at a time like this... but it was still something to think about. Getting it cleaned would be expensive and a blood stain was hard to pass off to a curious viewer.

Xander looked momentarily confused at the blanket comment before Ida had said she might be bleeding, but he shook his head. "It's okay. No one will question it and it can be cleaned or replaced." He walked to the door and opened it for Ida. "Get in, what most important now is getting you fixed up, don't worry about anything else mkay. Everything else is trivial."
He held out a hand to help her into the car before heading around to the driver side and starting the car up. He didn't even bother with the seatbelt before he pulled off and was driving to the hospital, going a little over the speed limit but nothing to serious. He certainly didn't want to be pulled over.
"We're almost there, its not to far now, just a few minutes and we can get you all fixed up."

Ida still felt bad about his car, but she didn't have the heart to argue with him. She'd just have to try to... not bleed so much. Or something. The eternal offered him a small smile of thanks before she slid into the seat and more or less collapsed, letting go of her henshi to revert back to being just a girl again. She felt smaller now, weaker... her head rolled back to lay on the head rest as Shang took the drivers seat.
Orah now, the teen let her companion drive her to the hospital, trying to recuperate her strength and push down the pain. It wasn't long before sleep pulled at her, trying to drag her down... Xander's voice startling her awake as she blinked her eyes open.
"I'm okay..." She mumbled as she shifted, finally starting to warm up now in her winter clothes inside his warm car. Though, that made it harder to not fall asleep. Trying to distract herself, Orah pulled up something to talk about. "I, uh... didn't know you worked at a hospital. I think this is the first time I've seen you powered down, actually."

Xander looked to Ida to see that she was no longer Ida, but instead Orah. He remembered her from Maia's first training session. She'd come powered down. It was odd for a moment, he thought, to see her without the hood. He noticed his distraction and quickly turned his eyes back to the rode.
"Yes, Ive just finished my residency and been fully hired on as a full time doctor at the hospital. Though technically I've been working there for the last three years. I just have a doctor's salary now. I work in emergency pediatrics."
He sighed as the hospital came into view and she proceeded to drive around to the entrance the the emergency room. "I actually remember seeing you before. You came to the first training powered down. Never expected to end up sparring with you."
He looked at her as he parked and couldn't help but to think that he was glad he had. Ida was someone he actually considered a real friend even if he only saw her during this night life war.
"Were here. Can you walk, or do you want me to carry you?"

A small smile crossed Orah's face as he mentioned the training session. It felt like such along time ago... And yet she'd only been a senshi since February. Time flies and such.
"I feel like most of the times you've seen me, I've been injured in some way. That first time we spared... I had had a bad run in with Painite and there was a huge gash across my ribs. I probably shouldn't have been sparing at all, risking reopening that wound." It was hard to really explain my she pushed herself through her injuries, beyond the desire to be one of the protectors the city needed so badly.
As they pulled up to the emergency room, Orah shook her head tiredly. "I think I can make it inside. Walking all the way here would have been to much, but I think I can manage this bit." The tee. Said as she reached over herself to open the door, swinging her feet out before rocking up to stand. It was hard, but thankfully not impossible. Turning back, she held her wrist close as she leaned over. "Should I wait here for you?" She said softly, sort of hoping he wouldn't make her go in to face all those strangers alone.

Shang gave her a look before sighing softly, he had to admit the idea of Ida sparring with an injury didn't sit well with him. But there was something to that wasn't there, "its takes a great deal of strength and will power to push through an injury like that, please be more careful though. Even though senshi heal faster we are still human."
He couldn't help the warning watching Ida get out of the car for a moment spacing once more before he found her speaking to him again words which made him frown. No he didn't think her waiting here was the best idea, making her wait meant it took longer for her to get treated.
He turned off the car and pocketed his keys before climbing out and walking around the car. "No I'm hoping I can take you straight back and get you to Dr. Adams. He's the lead doctor in my team, hopefully he's not to busy."
He gave a tired smile, but it was a smile none the less, "Come let head in ... ugh? I certainly cant go around calling you Ida in there ..."Bluefire Dragonz Not certain what she was asking, but I can edit if need be

Orah blinked as he turned the car off, backing up to close the door and wait for him.
"I thought you'd have to park the car somewhere else, sorry." She said with a bit of a smile, feeling silly for having asked. The teen was startled again when she realized that they had probably not exchanged names before... she always just thought of him as 'Shangri-la' or 'Shang'.
"My name is Orah Gowan. Which... reminds me. I need to call my Da and let him know where I am. The hospital is going to want to call him anyway I'm sure." Thankfully her small purse had returned with her normal clothing, which meant her regular cell phone was inside. The only problem being getting it out one handed... "Uh... maybe that can wait till later, though."
When Shang joined her, she moved to follow him. "Oh, I don't know if I caught your name either."

Xander gave a smile and shook his head, "nope I've got my pass in my car always so I won't get towed, no worries. As long as I am out of the way of the ambulances."
He started to walk sure Ida would follow, he made sure to keep fairly close, not sure just how much strenght she had. When she said waiting to call her Da could wait he of course offered to do it, "Orah, huh, that a nice name. I can call him if you like, just tell me what you want me to say. I wouldnt want to say something different than what you would say."
Xander wasn't sure if her dad knew about the senshi thing or not, but if not, it would be best if everyone was telling the same story. He certainly didn't want to see Orah in trouble, almost dying was enough trouble for a life time.
He blinked pulled from his musing when he heard her ask about his name and gave a nervous laugh, "er sorry about that Orah. My name's Xander, Xander Jacobs."

Orah smiled tiredly as he said her name was nice. That was sweet of him. As they made their way towards the emergency room, the young woman had to think to come with something Xander could tell her father... Something that would account for her injuries without making him worry too much. At least the worst of the damage tonight had been internal and easily fixed with the return of a shining little jewel.
"Xander..." She said softly, linking that name with the one she knew. It was a nice name too, something with an unusual flavor that enhanced the character of its owner. "Just tell my dad that you saw me slip on the ice and fall down the cement stairs at the park, and that you brought me to the hospital. That should explain all the bruising and the broken wrist, right?"
It would have to do, because the truth of the situation was not going to cut it. As they reached the entrance and the automatic doors wished open, Orah had to resist the urge to lean on Xander tiredly and just let him take care of everything. For once, she just wanted someone else to take care of her.
"Thank you, again. For... You know. Everything."Kaori_luv wanna wrap this with your post? :3
