"Are you always this loud?" The grumble came from the boil who somewhat trailed behind the little kitsune. Somewhat. By a good few feet. He'd spotted the semi-familiar hoodied blob and followed, both in curiosity and intent. Class was class after all. Scrawling out his own name on the sign-in list, he stepped back a bit from the growing group to stand vaguely behind Tavi.
The fire between his horns flickered, puffed up a little, then seemed to stay in the expanded... sparky state. Neithan himself looked not the least bit bristled, even as the fireball increased this effect as another n** of cold hit him. Shifting the weight on his feet, his wings flexed a little behind him, though he quickly withdrew one back inward when he realized there was a ghoul (Sophie) not far from him. "Apologies," came yet another grumble as he bowed his head slightly towards her. He wasn't entirely sure he'd hit her, but would be rude to say nothing.

Blissfully unaware of any disturbance he might have caused the door loiters or of any approach on him, Tavi enjoyed his place of solitude up until an introduction was given. Feeling it rude to simply ignore such a greeting, he gave a broad smile to the barely dressed, fabulously feathered ghoul before butting in on a counter, " Hi! Vanya! I'm Tavi." So what if she hadn't been addressing him, or if she was all the better!
Pleased with himself he rocked back on his heels trying to patiently behave though a slightly impish glint came to his eye when catching sight of Neith. Choosing to ignore Neith until the other was resting behind him. When he was in place Tavi turned, only to pause abruptly when getting startled by a blonde that was closer to him than he had realized. On an awkward smile Tavi chuckled a, "hello," to the ghoul then turned to inform Neith, "o n l y when people are in my way." Sticking out his tongue his tails flailed behind him, sparking softly before setting down.

Sophie was in her own world when she felt the rush of air from the wing. It had taken her by surprise - but hadn't actually made contact. Still, she backed up a little bit before realising she wasn't actually in danger or under attack. The voice had her attention then and she swallowed a little; taking another small cautious step back.
"Ah, it's no p-problem," she said with a smile. Fire wasn't her strong suit and she shuffled a little. "A-are you new here?" she asked. As uncomfortable around fire as she was, she wasn't prepared to be rude.---------------------- Vanya's forhead twitched into that small frown again and she rubbed her temples before mustering as much of a smile as she possibly could. Perhaps taking these classes wasn't the best decision she'd ever made. Joy did strange things to people, after all. "It's nice to meet you, Tavi," she replied. "I don't think I've seen you around, before. Are you new or just visiting?"

Ruth simply gave the boil a friendly wave before a conversation started to blossom right before her (obscured) eyes. As a ghoul who preferred to be in the fringes of someone's attention, rather than center stage, she didn't mind the avian ghoul taking the reigns and doing all the work.
It wasn't as if Ruth herself was being asked to go elsewhere, so she was going to stay right behind Tavi. Or maybe a step or two behind him, while she... eavesdropped wasn't the right word for it. It's not like they didn't know or see her presence, it was more likely engaging in a conversation through non-verbal cues. Mostly nodding her head or looking thoughtful.

Cervantes had received a text from Tavi, whom he'd met at the previous school spirit event. He really, really wished he was a part of the magic and chaos that was the school in general, but visiting during the holidays was pretty good, too. This one class, with this one guest speaker, he wanted to attend because of course his new friend was there. And so here he was: the devil's dandy dog was bounding into the room, shivering madly.
"Tavi! TAVI why is it snowing, I am not going outside any more, ever again," Van lamented, his ears flat against his head, tail whipping back and forth. It was true, the puppy was shivering madly, even though his skin was at near-boiling temperatures-- it would have easily been mistaken for a fever, and yet Van felt like he was made of ice. "The only thing that should ever be this cold is eyescream," he said, attempting to position himself behind Tavi so that he could drape his arms around him, lean his head on his shoulder and heat up without interrupting Tavi's conversations.
Or without interrupting them past that point, anyway.
He snagged the signup sheet while it was making its rounds, and added his name. As almost an afterthought, he said: "Hellooooo, everyone! You can call me Van," to everyone standing around and near Tavi.
Van loved to be around so many others.

Rosy couldn't help but want to attend all the classes at this point, now eager to see what was in store for her. Floating along, she was grinning from ear to ear as she slips into the next class. She hope this prove to be a fun one much like the others. Pushing her curls from her face, it didn't come to a surprise to her when she saw Tavi once again.
It actually made her giggle.
Giving a small wave to the boil, she relax against the wall as she waits. She could handle crowds, but at the moment she just was to curious about everything else going on around her.Quote: SIGN UP SHEET Llyrendil (it's illegibly written, half scribbled, with several drops of water blurring it) Catinka Piper Blacke Tavi Vanya B. Lihua looked around the classroom and signed her name on the sign up list. This class sounds like it was going to be fun. She liked the idea of decorating a tree. Hopefully she can meet new friends here too. She took a seat here she could be able to hear the teacher. Bundled up in his coat and scarf, San looked around and found himself in another classroom of decorating a tree being the subject at hand. San wondered what sort of things they would learn besides the obvious. His student guest pass was visible as he was allowed to sit in and he signed in as best as he could. The pen was far too small for his large hand to grip and he sat silently until the class begins. Grinning to the waving ghoul beside him he tilted his head slightly, trying to steal a peek between her bangs for a look at her eyes. What a strange ghoul he giggled inwardly, but reasoned she must be shy like San since she wasn't really saying much. Debating internally if he should push her into conversation Tavi simply stared at her for a moment or two. Luckily he didn't have to look a fool long since Vanya spoke up yet again and had his attention turning back to her.
While Vanya's twitching and small frown again went unnoticed her counter to him did not. Beaming a toothy grin towards the ghoul he straightened up to give himself some height before replying as 'cooly' as possible, "yes and you too!" Blinking for her additional comments the kitsune's ears twitched and he chuckled. On a tiny smirk he rocked back on his heels and hummed playfully, debating yet again, this time about a game. "That as well, cause I would r e m e m b e r!" Tavi purposefully enunciated the remember, dragging it out even on a laugh.
He had an impressive memory after all and well her appearance alone would surely earn a place in it, had they of met prior.
Twitching his tail up and curling it around his waist, he continued, "kinda sorta, " He wasn't really new, but he was new enough. Just about to inquire about her Tavi opened his mouth only to snap it shut on a cry of his name. The familiar tone had him bouncing around on the balls of his feet and turning to take in Van. Yes, he was very excited to see his friend. These guest visits were getting better and better, first San and now Van. Giggling to the point of doubling over he replied to the others question, "I dunnooo but you look so funny when you shake like that!" Cheerfully he rose back up to flash the other a toothy grin, Van being one of the only dogs he would actually play and tease with, the rest....well they were for the birds as far as he was concerned.
As the other boil came to rest behind him Tavi curled his furry tails up to comfort the shaking form. He knew what it was like to freeze after all, this weather he was not a fan of himself, but the activities well that was a different story. Leaning back into Van as the other draped over him he cooed happily and pulled off his gloves, "I'm glad you were a b l e to make it!" Once the pair of fur woven gloves were free of his hands he held them back for the other, it wasn't much but it might keep him a little warmer.
Barely catching sight of a hand Tavi's attention once more turned, this time to Rosy, at sight of her the kitsune gave an eager wave.

"Oh," said Tink when Piper's compliment sunk in. She looked and sounded like the sort of person who said "oh" a lot, rather stupidly and with wide eyes, which was in fact how she said it this time. "Oh," she said again, confirming this theory, when Llyr took it upon himself to offer up a flower. She chose to believe the compliment was for her, and were she able to blush visibly, she would have. "Goodness. Thank you. Thank you very much." She tucked the flower behind her ear and beamed again, before her attention, always fickle, was promptly arrested by the sound of bells. She liked bells. Reminded her of something, although she could never entirely remember what.

Edel was very much enjoying the range of classes that were being offered during this staff exchange programme, which showed with the number of classes she had been committing herself to. A class on Ornament decoration and decorating the trees outside Amityville was certainly something up her alley.
Signing her name neatly on the paper, the frost demon then hung around excitedly, waiting for the class to start.Quote: SIGN UP SHEET Llyrendil (it's illegibly written, half scribbled, with several drops of water She it) Catinka Piper Blacke Tavi Vanya B. Ruth Sophie Neithan Rosy Lihua San Edel

She didn't smell food.
Mea frowned a bit as she slid into the classroom, kicking off some of the snow off of her boots and shaking her ears free of the remaining frost that remained. Maybe it didn't smell like food but surely it was eatable? That was usually the question with her when it came to trying new things and a pang from her whining stomach reminded her of that. Shrugging off the frown she took to the sign up sheet happily, pulling her over-sized scarf down from her face and grinning ear to ear. "And there we are!" She said triumphantly as she scrawled out her name, turning to the side to find herself a seat.
Now all there was left to do was find some unsuspecting boil or ghoul that might have a snack on them. Her stomach whined. If worse came to worse at least she could munch on the tree (she hoped).Quote: SIGN UP SHEET Llyrendil (it's illegibly written, half scribbled, with several drops of water on it) Catinka Piper Blacke Tavi Vanya B. As a purveyor of fashion and beauty, it was only natural that Mia took a decorating class, not that she needed PRACTICE or anything. She supposed this was also an opportunity to see the kinda of things professors from Christmasland taught, and while she rather disliked the cold, it was a nice change of scenery other than the same dark dreary colours, and it also gave her an opportunity to try out the new coat and shawl she had bought.
With a flurry of her pen, she wrote down her name and took a seat, frowning slightly at the noisier students.Quote: SIGN UP SHEET Llyrendil (it's illegibly written, half scribbled, with several drops of water on it) Catinka Piper Blacke Tavi Vanya B. It was oddly tempting to stay outside for a large portion of the Christmas creeple's visit, enjoying the cold and the snow that they seemed to have brought with them (did they? She wasn't sure) and the interesting festivities that came along. It was so very colorful, festive and lit up and stuff, and Olivia found it fascinating to stare at.
But with them, there were of course some fun sounding classes. And, at first she was honestly a little confused with the title of such a course (pumpkin trees?) but somehow Olivia discovered the true nature of what would partake in the classroom and her eyes did as they always did when she discovered something enthralling. They glowed and grew larger and her body just sort of gravitating towards the location. Decorating! It was like coloring and she found it ever so fun. So, the ghoul of course signed herself right up, scribbled name and all.
And then sat herself right down next to Mia, because it had been ever such a long time since she'd seen the reaper ghoul. And gave a wave to Ruth. Hi Ruth! Mia turned her head slightly when she heard someone take the seat beside her, eyes widening slightly when she saw who it was. "Olivia, long time no see."
