Raoul didn't get what had just happened; one minute he was sprinting out of the Ace o' Clubs, and then he was in Atlantis. He heard a few heartbeats, some human and some... well, he wasn't sure, but it definetly wasn't human. Following the beat of hearts he found himself standing in front of a door. "I wonder if I should make an entrance?" Raoul thought to himself. Shrugging his shoulders to himself and deciding that he should, he put on his headphones, put on "Sweet Transvestite", and kicked open the door singing the refrain to "Sweet Transvestite" while he danced to his seat. "The others here probably thought that I somehow got here by mistake," Raoul thought. "But then again they'll probably need all the villians they can get." And with that he countinued to dance until he found a chair to sit in. Putting his music on pause, he looked at everyone and said, "Good Evenings, my Lovelys."

~Akato~Sakikin~
I am power, I am Darkness...
To see me is to die, to survive is the distant light of hope....
I will have what I want and Hellfire shall follow
Status: Healthy Mood: Curious Thoughts: OOC:
It wasn't long before more Villains showed up and Akato assessed each of them as they came in. The Joker was the only one that the Demon had good intel on, the others were almost as enigmatic as he was. However, when Sofia entered the room, Akato knew that she was a fellow demon, at least, and kept his masked eyes on her as she sat down.
He pulled out one of his shuriken and began spinning it between his thumb and forefinger. As he did this, the demon whistled a familiar tune that would likely catch the attention of not only Sofia, but everyone in the room. It would likely be the first time he would be noticed by everyone. The whistled tone would seem almost ethereal as no one could see where or who it was coming from due to Akato's Oni mask concealing the entirety of his head.
Somehow, Hideaki had found himself no longer in Center City, but instead in a rather strange place. Unknown to him he'd been transported to Atlantis, a place he was a little unfamiliar with. He didn't appear to be the only one, as he was guided towards a room of others who he assumed experienced the same sudden departure he had. If the people who had greeted him had shown hostility, things might have gone a little different; but they were bearable in his mind, and so he figured he'd play by the rules for the time being. When he arrived to the room, it was full of people he really was clueless as to who they were. He took a quick scan of the room and shrugged, sure that whatever the reason they were gathered for would be brought to their attention. Hideaki had no intentions of making any friends though, and so he wandered off towards the edges of the room. Crossing his arms he leaned up against a wall for support, a grin surfacing on his face as all the possibilities of what this could all be for came rushing forth.

It didn't take long for Ivy to make her mind. Maybe this Nathaniel guy could help make her dreams come true. She smirked at that thought. In a few minutues, she had arrived at her destination. She smiled as she entered. She heard heart beats and she followed them looking around as she walked. It wasn't long before she was standing next to a door. She pushed it open and looked around thinking. I guess they got the memo too. She thought chuckling.
"In Blackest day. In Brightest night! Beware your fears made into light. Let those who try to stop what's right -- burn like his power -- Sinestro's might!"
Allegiance: Sinestro Corps Status: Healthy Thoughts: Well, quite the motley crew we got here.
And all of this time, where was the man who brought them all here? Nathaniel Grant was basically getting himself prepped for this meeting, a gathering of some of the worst scum and villainy in the universe under one roof. He would have to choose his words carefully with this group: anyone of them could get fed up, and start killing the others. Then his whole plan would be a disaster. It's a miracle they all didn't start killing each other right now.
A large ornate door opened, and the man who brought them all here finally showed his face. Nathaniel Grant, member of the Sinestro Corps. Or as Joker called him, Glow Man. He walked towards the table that a majority of them were all sitting at, scanning each and every one of the people gathered. He could tell some of them were not even from this world. His ring was going haywire with the energy signatures it was detecting: demonic, alien, magical, all were present. Quite the gathering if Nathaniel says so himself.
He finally stood in front of the table, giving the room one last scan before he cleared his throat. He was not allowed to show any kind of weakness, not against a group like this. Any mistake could be his last, "Evening ladies and gentleman, I see you all are getting rather comfortable at the moment. Y'all already know my name and what I stand for, so I don't feel like boring everyone with something that is common knowledge. So let's get down to business shall we?"
With that, he held out his ring, which was glowing brightly and projected what looked like a map of the United States, as if it was plucked straight from an Atlas of the world, "The invasion is to be split up into three different invasion zones: Coast City, Metropolis, and Gotham, mainly for their strategic locations. Coast City has already seen it's fair share of disasters, and their citizens are stubborn. But they will break if they realize noone will be saving them. With it in ruins, they will be more than happy to accept a totalitarian rule if the rulers are able to provide food and water."
"As for Gotham and Metropolis, while they are two of the biggest cities in the United States and home to two of the worlds greatest heroes, both of them are gone, and with that, two of our biggest obstacles. And their replacements aren't up for the task of trying to stop a full scale invasion. In short, if we gain control of these three cities, with the might of the Atlantis army and our own considerable talents, we can wipe out any resistance that try to oppose us and bring the United States, and eventually, the world under our rule."
The general plan was laid out, now it was time for any of the villains to voice their concerns or questions. There was more to this than Nathaniel let on, but as the questions come in, he will answer them.

Sofia was already growing bored as they waited for this Nathaniel, that is until listening to a certain whistle that caught her attention. She scanned the area, her golden eyes searching for this stranger that whistled such a curious tone. She closed her eyes and sighed, just to have a small preview of how many demons were around her. She smirked and placed her hands softly against her leather jeans. Good to know I am not the only one... she said calmly, curious to see just how many demons dealed at once, even worse knowing not all have the same kin.
Her thoughts quickly dispersed into nothing as a dark dressed male walked into the room, studying each one of them as he made his way to the table. The woman propped herself up to seem more respectable as the male prepared himself to speak. Indeed her assumption was right, he was Nathaniel. The main reason they are all here began speaking, explaining as well his plans. His ideas were actually quite interesting to hear, and his base was very concrete. But obviously like any plan he needed some adjustments, or refrasing the words, details. After all he said "our" meaning sharing and let's face it, she may have come only for corruption but most of this people plan on taking all that power for themselves. But hey, his plan already had what she wanted so let's tag along.
The people who slowly began filling the room was plainly displeasing to the bruiser. His attitude considering those of demonic ilk had not changed in the passing millennia. The hatred of those who didn't rely on their self, such as a few of these villains, disturbed him to no end.
Vlad Vane was a being of power. Through sheer will, his spirit became a power of the helm he wore. Through many lives, he became strong. Through many lives, he became a powerful being, a conqueror.
A berserker.
Vlad turned his helm towards the ceiling, somehow watching it through the plane of metal. Had it not been there, his features would have been set in the most dastardly of scowls, his lip curled in anger. Merely, his body quivered, barely holding in the fury he was forced to bathe in. How his blood boiled, his he craved to feel the sharp p***k of a wound on his skin, and give out worse.
It was almost poetic, but the brute within him hardly noticed that much.
His uncovered mouth chewed on his tongue, waiting, biding.
Finally, a man entered, resplendent in yellow. He radiated a certain power,ma charm over others, something the massive man, standing with his arms crossed, could respect.
He gave of an aura of fear. He challenged the psyche of those around him with his presence, inspiring fear.
The man's words hardly mattered at that point. The anger girdling Vlad's chest made him take a long step forwards, pressing a meaty paw on the table's surface. His finger tips dug into the hard material with a scrape.
" Then we do it. " he announced with a long, hard breath.

Ignoring the man that brought in the calamari, Mira turned her attention to the others that had made their way to the room, silently observing each and every one of them. Information for the future on her end. After the freak show had finished wrapping up, the man in black and yellow made his way in, talking about some s**t that she didn't seem to care much about. That is, until she heard the word 'beach'. She perked up slightly in her seat, knowing that beaches only meant one thing in her eyes; tans. After he finished and some big guy made some comment, seeming to try and act cool, Mira got out of her chair and stretched. "Sounds good to me, Bumblebee." she stretched her arms over her head, her voice filter still in effect. She turned away from the man and made her way to the door, already knowing where she'd be headed. It was good that she look after herself, being in the armor at all points was somewhat of a drag. She made her way out of the large room, only caring for the beach that she'd get nice and tanned on.

Shalyra the Hax0r ❝ The n00bs are better off being volunteer meat shields than trying to do something that makes them meat shields in the first place. Makes my life so much easier.❞
Shalyra didn't want to be there. It was a mundane thing and to be honest it was quite like a super hero to have a meeting of all the greater villains. It was lame. It was lamer to see other villains milling about like n00bs who can't play their own games on their own. The only reason the woman had answered the invitation was because she was interested in the Alantian technology and this had been the first chance she'd gotten to close to view it.
She stood in a corner typing on the digital key board in front of her, swiping at the screen only she could see. She was looking at each member of the villain crowd rating them and placing each one with a picture and a corrected description of what they did on her private computer files. Just from looking at them, observing them she could tell that some of her files were wrong and irked her to realize it. She finally made the grand motion of minimizing the screen in front of her, more satisfied with her notes.
Her eyes fell on the man she knew to be Nathaniel Grant as he entered the room and admired his glowing suit, it was flashy and she wondered if she could recreate it with technology as a super suit. Her mind began forming the necessary machinations to create it. She tucked it away to a small part of her mind as the Lantern began to speak. The frown she'd been wearing deepened as he spoke and when he was done she was one of the first to began questioning the man.
Her voice was soft, clipped as she moved towards the table seeing as she hadn't sat down at the table.
"Once we are done with these battles and we have succeeded against the heroes you underestimate, who will then be the mob boss?" She looked at the members sitting, "We all have our own desires, more than one of us even desire to rule Earth. How can we work such a thing? Do you think you or Sinestro will lead us in a totalitarian world? Do you think some these boss' Or how do you sooth those of us who want to destroy Earth? The heroes call us villains for a reason and there was a reason why we have never had a planned villain strike this large of scale before. It's because we do not have the same goals. If the new heroes of the world fall and we take over, some of us who wish to preserve Earth will fight those who who wish to destroy it.
Surely you, a man of great intelligence, have come up with a plan for those instances. I do not want to go in this blind and I refuse to fall into my death because you underestimate the heroes who have risen up from the ashes of the vanished JL and you underestimate the villains you are attempting to gather into a queer organized army. "
Her outer black jacket shifted with a draft in the room, revealing her scantily clad body of short shorts, a bustier, a large bandanna . She found it necessary to wear such clothing when around her computers to keep the atmosphere as cool as possible and she simply got used to it, often forgetting what she was wearing it before rushing in the RLW to do something. She also realized things went much easier for her in a world where men seem to have more control over certain aspects the ruling power.

Deathstroke aka Slade Wilson
Slade watched as people poured into the room. Noting them all his plans shifted with every person that entered. Nobody seemed all that threatening at the moment thought he didn't take that as a sign of weakness. Instead took it as more of a no need to act brashly as he doubted anything would happen.
When the yellow lantern finally arrived and did his speech Slade just remained quiet at first he did not care about world domination or conquest. He was an assassin and no matter who ruled there will always be someone who wants someone else gone, and they would be willing to pay top dollar.
Though he was curious about something. "So withholding any doubts on the skills of the new heroes since it is always best to never underestimate your opponent until you've seen all of what they could do. I am curious how you plan to deal with the now alerted world. Since your broadcast not only warned the U.S. and any of its allies. So they have an opportunity to be alerted, but organizations such as Cadmus, Argus, Star Labs and others who are fully equipped to repel such an atlantean invasion, would have also been notified." There was no malice or disrespect in Slade's voice nor did he seem overly concerned about it. However it was still something that needed to be answered as the yellow lantern had given away a massive advantage when he warned the world of the coming assault.
A sigh escaped Cassandra as she stood in her room, prepping herself for the meeting that was taking place not too far down the hall from her. She was already late as it was, but now she was just stalling. A knock on her door startled her out of her train of thought. She cleared her throat before calling out, "Enter!" A guard walked with a frown on his face. "Um, Your Highness, that meeting has began. Will you still be attending?" The guard questioned while staying by the door.
Cassandra gave him a smile before nodding. "Um...yes, I was just about to leave for it." She lied while standing up straighter and walked towards the side of her bed where the trident stood on a stand. Grabbing it, she turned towards the guard and took a deep breath. "Well better late than never," She mumbled before leaving the room where a group of guards stood ready for their Queen to depart for the meeting. With another much needed deep breath, Cassandra began making her way towards the meeting with her group of guards surrounding her. Everyone in the palace who knew about the meeting was on edge. It wasn't everyday a ruler allowed a large group of villains into the kingdom. In fact it was unheard of and some citizens even began questioning their Queen's choice.
"It's for the sake of the Kingdom," Cassandra kept mumbling to herself whenever she overheard some of the politicians whispering around the kingdom. Even now, as she was just down the hall from the meeting room, she mumbled these words almost like a chant to herself. With one last breath, she pushed opened the doors to the meeting room, making her entrance known to everyone in the room. She gave the room a smirk before making her way towards one of the empty seats. "I apologize for my tardiness Lantern, but I had other business I had to attend to." She said with ease as she let her eyes run over every villain in the room slowly before returning to Nathaniel. "I see you were able to get quite a diverse group of...assistants. Congratulations," I deed the group was diverse, there were aliens, humans....and robots? Among other things that she couldn't even begin naming. She was sure the Lantern's plan would go through without a problem if the group was as skilled as they looked.
The sound of a familiar voice almost brought a smile to Catwoman's face... almost, until she realized just who the voice belonged to. A notorious criminal of Gotham City, a man that she, herself, was quite well acquainted with... the Joker. She turned, watching as the man entered the room, but eyed him curiously when she realized that Harley didn't seem to be with him. That was strange, she would have thought his little sidekick would be tagging along for something as big as this. When questioned about the new Batman, Catwoman smiled, leaning back in her seat. "Actually, I haven't had the pleasure of meeting the one who likes to parade around as the new Batman." She told him bluntly, raising a hand as if to examine her claws that the woman had just drawn out. "Though, in the event that I do meet this... Batman, I would have a few choice words for him." There was almost a sense of anger in her normally cool and collected tone. She had barely enough time to grieve for Wayne when news had broke about some kid who paraded around in the man's suits. With a soft click, the claws slid back into where they came from and Catwoman turned her full attention to the Joker, who asked her about Harley.
She shrugged. "I haven't seen her lately. Would have expected your little pet to have tagged along... shame, though." The woman crossed her arms and left it at that. It was the truth. Catwoman hadn't seen Harley in some time now. For the past few weeks she had been focused on burglary, and had a nice pile of spoils to show for it.
Then some strange, glowing man showed up - the so called 'glowstick' as Joker had affectionately referred to him as. This was the one that organized everything? She listened intently as the man gave his speech. World domination, blahblahblah. It was nothing she hadn't heard at some point in her life, but a promising plan at least. With the combined efforts of all the villains in the room, there was great potential for this endeavour.

The Joker listened absent-mindedly to the Glowstick talk as he had taken off one of his gloves and was picking at his nails with a dagger. His feet were propped up on the table, ankles crossed as he wiggled them back and forth; side to side. He had chose to ignore Catwoman, except for the slight smile that stretched just a hint at the hidden emotion in her words. Joker knew she was fond of Batsy. Who didn't? Besides those weirdos in the room that he didn't know or care to know.
He almost cut his finger, almost, when she claimed to not have seen her lately. If she hadn't been with Catwoman, would she be with that stupid plant? A frown trickled across his features for a moment as he lingered on the thought of his missing Harley. And as quickly as it came through, it disappeared and he refocused his attention on Glowstick.
He also almost threw his knife at the Atlantien Queen. Assistants?! How dare she! The Joker was the main event, the headliner! Not a sideshow. Let alone an assistant. But the Joker remained calm, despite the fidgity fingers.
"Rule the world? Me? Please! I'm just in this for the laughs!" The Joker commented when the nerdy female on her computer piped up about ruling the world or who would take over after or whatever. He didn't care. He was, quite honestly, in it for the laughs that it would cause and just a chance to test this new Batman.
His smile stretched as he twirled his knife and leaned forward, finally removing his long legs from the table. His eyes glanced around at each face in turn, actually taking in everyone for the first time before they settled on the Glowstick. "I don't care what you do during our killing spree of our hometown heroes. Just stay out of my way or there will be a lot more fun for me. And it won't be so friendly for you." He mused his tone high in elation before descending to it's threatening low growl.
But the smile replaced the growling frown just as quickly as it had disappeared once again.

_________________[The Immortal Conquerer]_________________ "Time is something I have plenty of, and I am not adverse to the taste of human flesh."
Savage broke his eye contact with the Flash only when the next guest literally burst through the doors of the room. Singing and dancing his way to his seat. Breaking his eye contact with anyone wearing the Flash symbol was a bad idea, given he could vanish the next second, but Vandal couldn't help but glance over at the man. He also couldn't help but assume at the man's age and immediately make a mental note on what he could expect from this...teammate later.
On the plus side, his adverted gaze allowed him to also notice the others who had entered the room. Most he again did not recognize, save for Poison Ivy. Whom, again, he only knew of thanks to gathering Intel on various Gothamites prior to setting up business in Gotham. This realization did make him a bit frustrated that the only ones in the room he had any knowledge of were those from Gotham. The rest he would have to simply observe until he could find out more.
Finally their host appeared. Vandal glanced back towards where the Flash had been. For a moment he began to wonder if anyone else had noticed the man, or if it was only him? Perhaps... this version was on "their side"? Unlikely. He would simply have to observe and keep in mind that the group was potentially being watched.
That... of course only deepened the nagging little sensation in the back of Vandal's mind that made him doubt that this "plan" would work. To take over three cities in America, even at the same time, and only three cities... was hopeful. The American forces would be spread out to each location immediately, as well as their allies.
Now... to attack America when the real target was another country, or vice versa... that was plausible. Difficult forces would be busied elsewhere leaving the real target scarcely protected. But to focus on three cities with the very, very small number of villains gathered here? Then expect to move on to the rest of the country with the whole world surrounding the three conquered cities? Centuries ago this would have been a good plan, but in this day and age you needed a bit more.
...especially after broadcasting that an act of terrorism was in the near future. America would be watching, as well as gathering what and who they can to prepare.
Remaining silent, Vandal listened to what the others had to say. A few of them only made him doubt even more that this was worth getting involved in. One too eager to jump right into things. The other girl didn't seem to care and walked straight out the door. He was hoping that such an action came from an immense amount of power at the woman's disposal... and not simply from her attitude. THAT did not bode well.
He was pleased when Slade and another woman spoke up though. Pleased that there were at least a few in the room that were thinking relatively the same thing as he was.
Vandal kept silent for a few more moments, mentally debating over a few other factors, and if he should bring up the "Elephant" that was still in the room. Or... if he should keep that to himself. If he was really the only one to have noticed Flash, that could help him decide upon a few things later.
_______________________________[LOCATION]_______________________________ At the Table: Sitting at the table.
___________________________[COMPANY]___________________________ Everyone: No one to personally interact with as of yet.
_______________________[STATUS]_______________________ Contemplative: Mentally going over any questions that have not been asked, how he can benefit from this, if at all.
Keeping his Cool: Has no one else honestly noticed the Flash? Likely given his speed, but still.
His face lit up at the gift that Joker had decided to give him after "clowning" his choice of colors. He briefly stared at his spandex before looking at the Corral that the laughing madman had presented him with."From the Crowned Prince of Crime himself!?"The Flash ran around the room with high speeds full of glee as he showed the gift from The Joker off to everyone."The Master has presented me with a gift!"By master, he was referring to The Joker's notoriety of being one of the best villains. He was like Professor Zoom in Central City, which meant something may be wrong with the gift. Flash took care of that issue however while he was running around, "weeding" out any potential danger to his life before proudly wearing the coral on his spandex. He stopped right beside Poison Ivy, giving her a glare."YOU...You can't have THIS!"
The speedster found himself in a seat far away from the others at the table after he pointed at the coral towards Ivy as more began to pour. It was very hard to keep someone like him who seemed to be Hyper, had some kind of ADHD....It was safe to assume he had one too many problems for him to sit still in that chair all day long. To him, it seemed like a second was an hour. The sound of Deathstroke voicing a slight concern -though in the matter he said it, he was not at all concerned about it- arised after their so called Host, the one that brought them there in the first place, announced to the entire world what he was going to do. The sound of bombs beeping began to sound loudly as more people voice their opinions on the matter. One was someone he never heard of, but her rather almost nude appearance and technology spoke for itself other than her concern about what would happen if they won."I'm not in it for the takeover as well. I just need to get rid of certain nuisances is all."
The speedster was once more gone from his seat in the blink of an eye, standing right by Nathaniel and the new leader of Atlantis. Within an instant, several screens popped up, showing numerous heroes allying together. One of them in particular was a news report focusing on a red blur in Coast City. That red blur was the other Flash. The sound of his bombs began to continue to beep loudly and faster until he turned them off."The current so called Flash in Coast City is an imposter and I will personally see to it that this anomaly is exterminated with extreme prejudice!"His usual speedy tone was replaced with a more calculating and calm one as he was very much serious with what he said. Him arriving there at the meeting was no mistake at all."On the plus side though. These so called heroes may be teaming up, but I'm willing to bet the slightest mishap when teaming up against us will have them fighting against themselves. Divide and Conquer is a nice way to go."
The male found his way back to his seat after having to say his piece while also leaving up some of the heroes spotted so far, some news beginning to report on the New Batman.
