Chel nodded slowly. "Yup. Looks all glowy and s**t. That's a portal alright," she said. She still hadn't used these things too much- too many scifi movies had her worried that her insides would get all twisted around after using it.

Sighing, she stepped through the light first (sacrificing herself, oh so valiant~). When she opened her eyes, it was indeed an ice cream parlor, in what seemed like a small, desert town. The portal was set up in the back of the store, in a vacant parking lot- that way nobody would see them blatantly appear out of nowhere.

She trailed around the side of the building, eventually finding the entrance and walking in to the cool air conditioning of the ice cream parlor. A few bored looking employees greeted her. She turned to see that everyone else had joined. "G'head Abbi. I think if you don't go first, you might explode."

Finn was still debating whether or not he should actually go when Abbi pushed him towards Milo (whom he sort of knew but had never really talked to before), and then bounded off to go work on...portal...things.

Or whatever.

"Hey." He greeted the other man, though he wasn't much for words with people he didn't know well or alternatively wasn't in the mood to antagonize, so he left it at that. The other man that showed up he sort of recalled from his tournament match up with Tuck, but the details were hazy considering the blow to the head he had taken.

Waiting for things to get moving along, he crossed his arms over his chest, and raised an eyebrow at Jack before giving him a half smirk.

And then portals and being ushered through them before he could really say no.

And then an ice cream parlor.

Finn wasn't huge on sweets, but ice cream was one that he actually, typically could usually enjoy. Still, his mind wandered towards other things.

"Think they sell cigarettes, here?" He asked, to nobody in particular.
