Well it seems that Draze doesn't know his own strength and it has cost him. He's taken down to the ground by Jimmy as he quickly covers up his face just in case Jimmy tries the face shots.

Following the takedown, Jimmy lifts himself up, hoping to start throwing punches at Draze's face... Only to be disappointed at the sight of his chakllenger already guarding himself. Damn... Oh well, there's more than one way to skin a dragon.
Jimmy quickly gets to his feet, and attempts to lock in a sharpshooter instead!

Oh s**t! Jimmy is relentless this evening! But as he grabs Draze's legs, the challenger uncovers his face and tries using his 275 pounds to good use by putting all of his weight into his legs and push Jimmy away!

Jimmy is pushed not only off of Draze, but off of the mat, as he's launched backwards through the air. He bounces on his back, before winding up on his side at the foot of the ropes, where he tries to stand back up.

Draze also gets to his feet, as the crowd begins cheering at the action displayed between the two combatants. But there's no time to revel in it. Draze has come to win the Intercontinental Championship and he needs to beat Jimmy to do so. He charges in at Monera, appearing ready with a clothesline, but it's really not as the Dragons Haze is gonna switch it within proximity to hit Jimmy in the right knee with a basement dropkick!

Seeing Draze charging at him for a clothesline, Jimmy hatches a plan... Sprint out of the way at the last second, let his opponent crash into the ropes, bounce off of the perpendicular ropes, and catch him on the rebound for a bulldog!
He pulls off the first part of this plan, but when he comes back, he sees that Draze hadn't gone for a clothesline... He'd gone for a dropkick, and was now laid out at the foot of the ropes! Changing his plan, Jimmy goes for a running leg drop!

Damn it! Draze gets caught with the leg drop, as he clutches his neck in pain! That hurt more than expected!

Jimmy gets back up, grateful that he'd gone with the less expected route, instead of trying to hold the ropes down. He grabs the top rope for leverage, and attempts to press down on Draze's throat with his right foot. It's an illegal move, but if it works, he'll release it before the ref can count to five.

And Draze is getting choked out by Jimmy's foot and he's had enough. Once the ref counts to 2, Draze will swing his right arm towards the back of Jimmy's left knee in hopes of two things. A: weakening the Prophet for an advantage, and B: getting the little ******** off his throat!

The arm swing connects, causing Jimmy's leg to buckle out from underneath him. He lets go of the ropes, clutching at his aching hamstring, and hits the mat, rolling a few feet away from his opponent. It doesn't feel like an injury... But damn it hurts!

Draze is now back to his feet as he storms over to Jimmy, ready for the pummeling to commence. He then goes to start kicking and stomping at the newly targeted Knee of Jimmy!

Seeing Draze coming after him, Jimmy tries to crawl away, but doesn't get very far before the first few stomps hit their target! Finding an opening after the third stomp, he rolls away, and exits the ring under the bottom rope. He leans back against the barricade, and rubs his knee, trying to get some feeling back into his leg.

Draze isn't gonna let Jimmy recuperate for too long. The challenger quickly runs and slides to the outside, where he looks to plant a boot straight into Jimmy's gut. If Draze is able to catch the Prophet with the quick kick, Draze will attempt to pull Jimmy in towards him and then shove him full force back into the barricade!

Jimmy hasn't been on the outside for too long, ignoring the hateful screams of the people seated near him, when Draze comes at him once again. Jimmy leaves the barrier, looking to throw a few punches at Draze, but before he can close the distance, one of his opponent's boots finds it's way directly into the Avatar's stomach. It hurts... The area cramps from the impact... But Draze isn't done yet.
Jimmy's pulled in, and while he doesn't know specifically what Draze is about to try, he doesn't want to let it happen, instead going for a sit-out jawbreaker!

Draze is stopped by Jimmy via Jawbreaker as the Dragons Haze stumbles back towards the ring apron in a stunned fashion. The Champion is definitely pulling out all the stops!
