Takeru laughed at the small snowstorm. "We should probably get where it is warmer." He indicated that Zhiji lead the way. "Shen is the weaker brother at the moment. Always in bed..." He grinned teasing a little.
"Why all the way out here, Zhiji? The Pantheon has grown quite a bit with our rescues in other places," Takeru asked. "There are orcs, trolls, elves, undead, and more- some very interesting. Shen and I could always use another brother around to torment. And heaven knows we get punted into Xun's lake often enough." Of course if they didn't do s**t to get punted it would be a different matter.

"Why this place? Because this is where my 'rescues' are. Many human, but - well, you will see," he said with a grin. While he spoke, he sent out a mental summons to one of his aforementioned rescues. "They are working on carving tunnels, but it will be some time before any passages reach here. In the meantime, however there is an express route down."
Soon, a pair of dragons appeared in the air above them, one blue and one brown, the latter larger than the former. Zhijian waggled his tail as they landed. "Brothers, meet Nachith and Hamath."
The pair regarded the gods with intelligent eyes, and the blue crooned a greeting. "They prefer not to speak to any but their bonded, but they're pleased to meet more of my...clutchmates, as they would put it."
Finally, Zhijian shifted his own shape to his more humanoid one. "If you'll climb aboard, they will take us to the Weyr proper."

"Usually with a bed warmer." It was a low hanging fruit, and Xun Jiang took it. It was likely to backfire of him, but right now merriment was the only thing he cared about. And there was plenty of shots to be had at him, too.
"Collecting dragons, I see." Was he amused ? Well, yes. He was doing much the same thing, after all ! The brown was probably a better choice to carry him, which was likely going to be strange. The last time he had flown on another creature's back was.... a long time ago.

"Because either of you are any different?" Honestly! Even if it had taken serious amounts of prodding Xun had his druidess and if Takeru had not gone after Strength yet he likely would soon. And if Xun thought a little comment like that would humble him he was quite wrong. He would get back them back for that when they would not see it coming.
Shen nodded to the brown and blue when Zhiji introduced them. "Guess I'll stick with you." He inclined his head in Xun's direction and pulled Ekita's goggles back down.

"Hello," he bowed to both dragons. Then Takeru laughed softly. "We never said we were any different, brother. It's just more fun to tease you because you aren't going to punt me into the lake." He smirked then glanced over at Zhiji, moving toward the blue dragon. "I think I better ride with you. Or it's likely I might get 'accidentally' knocked off on the way."
"He's right though. The Goddess of Strength is staying in my quarters and Whisteria, a very lovely night elf is staying in Xun's," Takeru laughed. "See what you miss by not being closer or visiting more often."

Hamath bowed his head to the gods and greeted them with a low thrumming sound before settling in such a way that that it would be relatively easy for them to climb up, using both his foreleg and a set of heavy leather straps. Nachith mirrored the action, though with an altogether more...enthusiastic vocalization, a musical hum that turned into another croon. Smaller he might be, but he was clearly the more outgoing of the two.
"There are worse things one could collect." Zhijian scritched the blue's nose and grinned at his brothers. "Alright, alright, message received! I will visit more often, but only after the new clutch has hatched. It should be any day now, and I don't want to miss it."
"After you," he indicated to Takeru. "I may not be quite as substantial as our overgrown brother, but I wouldn't want to hit you with a wing, either."

Xun Jiang held little hope that he might humble Shen in any way. He simply enjoyed the poking, the prodding, and the banter for what it was - the presence and company of his brothers.
Though it was simply more enjoyable when he was the one doing the poking, and not the one being poked.
He made his way into the brown's back and held out his hand to help Shen up, should he need it. He could have flown down quite easily, but it would have been quite rude to refuse.
"Hatchings ?" Oh dear, now he was all the more curious.

"Oh boy." He rolled his eyes and reached for Xun's hand. In this instance he put his ego aside, it was better than probably ending up a** first in snow. "If you did not have his attention before you have surely got it now." Thankfully the precarious position would likely save him from the tail smack he had no doubt just earned. "Better count the hatchlings before we leave." With their brother's tendency for collection one could never be too careful.

Takeru laughed softly at the mention of whelps after he climbed onto the blue's back. "Better hide them. Xun is wanting to fill his rooms with whelps," he teased. He settled down to watch as they entered the weyr. He honestly hoped that Zhijian would visit the pantheon more. There were those around he might take a liking to. There were many new gods returned too that his brother had likely not met also.

"No, you are not allowed to take them home," Zhijian said with a laugh, climbing up behind Takeru. "Lascieth would have your hide if you tried - and mine as well, most likely. Although...well, in a moment. Shall we?"
Once their passengers had settled, the dragons took to the air, but did not fly down - or anywhere, as it were. They blinked to the dark space between spaces, and after a few seconds of cold dark, reappeared at the base of the mountain. Here the climate was much more pleasant, and the surroundings green, and they circled above a small village-settlement before landing in a wide open space reserved for just that.
Zhijian, looking quite pleased with himself, watched for his brothers' reactions.

"Ha ha ha." Honestly ! He just wanted to see them ! Spoil them a little... Okay, spoil them a lot. Nothing wrong with that ! "Do not take them too seriously. They are intent on being brats." As was often the case.
Their mean of travel was.... Unexpected, so to speak. It did get them from point A to point B, but by the time that happened, Ti Lung's earfins were standing straight, and his mane was even more ridiculously poofy as it usually was. "What the... ?"

And then other dragons did their magic."What the hell?!" Well that was mildly disorienting! Though seeing Ti Lung looking like a cat that had been suddenly dumped in water made it worth it. There was no outward laughter but he definitely looked amused and inside his head Ekita was snickering. "Guess we need to get your druidess after you with a brush." And that was likely another smack on the tally for today, but at the moment he wasn't particularly concerned.

Takeru raised an eyebrow. "Interesting mode of transportation, brother. It could be useful." He filed the thought away that this was possible thinking that it would be a good way to surprise an enemy. Xun's expression was priceless and as he was on a different dragon, Takeru did laugh at his brother. "Well, that's one for the records. Even Xun was surprised," he smirked. "Well done, Zhiji."

His brothers' reactions did not disappoint, Xun's in particular! Zhijian snickered at his startled, poofy-maned brother. "And I'm the one that needs a haircut? You should see yourself!"
Priceless. Ying Long slid off the blue dragon's back, landing lightly on his feet. "They call that going between. It's...similar to what the errais do. Faster, obviously, among other differences, but I can explain at more length another time, if it interests you."
"For now, welcome to New Weyr, brothers." Home, more or less.

Xun snorted, as he slowly tried to work his mane back down into some sort of dignity. Shen and Takeru were simply glared it with pure indignation, though any sort of punting was avoided. They would get their due when they expected it the least, of course.
Though whacking Shen's butt off the dragon once he had landed was tempting, Xun Jiang refrained. "Interesting." That ability could indeed be quite useful, and he was eager to explore this place.
