Sai Sakurazaka, the Urban Legend of Oshu City "...You can trip as many times as you want; I will never let you fall..."A whirlwind of energy as always, the hopes of slowing down Suzume's attempts at having fun were mostly going to be wasted on deaf ears; that didn't mean that Sai couldn't try to at least help her keep a reasonable pace. Her hands found his own just as he was planning to intercept her and pull her back...a dangerous coincidence, however, as her next words and the annoying insistence of the man on the stage suddenly set the mood for something he had absolutely no intention of doing from the moment he stepped through the door...nay...the moment he had received their rather stylized invitation to the club's initial opening and party. Dancing. He paused rather stiffly at the suggestion, as though some dangerous suggestion had set him on edge...was dancing really such a concern? One had to wonder, but not for long. His lips curled into a challengingly neutral expression that practically oozed denial, and more than that, it all but promised any attempts to shake him from that firm stance were going to be for naught.
"Do I look like someone who would be caught dead doing such a dance?" he asked with no lack of incredulity, though there was no real venom or even sharp sarcasm in his words. He couldn't be sharp or mean with this girl, knowing what she meant to him. That didn't mean she was going to successfully convince him to dance, however. "And before you say otherwise, the answer to that is 'no'. I have no intention of dancing, nor any inclination to stop you. ...Have fun, Suzume," he smiled faintly, letting her know with a simple gesture that despite his reluctance to dance himself, he wasn't at all upset or not having fun...how could he be unhappy when she was smiling so brightly? However...
If she thought she could get him on that dance floor, she was going to have to try more than a little bit harder than that...

Soji Seta, Investigation Team Leader "Show me a hero, and I will write you a tragedy"Looking around the club at some of the painted faces in the room, it was hard for the silver-haired emcee not to lose himself laughing away right then and there, but he still had something of a job to do...holding it together just a bit longer was a priority! Still, those cute fangs on Kanade, the silly smiley face on the Junes Kid Shu, a curly mustache on Zeo, and the cute marks on Minori's face done by Rednal...? Those were some wonderful examples of classic comedy right there. Nonetheless, he was a professional...err...or well, a professional shadow-exterminator...sort of...at least he had the experience to be professional if he wanted! ...It didn't matter if he was technically a professional or not because he had a job to do, and he was going to see it through! So he stood on the stage and mentally began to make his judgements on the finger-painting contest, before bringing the microphone back to his lips to renew the party's excitement for a challenging Round 3 to come!
"That's right, keep on painting...keep on dancing! The party is just getting started, everyone! And now...here's the third challenge of the night! A chance to win more prizes...let me hear some noise!" the crowd reacted wildly, drinks and hands and paints flying in the air...and amidst the cheers he was pretty sure he heard something about Elephants in Group A, Gorilla in Group B...wait, was that Riddle Senpai?! The Hell was he going on about in the middle of a party? ...Well, he knew he could knock that riddle out of the park later, so he wasn't exactly worried. Still, come on...there was a time and place, Riddle Brother! "Now we're getting REAL with this next contest...so whoever has the guts, come on up and take the microphone! ...That's right, Challenge 3 is...Karaoke! Whoever rocks the house the hardest wins another prize! ...Ready...? Theeen come on down!"Quote: Challenge 3! - Rock the House! It's Karaoke Time! Hop on stage and rock out to your favorite upbeat tune! Best performance will win another of our fantastic prizes! (May use YouTube videos for reference, but must describe in some detail the performance!)

"Alrighty then!" Zorc had said as he had ran up to Soji, and snatched from him the open mic, and then did a triple spin backflip back onto the dance floor. Then, as if on cue, the boom box (Seriously, where did that thing come from!?) and started blaring the music for his song. Then, on point with the music, Zorc started singingshouting into the mic the song of his choice. "Try to be best, 'kause your only a man, and a man's gotta learn to take it. Try to believe, though the going gets rough, that you gotta hang tough to make it..." Zorc's expressions while he was singing could be labeled as quite out there, and his singing was not really on tone with the song, but his voice definitely showed that he had lots of practice singing the song before, knowing exactly which points in the song to fistpump into the air, and not tripping up on words on the song. Even his body moved along with his words, showing the power in the belief of the song itself. Once the song hit the last note, Zorc had tossed the mic back to Soji so that he would had it to the next person. And with that, Zorc moonwalked off the stage again.

Suzume Kirihara A step was taken before the brunette felt a tug on her arm, stopping her from going ahead. Puzzled, she turned to look at the linked hands, then back up to her companion's face, finding there an expression that said it would be take more than that to convince him to follow her to the dance floor. He frowned, but still, there was a hopeful smile on the girl's lips. Suzu stepped closer to him, her hands brushing over his idly, playing with his fingers. Already her body was moving to the music's rhythm, small bobs of the head, hips moving side to side in a silly way, a grin on her face to prove her point that dancing was fun. "Well, I think-" The girl opened her mouth to answer the question that definitely didn't need answering, only for him to speak, knowing her all too well to guess she was going to blurt out some silly thing or two anyway. Her smile faltered then, if only for just a second. "But..." Eyes lowered to their hands, and when she looked up, the look on her eyes was one he would surely recognize. Her infamous puppy eyes. "Pleaaase? Just one dance? Juuust one. I promise! And I won't ask you to dance ever again in your li-"
Though, perhaps in some kind of fortunate -or unfortunate- twist of events, the emcee spoke up once again, with a new activity for them to try. And in that moment, dancing was out of the girl's mind. "Oh!" Suzu perked up, her attention completely on the stage and microphones. Her eyes were shining once they turned back to her violet-haired companion, and what was on her mind right then wouldn't be no great mystery. "What do you say to singing, theeeeen?"

Naniyori"Is this the reeeall liiifee...is this just fantasyyy...?" The silhouetted face of a man appeared above the dance floor as all the lights faded out around. It was if the spitting image of Freddy (Naniyori) Mercury himself had descended, all dressed up and 70sified! Fingers fell upon the keys of a grand piano (how did THAT get onto the dance floor?), and music from the ages began. And if those listening did not all feel the compulsion to join in the karaoke, then it was the crowd that had failed then, not the man upon the stage.

And Jo(shu) Michieru. Kanade had hesitated when karaoke came up, so Jo(shu) merely moved over, grabbing the mic from the moonwalking man, flipping it around in his hand, and holding it up to his mouth, as music started up. "I'm gonna make you bend and break.." he started out, holding his other hand close. before thrusting it up. "Say a prayer, but let the good times roll!" He slid it down slowly, turning to the crowd. "In...case...God doesn't show..." He spun around, gesturing towards a few certain students, a silver haired boy, and a buxom red haired girl. "And I want....These words...to make things right..." he added, drifting off a bit, before snapping up again. "But it's the wrongs that make the words come to life..." He gestured around, pointing at the Freddy mercury-imitator, and giving off a practiced look of distaste. "Who does he think he is..." he almost muttered, before snapping, pojnting at Zorc with his free hand, and again to Naniyori. "If that's the worst you got, better, put your fingers back..to the keys..." A riff played, and he jumped up, gesturing up and around. "One NIGHT, and ONE More Time!" He suddenly started, gesturing over the crowd at another female student. "Thanks for the memories, even if they weren't so Great." He turned again, raising his hand in a slight quotation. "He...Tastes like you....but sweeter." He turned to another figure, pointing at a certain silver haired friend. "One Night! And....One more Time." he called, gesturing at them, and winking. "Thanks for the Memories, Thanks for the memories.." He gestured once more, at a gray haired figure, and doing the same gesture. "See, He...Tastes like you, but sweeterrrrr.." He continued the song for a few minutes, repeating the movements and gestures, turning and pointing at others, before the music eventually died down, and held out the mic, for the next person to take.

Eido AerodaAn offer taken up with much gusto, as a figure jumped onto the stage with a skateboard, and kicked it past, snatching the microphone from Jo(shu)'s hands, and gesturing for the music to start. "Sekaiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii Ii ne, Ichiban Go Hime-Sa~ma!" Eido's voice started, before he started to belt out a song that had been covered by Naomi, and quite a few others, originating from something else. His voice rose and fell, rivaling Zorc's for questionably in tone...but he certainly made up for it in enthusiasm. His hands swayed up and around, he swung his hips in tune with the song, he gestured, he posed, he bent his knees, and he bounced. His Dancing was incredibly, and absolutely feminine.....but spot on for what the dancer usually did. He may have gone to his own little world, and started dancing around like Naomi would. [a sight much less pleasing, he'd probably admit], but dammit, he was going to give it his all. He even gave a girly, shrill scream at the proper parts...and continued the song, strutting, bouncing, and acting like he was all that. He eventually finished out the song, before holding the mic up, as the song died down.

Rednal Ak'Thias"Stop." a voice said, coming out and placing hands on Naniyori and Eido's shoulders. "Hammer time." Rednal let go of the two, somehow sliding backwards and whirling around before smoothly shuffling to the left and lightly leaping from side to side. "Yeah~ Can't touch this."Quote: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=otCpCn0l4Wo

Noelle Everett With a hip-bump, a new challenger took the stage, snatching the microphone from the silver haired guy. A grin appeared on glossed lips, baby blues turning towards the crowd. "My turn!~"
Oh, she would DESTROY them.
The music started, and the girl started moving her hips to the rhythm, one hand on her hips, the other one moving in front of her, her index finger gesturing a '1'. "Rule number oooone is that you gotta have fun~ But baby when you're dooone... you gotta be the first to run."
"Rule number two..." The pinkette moved across the stage, sliding beside the emcee, her arm around his shoulders. ]"Just don't get attached tooo... Somebody you could loooose~ So le-le-let me tell yooou~" With a wink, she pushed away from him, returning to the center of the stage. Hips swayed with the music, a smirk across those cherry lips.
"This is how to be a heartbreaker! Boys, they like a little daaaanger ~ We'll get'em falling for a straaaanger A plaaaaayer Singing I lo ~ lo~ love yooou~"
A finger went to her lips in an 'innocent' look.

Soji Seta, Investigation Team Leader "Show me a hero, and I will write you a tragedy"He wasn't sure who would have the courage to take the stage out of all of the fellow students of Yasogami whom he had encountered and had shown up; his obnoxiously in-love senpai from the Drama Club were probably too traumatized by Yumi's tough love during their time in the club together to come out of the corner of the dance floor and actually get into the spotlight. Singing wasn't quite the same as acting, anyway; you could pretend to be someone else and call it acting. You couldn't pretend to sing and still be singing. Still, the silver-haired Senior was pleasantly surprised by the number of entries into the contest, and when the pink-haired girl became the last to take up the challenge by practically hip-bumping everyone out of her way and flirt-singing her way towards a hopeful victory, he couldn't help but think it had all worked out better than expected. Of course, the contest would still be going on for a bit longer, but there were other challenges that awaited the party-goers this night! And he wasn't about to get off of this stage and let the celebration die until they had checked every box on his list!
"And the party just keeps on going...! Everyone, keep on singing and dancing the night away, painting your neighbors...the night is still young, after all. That's why tonight's 4th challenge is about to begin, and it is..." the Senior smirked as he held out the microphone to the crowd, anticipating their reaction when he said, "A comedy competition! You've got one chance, one joke! Come on stage and make the whole place bust a gut! ...Tell the funniest joke, and win one of tonight's prizes! ...Do you have what it takes to bring down the house? Or will you go up in smoke faster than Michael Richards' post-Seinfeld career?"Quote: Challenge 4! - Make 'Em Laugh!Bust out your best joke and make the whole place explode into uproarious laughter! Eido AerodaEido paused at this new request, his eyes watching the girl hip-bump her way into the spotlight, and singing. He put a hand on his chin to think of his joke, before snapping. "I got it!...Alright, gimme a sec.." he remarked, before clearing his throat, and grabbing the mic. "Okay, so let me paint you all a picture. There's a classroom full of Reindeer, and they're getting their report cards." He waved a hand, motioning for everyone to focus. "There's one sitting in the back, with a red nose. This is the second semester, so they've got the ones from the first semester too. His grades from the first semester were good. B- In Math, A in Science, B in English, B+ in History, A in Art, and an A- in Gym. However, he's got this look in his eye, cause his grades in the second semester are all just as good..except one of them changed from a B to a D. That one...was in the subject of History." He paused for a bit, for everyone to think on the joke, and ponder it. It was a bit hard to visualize, and he wished he had it on file to show them, but it was the only thing he could think of.

Zazi Pazzia
"I'm a killer at parties...uwahahaha! Lets just say my jokes make people laugh themselves to death. How about I have a go." Zazi stepped up beside Eido, putting an arm over the kid's shoulder. "I know, instead of a joke, how about a magic trick? I'm going to make this pencil disappear." Zazi produced a pencil from his pocket as he said so, stepping in front of Eido and motioning for everyone to see it. He then placed it on a table nearby, before stepping to put a hand back on Eido's shoulder...

㊌ ~ ℌɩъαɍɩ ʊʂυɠυ ~ ㊌ TABLETSAs Usugi had came up to the stage, she had took the mic from Eido, having remembered a joke that she believed was funny. " I do gotta thank my brother for this joke. A blind man goes into a ladies bar. He sits at the bar, he turns to the woman next to him and says 'Do you want to hear a blonde joke?' The woman replies back to the man 'Since you are blind, I feel its only fair to warn you, this is a ladies bar. I'm blonde and a champion at karate, my two friends are blonde and are professional wrestlers and the barmaid is blonde. Now, do you really want to tell that joke?' The blind man thinks for a moment and then shook his head 'No, I don't want to have to explain it four times.'" Usugu had finished off her joke, unsure if people would find it funny or not. She really didn't personally find the joke funny, but she hoped they would find it funny
