Tantalus laughed, a soft smile on his face. "It rather is, isn't it? We're a court of soldiers following our Prince and Princess."
He frowned slightly. "How did you Awaken, then?" He asked. "Mine required both Princess Leto and a cat, working in tandem." Was it different for the White Moon? That was almost worrying. How could a Court survive if its leaders were alien and distant, and its members lost?
"I wasn't exactly planning to join the Dark Mirror, myself, but I certainly haven't been left floundering." Quite the opposite, and the thought that she didn't have that, the comfort of allies and friends, made him sad. "I hope you can find someone to help you, I'd hate to think that all of the White Moon is wandering so lost."

" Well, there was a cat. Which was a rather startling experience, if I must say so. She gave me the ability to power up, and that was that. Did your guardian cat give you a transformation wand as well? " Just saying it out loud made her feel rather silly, but it was a legitimate question. " I don't believe there was a princess or prince of any sort involved, at least not that I remember. "
She snuggled down into the comply depths of the scarf and thought. Nooo, No one else she could have recognized as a prince or princess of sorts. In fact her furrly little surprise had been distinctly alone, she had been afraid the lovely little feline had been lost, to well taken care of to be a stray, but to far into the large park to have been on a little walk. The creature had stuck her as a pampered house pet. Then of course looks could be deceiving, sense. Ya know. Cats didn't usually talk.
She smiled at him, the sympathy in his voice was very obvious. She liked to think she wasn't completely helpless, but then the thought of her battle with Teallite came crashing back, full of accidental floating, the squeak of teddy bears, and what had pretty much amounted to a pair of girls just kind of flailing at each other in a slap fight as they drifted through the air aimlessly, and she almost slumped in on herself.
Maybe lost was an accurate word. But hey, she could fly. Kinda. So this white moon gig wasn't all bad. " Well, it would seem the Mirror court has a bit more structure to it. Maybe I aught to track down some of my comrades and give them a talking to. " She said with a grin. " Tell them the Mirror senshi have a much more welcoming welcome wagon " she laughed quietly. Come to think of it. She had yet to even meet another white moon senshi. The only other senshi she had met was... Oh well... lets not think about that one right now.

"Ah, yes, she gave me a wand," Tantalus said. "And then Leto rather physically threw me through a black mirror, and I came out the other side as...this." He gestured at his fuku, laughing softly. "It was a bit more violent than simply being handed a pen, I suppose."
"We take care of our own, I suppose," Tantalus said, and then he gave her his best, most charming smile. "As I said, our goal is to welcome every Senshi into the Court. A bit more than that, of course, but first, bringing everyone over and uniting under our Prince and Princess. An impossible dream, perhaps, but it is as it is." There were sacrifices, he understood, but to be welcomed into the family of the Court was a blessing. And hell, the Dark Mirror had essentially given him Lance - Damocles - hadn't it? If he hadn't kissed him that second time, he had no idea how long he would have spent in agony, waiting for Lance to sort his feelings out.
"Something to think about, though I certainly wouldn't ask you to decide now."

Disneya blinked, eyes wide ' She... she threw you? " Images of the petite beautiful little dainty princess suddenly hulking out and chucking the not exactly tiny man in front of her threw a window filled her mind. Oh my. " It certainly sounds like it... " She wondered what on earth that mirror was made of. There were so many strange things in this world that just a short time ago she had no idea, it was a rather daunting thought.
She smiled, returning his charming smile with her most sweet and innocent one " I will definitely keep that in mind, but I should probably get to know my own people a little better before I go jumping ship, now shouldn't I? " She said, wagging a finger at him, still grinning.
The sense of devotion and comradery he had with his fellow mirror senshi was alluring though, and it put an ache for her chest, bringing to light a need she didn't even know she had. A desire to know the people she was supposed to be fighting for. She balked at the thought of having to steal energy from the general populace, but he seemed genuinely proud of his alignment, and sure of himself. It was something that she would even admit to herself she envied.
She tilted her head, her eyes scanning the skies. It had gotten much later then she had suspected, her time having been wrapped up talking to the surprisingly delightful senshi of the mirror court. " Thank you for keeping me company Tantalus " She said, her smile genuine and warm. She slipped his scarf off from around her shoulders, holding it in in both hands, laid across her palms, extending her arms and offering it back to him, the red material shimmering faintly as it dripped twinkling sparkles. " I should probably be heading back, and I assume you would probably want this back. " She said a little sad.
The fashionista in her cried at the thought of letting go the decadent material, but if she guessed right it was a part of his uniform.

"Well, yes, the mirror has to break - it's a bit of a process, conversion, and a tad painful, but nothing too awful." Tantalus said. "Not even seven years' bad luck! Quite the opposite for me, at least," he said, eyebrows flicking up in a way that indicated that yes, meeting her was considered very good luck.
"Of course! I wouldn't ask you to choose based on one conversation - consider your options carefully, speak to plenty of people. Think it over very carefully." He said, his tone serious for a moment. Then, he returned to his usual playfulness.
He took the scarf, and then caught her hand again, placing another kiss on the back. "And thank you, my darling fairytale princess," he said playfully, releasing her hand and tossing his scarf back on. He hoped it wouldn't be shedding sparkles for too long, glitter stuck to everything. "Do stay safe," he said, and then he bowed and turned to walk away.

" I'll do that' " She said with a smile. And she really would... but she thought first maybe she should hunt down some of her own alignment and like... MEET some of them. Now that Tantalus had put the thought in her mind, it was a bit disturbing to never have met any of her own senshi.
He caught her hand in a very gallant kiss, which made her cheeks blush with just the faintest hint of pink. She guessed she should have expected something like that from the dashing senshi, but it was still nice to be treated like a lady for no particular reason other then simple chivalry.
" I'll do that, Take care of yourself Tantalus. " She said, watching him walk off for a moment, looking rather dashing, trailing a few quickly fading fairy lights in his wake. As the lights dies away, and he moved out of the light of the street lamp, it was almost as if the shadows swallowed him up and disappeared. She shook her head, smiling to herself, not even particularly bothered by the cold this time, and turned, leaving her own trail of fairly lights as she walked off in the other direction.
