It didn't even do anything.. It was just stopped. Midswing, his attack didn't make it through. And Avior regretted ever allowing himself within range of the mad man before him. Damn him and his big mouth! Damn him and his unwillingness to be a coward again and run! Damn him for thinking that Negas could even be bothered with!

The boy had never broken anything before. Heck, he had never even been to the hospital for any injuries he had sustained. His elbow wasn't supposed to bend that way! Fingers that had so tightly held the bottle let it slip from between them. As much pain as he was in, as fast as his heart was beating, he could not scream. Not out loud, no sound would come out from between his lips, but his mouth was open, pushing out air as if he was screaming at the top of his lungs.

There MUST be a way to escape, but he couldn't focus, couldn't think. He was stuck in this man's grasp.

Had Realgar been privy to the young mans inner monologue, he might have sympathized with the panicked theory that the bottle impacting his padded shoulder had failed entirely. The protection of an uniform designed to keep a rider alive after hitting pavement at speed was not to be dismissed, even if it didn't match Camelot's full plate. Even if it did have it's vulnerabilities. Not that he would have shared them.
The impact had stung, left him prickling numb down one arm, bruised but not broken, and that was all he cared about.

He maintained the grip of one hand on the boys wrist, giving the already damaged arm a yank to draw him in, snapping his other elbow savagely at Avior's face, aiming for his open mouth and silent scream.

Join the damn Dark Moon huh? Here then.. he thought... have a taste of their kind, sweet love. The same gentility with which they had carved an eye out of Wolframite before they had darkened their uniforms and smiled, and offered to be 'allies'. Here was a taste of the kind of family they offered.

Given his position, there was no way that the elbow to his face could be avoided. Atleast he managed to turn his face to the side, so the punch was to the cheek, rather than to his mouth. Was there a way to tell if his jaw was dislocated? His entire cheek was going to be bloated, to swell up like an over-inflated Avior toy!

With the force of the punch, Avior was atleast closer to the ground, though Realgar still had his broken arm. The only way he could even escape would be to further damage his arm.. Well, a bummed arm was better than being dead.

The boy through his entire weight towards the ground, not caring if Realgar was pulled with him. His movements were desperate, struggling as the bone in his arms ground against eachother, screaming out signals of pain to every inch of his body. Yet their sacrifice allowed Avior's fist, through struggle and pain, to reach the ground.

From beneath his feet, his wall shot up, carrying Avior's body with it. The force knocked the wind out of him, but also ripped his arm away from Realgar, and soon, he was launched straight up into the air, the closest to flying that he could manage. He was free, he was given just a moment to decide what to do next, where to land, where to go where he could live.

An additional way Avior can use his attack is to launch objects upwards. Since it is impossible to jump over, when they are summoned directly below the feet, the person is sent flying!

The Captain let out a absolutely humorless, cutting laugh as Avior tore from his grip, standing back as the young knight sailed skyward.
He could have just stood and waited, or beaten down another wall. His fists don't come with a magical energy limit, and they both knew the walls did, but frankly... frankly he wasn't actually planning on killing the kid, no matter how little he thought of him or his choices, and continuing to pummel him was the road to internal harm that might not be as easy to recover from, even with their powers.

"I got places to go and people to beat kid." He chortled darkly. "You enjoy the rest of your night... "buddy."" he quipped, with an grin that by rights should have had points in it as he gave a mocking salute and started to move off.

Damn it was nice to blow off a little steam now and then...

Was it truly over? Was the man's back retreating from where they fought? From his height, Avior could not hear the man, only seeing something of a salute. Before he could respond, or to even further pay attention to the man there, his body came crashing ontop of the flat, concrete ceiling of a nearby building, landing hard on his back.

Every bone, muscle, and ligament in his body screamed, pleading for him to just stop moving. Gods knew he wanted to listen to them, to curl up this rooftop and give into the sweet blackness that was calling him. To stay still would be death, and having yet approached his final goal. Criticized, ridiculed, beaten, broken or maimed, he wouldn't just give up.

Avior pushed up off the ground, breaths leaving from between his wet, bloodied lips, in an aching, hoarse groan.. His hands leaving prints of blood where they rested, and his right arm was completely useless, but he was alive. Alive, and breathing and so very glad for it. When the man's aura finally vanished, he powered down, struggling down from is perch to the street. He could call the ambulance from here.. He could make it home.
