Momo gave the little cub a nod, "Yes, there're many different gods out there. I'm the Goddess of Love....and there's ones like War, Change, Justice, Hope...we all do different things, and go where we want to go."
She became sort of sullen though, and quiet when she spoke her next part. "Most of us don't get along though...which doesn't make much sense, does it? It's kinda sad...and pathetic..."

Goddess of love? No wonder she was so nice! But then she gets sad.. Don't get along? That was never nice... "Why don't you get along? " She asks dumbly, tilting her head to the side. Didn't gods get along? They had wings, neat powers... Was there really any problem about that?

Mo'onasi got a little snappy. Not at Kimaji, but at the gods, even if they couldn't see her, or hear her. "They're just so into themselves, into corrupting sweet mortals, into just...everything terrible...they plot to kill one another..." She soon came to her senses, realizing that she was talking to the cub. Whoops. Hope that didn't stain her imag eof gods too much. "They just...like to play King of the Hill...you ever play that? 's when you fight each other to be the top lion around! They just...take it much too seriously." She stuck out her tongue, which looked quite silly, but she didn't care. She liked acting young, like a cub, and not some stuck up twit of a god.

Kimaji bressed her shoulders against her body, trying to shrink, they were that mean? Her ears fold back. "Are there any gods that are nice to eachother? " She whispers, now she's rather scared, what if that was why the storm king didn't make it rain?! Because he was busy trying to kill another god? Or maybe a god had tried to kill him!

Mo'onasi gave a light nod, and a smile. "Aye, a few do...it's not all evil. Some of them are just so pigheaded and dumb, it's kinda silly." Momo finally laid herself on her belly, so she could be at a better and more equal viewing point for the cub. "It all really matters on what they are, I'm afraid. And most of the more active gods aren't too nice..." Momo gave off a small sigh. She hadn't seen or even heard of another god that was kind, like her, and it was very overwhelming. She had been trying her best to be kind, but it never seemed to work as well as she had hoped.

She looks down to her paws, was that why that one winged god was so mean? Hey.. Wings! "Can you fly? " She motions to the ings, birds flew with them, but linos were so big, it'd be odd to see one in the sky... And what if they were too heave? Especially with those jewels, it must be so hard!

"...fly? Teehee, of coruse we can fly!" She gave a little wink at the cub, assuming that she'd next ask if she could demonstrate. Well, no use in lying down, then. Mo'onasi stood up and gave them a good stretch. "They're pretty strong too, I promise ya." She gave the cub a little wink before warming up the muscles in her wings by giving them some good flaps, stirring up little leaves that were covering the ground they were on. Tiny bits of dust swirled up into the air as Momo lifted herself off the ground, a good 3 feet or so, before landing softly back down. "I can fly, it's just harder when I don't have a running start" she flushed out timidly, shyly.

The cub is startled when Momo gets airborn, and stumbles would have stumbled backwards, if it haden't been for her sitting down. She waches awestruck as the female still manages to stay up for a while, that sure wasn't a jump. When she lands, the cub can't help but dash around hear, as if to make sure she was really on the ground, before stumbling ifnront of her, with a playfull grin on her maw. "How is it to see things from that high? " From below, things above got smaller, but did, from above, things below get smaller?

Momo smiled, thinking that this little cub was asking for a ride, right? Who wouldn't? She was small enough, so she could probably do it...just not too high, don't want Kimaji to slip and end up with a flat silver cake.
"Well, do you want to find out? I'm sure, if you wedge yourselv between my shoulder blades, you could fit, and I could take you up? Just not too high, I haven't done this before." Mo'onasi was laughing with excitement. This might actually be fun! And if all goes well, it'd be a great experience for both of them.

Wait, she could go up too? "R-really? " She's suprized at this, she'd always wanted to see what it was like from up there, and had actually tried flying, but lacked what she needed to do so. "How do I do that? " Of course, she still didn't undertsnad how she'd be able to be carried up, what if Mo'onasi found her too heavy? Kimaji was rather small, but ya never know..

Momo laughed, "Of course, silly! Here, I'll lie down so you can get on my back...get close to my neck, too, and do your best to hold on without any claws"
Momo lyed down quietly, her back a little tense from being nervous. Her wings were drapped against the ground, but just hovering over the water. Her striped skin twitched as she waiting, excited about going up as much as the cub probably was.

Kimaji nods sloly,and climbs onto the lioness back, evoiding the wings, not wanting to step on them or anything. She got as close to the shoulders as she could, streching her paws so that she was almost hugging the godesses neck, she was scared about falling, but also exited about going up. She was really gonna fly? "Is this ok? " She asks, mainly about her current position, the goddess would know better, right?

As Momo slowly pulled herself up to her feet, she folded up her wings gently against her sides, so they wouldn't drag when she started running.
"Yes, that's fine. I'm probably going to run for a bit, since there's a clearing back where I came from, but it might take a moment to reach....hold on!"
And with those words, she broke her stand to a trot, and from that trot, to a run. Not a dead run, but very near close to it. The trees blurred along side them as they swept past behind them, Mo'onasi skillfully flicking her way through the low amount of trees until she reaches her said clearing. Giving a little nod, she jumped up, snapped her wings open, and quickly pulled herself up into the air, circling around so she wouldn't collide into any of the trees.

As the goddess spoke, the cub let out a small 'mhm', and when she started running, the cub closed her eyes tight, what if something happened? She didn't tighten though, not wanting to disturb Mo'onasi. But then, the pounding of paws stopped. Slowly, she opened her eyes, only to snap them open. The ground was down there, not too far, but still much more than any leap she'd ever managed.
She looked from the right side of the godess' neck, before looking a bit from te left, it was so different up here! Flying was so neat... No wonder the birds flew so much!

Momo climbed up a bit higher...not high enough to catch a thermal and just glide, since that was a little too high, perhaps, but enough that she wouldn't have to regularly beat her wings, since there was a small draft above the jungle.
"Like it so far?" the Goddess yelled back to her companion.
She was skirting the treetops at first, then went a bit higher, so that nothing unexpected might jump out at them. Never knew what was in those silly trees.
