Well, she couldn't exactly disagree with the knight at this point in the proceedings. Still, their individual reasoning behind thinking this whole mess was stupid were probably wildly different. But before Chariklo could spare too much thought for philosophy, the knight popped the cork on his bottle and the Senshi of Seagulls found herself in a fog that might have pleased her avian kin. But it only served to piss her off.

Still, her expedient side noted this was perfect cover. And this way, at least, he couldn't see her slinking away.

Which she did. And only when she considered herself far enough away with no need to fear prying eyes did she power down. Wincing against the fresh and intensified bursts of pain, Arilee changed direction and headed for the nearest urgent care center.
