Groganofthewasteland Well personally, you're both right. Stellaration is both. It is a power already in the cards, and there is a device that weaponizes it. So I would think you should have a thing in the equipment section that has something like 'Stellaration Unleashing Device' or something/ BRILLIANT. Roxas, your opinion?
