Hey Strick! Congratulations on winning Astarte!
Overall this profile looks good to me, and originally my only concern was that second degree burns are really powerful for a basic senshi, but considering the stipulations and limitations you've placed on the attack (such as the laser needs to be aimed in the same spot to cause that much damage, and the attack is dependent on the malice in the air) I think that these limitations balance out the damage and leaves a lot of overall damage free for the other person to interpret.
That being said, I think this profile deserves a stamp, so I hope you enjoy playing her!
