Goretti blinked when he was met with absolutely no one in his line of vision. He held his breath for a few seconds and then quickly glanced around, eyes scanning the area as he stood up straight.
"Can…turn invisible?" he asked, though the closeness of the energy signature had changed enough for it to be noticable to the chibi. He waved his hands in front of him, certain that if Buddingtonite had been there they would have hit him.
…Negaverse Captains could…disappear?
He took a step back, perplexed by this new information and scratched the back of his head.
Well. It was something new, at least.
Negaverse Captains couldn't just teleport away. Or, at least, when they weren't stuck with glue.
Lips screwed up contemplatively, Goretti finally just planted his hands on his hips and then took a few steps back.
…There was still so much that he had to know. He really needed to learn more about these Negaverse Agents before he picked a fight. If they could teleport, than they were more trouble than he realized…ChibiGingi I laughed too much at that xD

Buddingtonite had to slam both hands over his mouth to stop himself from cackling maniacally from where he had teleported, and in fear of Goretti hearing his laugh or the sudden intake of breath, he ducked behind the parapet, nearly dropping his hat in the process but retrieving it before the wind could think to take it. He wasn't sure if the Chibi saw him, but his laughs could not be contained for much longer. The look of surprise on Goretti's face was clearly visible, even from this height, and he swore that it was well worth getting trapped in his glue puddle so long as he could remember the surprise on his face.
He couldn't hold it in any longer, and by the time his laughs broke through his defenses and hit the air, the Negaverse captain was making his escape. He ran towards the other end of the building and leapt onto the next one over, hoping to put enough distance between himself and the Chibi senshi before making his last disappearance trick. He may not have had enough energy to go far, but it'd be enough to get out of dodge should the vengeful Eternal not appreciate his little joke.
"Hahaha, you should see the look on our face!" He called out, in spite of his better judgement, and the moment he landed on the second building, he let his laughs be heard, like a crow that had just snatched a lady's shiny watch and flew away to safety. "That's your intel for today! Pleasure doing business with you, Goretti!"
And with only a laugh that echoed into the night, he was gone.Kyuseisha no Hikari And that's a wrap! THEY NEED TO MEET AGAIN EVENTUALLY.

Goretti's gaze immediately shot up to where he heard the voice and his face twisted into a non-threatening scowl.
Oh, he should have known. What a brat! All of that hard work and being nice, just to get laughed at? That guy might not have seemed so bad, but he didn't seem so nice, either.
Goretti lingered for a moment, stubbornly crossing his fingers over his chest and keeping his eyes peeled to see if the male showed his face again. When he didn't, he huffed and turned, jogging away from the area.
He was going to go back to taking care of youma, thank you very much. The youma might have been nasty, scary monster, but at least he understood them.
Or…at least, he thought he understood them.
He was going to need to talk to someone about them—and about the Negaverse.ChibiGingi That sounds like a great idea to me; I would love for them to meet again!
