She grinned at Hel's retching, and when Kettil was gone, Freya dropped the sheet and practically skipped over to the drawers to get herself some actual clothes. "Really good!" She chirped out, throwing one of Kettil's shirts over her head and scrounging for a pair of underwear. "I mean, I thinks, whatever we just went through, very hard ja? But when we comes out of it, I feels better than I have since I was a little baby. I don't knows why! I just feels like.. I don't knows why I had so many problems before." She found a little blue pair, and slipped them on, turning around to her sister. "Everythings is perfect!" She held her hand out for Hel. "How about yeh? Did savings the world feels good for yeh tuu?"

Hel stopped caring about the condition of Kettil’s room as soon as she heard her sister start to speak. The reaper paused, and just stared at the older ghoul. While her face was neutral for the most part, it was hedging lightly in incredulousness. Did Freya truly feel better…? It wasn’t that she didn’t want her to, oh no, Hel wanted her too very much. She’d been waiting for Freya to come to this conclusion for well over a year now, and now that the day seemed upon her, she wasn’t sure if it was reality or not! Hel couldn’t be skeptical about the sudden change…after all, she went through one herself not too long ago, and she was dead set and genuine about it so… Hel didn’t take Freya’s hand yet. She needed to be certain. “…Truly…? Do you truly feel that way now?” She asked. “Do you feel better about yourself? Do you truly feel like everything is perfect for you now?”

Hel's question worried her sister, and she slumped down to sit on the bed, her head tilting in confusion. "Okays.. well.. not perfect. I means, Herryk is still a weapon. And that hurts. But I just.. I guess I don't blames myself for it anymore. And I don't thinks he does, either. So I has teh moves on. I just.. I mean.." She shook her head, an ugly disdain for herself showing in her face. "I really don't knows why I did something so stupid as stoppings eatings, sister. And I hated myself so much. But I don't anymore." She smiled up at her tentatively. "I promise."

Hel visibly relaxed as Freya elaborated, for the first time in a while, she genuinely felt happy and proud of her sister. The reaper let out a laugh, and rubbed the back of her neck. “Candlejack…” She uttered. “Damn. I have been waiting forever to hear that.” She smiled. “Ya…things may not be perfect…but you are good, and that is what matters. Did a light switch get flipped for you as well, sister?” Because that was really the best way to sum it up. One flick, and suddenly a change happened. “Ah…ya…” Here, Hel’s smile turned into a bit of a grin. “Oi. I bet I can show you something that will blow your panties off.” Was Hel’s challenge.

"I guess," She laughed, shrugging in confusion. "I don't know. I feel like a light switch was turned off. As if that light was what was hurtings me. Now it's just not there anymores and I.. don't.. knows why it ever bothered me so much." She flickered her gaze up at her sister with a very high arched brow. "Hel.. I just put this pair on. Can we tries teh keeps them on me for a little while longer? I mean Hooter isn't even here.."

Hel thought about that for a moment, and then nodded her head. “Ah…I think I can grasp that.” She replied, rubbing her chin thoughtfully. Well, no matter, a dark room or being blinded, what mattered now was that they were both out of their respective and damaging rooms. “No.” Was Hel’s immediately reply. “You better hold onto them then!” The ghoul then pulled a knapsack off of her belt, and held it up for her sister to see, rattling the pieces of wood and metal inside. “This is my weapon.” Hel declared.

"No it's not." Freya's reaction was immediately - almost startlingly so. She seemed a little over-reactive when it came to Hel losing anything, again. So that - whatever that was - that wasn't her weapon. "I've seen yehr weapon. It's way too big teh fits in - ohh..." She thought she'd figured it out. "Did yeh learns a shrinking spells?!"

Despite her situation, Hel couldn’t help but grin. She had her. Oooh, did she have her, and that made her most gleeful. “ Ya. It is.” Hel replied, and moved over to the ghoul. She placed the knapsack on the bed, and unfolded it. Laying out the edges, there was her weapon, in a pile made up of pieces of wood and metal. Hel waited again.

Freya stared, in absolute horror, at the sight in front of her. She dropped to her knees and scooted over to look at the pieces, tears welling up in her eyes. "Oh, crumpet," She coo'd out, her heart breaking. "No, no, noooo.." In vain, she picked up two pieces and tried to put them back together. She concentrated very hard, as if hoping some of her Fear could make everything better again. Her sister had lost enough already. She did not deserve to lose more.

Hel blinked, rather taken aback at how upset Freya seemed to be about her weapon. Wow…way more upset than she was! “Uh…” Hel held out her hands uncertainly for a moment, watching as Freya valiantly tried to piece her weapon back together. Eventually, Hel snapped out of it and placed a hand on the ghoul’s shoulder, and laughed. “You are more upset than I was!” She informed the older ghoul cheerfully. “But cheer up, Buttercup.” Hel grinned down at the ghoul. “I do not know what it means, even after these past few days, but I am still in one piece and that is all I truly care about and that is all that truly matters.”

She.. wasn't upset about this? Freya stopped trying to piece together Hel's weapon, and blinked up at her sister, all of the tragedy washed away by confusion. "But.. but.. yehr weapon.." The weapon was an extension of their own Fear; and Hel had been able to summon hers even earlier than Freya had. She didn't know what she'd do if her weapon was destroyed. "How are yeh so calms about this..?"

Hel’s hand left Freya’s shoulder, and the ghoul gave a shrug before she raised her hands to lace her fingers together behind her neck. “Because being angry, panicked and up in arms about it would not help me!” She replied. “At first I was shocked…well…still am.” She laughed. “But the shocked faded some, and then I was confused…and then everyone went out of their way to try and help me out by finding answers!” She smiled. “The best they came up with was that a change in the wielder might reflect a change in the weapon…or that weapons can break under extreme pressure, and they just take time to heal…or in some rare cases, they never heal.” Hel hummed a bit. “You know I can not wait to save my life…but what else can I do? I have done everything I could…so…it is okay.”

Freya stared up in awe at her sister as she explained away what should have been a traumatizing event. When she took the time to let it sink in that this wasn't breaking Hel, she finally started to smile; it was a tentative, scared little thing, playing across her lips. She stood up, and wrapped her arms around her sister, pulling her into a tight hug. "I loves yeh so ******** much, crumpet." She whispered, her voice quivering with emotion.

“Uh…” Hel froze for a moment, caught off guard, before she patted her sister on the back. “I love you too…?” Well, obviously. They were sisters, and even if Hel did want to kill her half the time now a days, that didn’t change that. “Figured you would want that heads up…and I did want to check in on your after the Tear so…ya.”

"Yehr the best." Freya whispered, teaming with joy when Hel explained why she'd come. "I'm so so so so lucky teh has yeh." She finally let her go, and sat back down on the bed. Her joy was tempered by the sight of the weapon again, but she tried to focus up on Hel instead. "And I'm glad yehr okays, after all that we just went through. Though I wasn't really scared through most of it.. were you?"
