She laughed a little at the unexpected joke. "Maybe if we find some we could make a lemonade stand," Stormy added with a little grin. "Sell 'em by the cup, make a little profit~" Be a little kid for a while again. Roland's observation was disheartening, but she wondered if there was a grain of truth to it--she couldn't remember any mission she had come back from and felt good about.
"It's an unhappy job, yeah; that's why I try to keep my spirits up! Now, Ms C. left us some stuff..." She paused to remember the list, hand under her chin. "Well, eavesdropping for one! You pick a target and just follow them around, see how much you can learn about them without them noticing. I followed this newbie in Moon, Dylon, and he never saw me~" Sure he had heard her at the door at the end, but she had made a getaway in time! "There's also shoe stealing from her apartment. Have you seen her collection?"
Even recollecting it, Stormy was practically kirakira-ing. "Oh! She's also made it mandatory for all Mists to do the Tower course," she added with a bob of her head. "They can do it alone or under supervision; she had to come save me from the bomb part..." Thank God for that. "Aaaand lastly I remember her mentioning lock picking classes, but I dunno if she's too busy now with the Island on high alert and all."

"We would need sugar, we could steal it from the cafeteria or trade Rep in his little trade house for it." He paused, "Crap, now I want lemonade." Looking around he started towards the cafateria waving for Stormy to follow. He would find lemonade somehow. "Forget the money, I just want lemonade at this point." He licked his lips a bit offering a sigh. "It's hard to stay positive in it all, good at least some of us can do it."
He listened to the list, Roland had heard mention of Candaces plans and was still actually waiting for the spar text, though with the way things where texting or calling was almost an unacceptable choice right now. "I could do with the eavesdropping, maybe the shoe stealing."
His face broke into a small smile at the tower comment, "I cleared it my first try with Candace when I was still fresh from the pods." He continued to the cafateria, or what was left of it that wasn't a pool, the back sections.

"Hmm...If you're serious about the idea, I'm in. Maybe there's some sugar in the kitchens too." Man, now she was thinking of lemonade too...It was too bad fruit went bad fast without some help. Crap, now she was thinking of watermelons too! Stormy groaned softly as she followed Roland to the cafeteria.
"First try? Nice! That was me on the sun and moon courses. Jenga, though..." She shuddered and remembered how many needles had been stuck in her body. "Ech. Have you done the Death one yet?" she asked, face wrinkling at the lingering smell of chlorine (and now sweat).
"Lemme just say both exercises are super fun and a little nerve wracking! I was thinking of sneaking on Ms. C next personally." She wiped a her brow as they made a line. "Already crept on some poor Moon newbie. I want to work up to maybe trailing Aria or Lance!"

"I am, you can't not expect me to skip Lemonade after working in the sun and talking about it." He licked his lips again, the bitter sweet taste a memory on his tongue that simply needed to be created here and now again.
"Yeah, Candace was pretty happy with that, though I admit I haven't done death yet I've passed every other course so far." He frowned, "I've avoided the death sweeper because of all the parts of the mist tower that I messed up it was that one." He shook his head in shame, "I triggered a trap that punched my in the balls and shouted something about stealing purses."
Pushing into the main area of the cafateria he paused, the room was dark, still a pool. but it wasn't lit. "Crap. We have to stumble the dark."

She coughed to hide her snicker. "Yikes. That part was pretty awful too, I remember...Never liked Minesweeper in the first place."
She paused when they hit the dark interior of the cafeteria, and in what little light there was her widened eyes reflected them. "Uh...Uh, Roland, did I mention I'm not a strong swimmer...?" She had, after all, taken almost a minute to do the lap in Allan's competition. "Maybe we could find MREs somewhere else?" she suggested mildly.
