"I love campin', so that sounds great," Tuck's voice was low against Heidi' temple before he continued peppering her face with kisses. She promised that she would be careful, and all he could do was trust her. There weren't any words that he could think of to ******** describe exactly how precious she was to him. If there was some way that he could fix everything that had happened, he would. If there was a way to take that frustration and make it his own so that Heidi wouldn't have to bear it herself, Tuck would do it in a ******** instant.
"Can stay here long as you want, baby." He wrapped himself around her, his breath hitching slightly as she kissed him. She genuinely made it had for him to think when she was this close. Tuck was a slave to his woman, there was no doubt about it.
"Ain't never loved nobody like I love you," he whispered quietly against her neck as he made himself comfortable on the bed. "We'll fix it."

"Good," she whispered as if speaking any louder than that would alert everyone to what they were doing and they'd be interrupted. Tuck was as much hers as she was his an she liked having moments where she didn't want to share him. This was one of those times. She closed her eyes and just enjoyed his closeness, the kisses to her face were all returned as best as she could from the angle she was at. "I'm yours, Tuck," Heidi murmured when he said he loved her. It made her heart flutter every time he said that. She loved him so much it hurt. "I love you, I'm so sorry for what I did." She couldn't apologize enough. The fact that he was upset at all by what she did was totally justified but hurt her to know.
She nudged him affectionately with her nose, kissing the top of Tuck's head and idly dragging her fingers up and down Tuck's side. Heidi was quiet again, a warm smile on her lips as she simply basked in Tuck's presence. He was the most important person in her world, she would do anything to protect him. She couldn't see herself without him. Heidi didn't say anything for a good few minutes an she felt so at peace in Tuck's arms it probably would have been safe to think she was sleeping.
"Never knew I could feel like this," Heidi sang quietly, kissing Tuck's forehead. She owed him a song. "Like I've never seen the sky before." She nudged him gently with her shoulder to make him lift his head so she could see her face, smiling fondly at him and leaning in to rest her forehead against Tuck's. She lifted a hand to lightly trace his bottom lip with her finger. "Want to vanish inside your kiss, every day I love you more, and more." Heidi giggled nervously. She'd never sung for him before. "Listen to my heart, can you hear it sing? Telling me to give you everything. Seasons may change, Winter to Spring.." Heidi giggled again.
"But I love you, until the end. of. time." She stopped there, already blushing just from the one verse she had already sung. Heidi's heart raced anxiously. It had been months since she'd sung outside of the shower where it didn't matter if it sounded good or not, and she'd certainly never sung for Tuck before. Would he like it?

He wasn't expecting her to sing to him, but there was something touching about it. He could see the blush on her face, and those ******** nervous giggles that always got his stomach to twisting. He listened to her song, completely and utterly charmed by the lithe little blonde in his arms.
"You're perfect an' beautiful, an' you're everything to me."
He leaned in to press a kiss to Heidi's lips, a low catlike purr rumbling up from the depths of his chest.

His words made her heart flutter pleasant and brought tears to her eyes. He was the perfect one, he was her everything, the one. Heidi's love for him was so intense she couldn't bear the thought of being without him to the point she would give up anything as long as she could keep being with him, even when she didn't know her own name she loved him.
Heidi eagerly returned the kiss, her arms wrapping around his neck. She was content to just stay here even if she had said it would only be for a few minutes. Heidi didn't want to move.
Suddenly she heard Tuck's voice clear as day, as if he was speaking desperately into her ear. "I love you, Heidi, ********, I love you so much." She giggled.
"You already--" Wait. He'd..been kissing her when she heard that.
She blinked and looked up at Tuck, eyes wide and confused...at first. He loved her. He loved her more than anything, he loved her in a way he'd never loved anyone before.
It had been the best night of her life. The most amazing thing she had ever experienced. Tuck had been and still was perfection in every way possible.
"...I wore pink," Heidi whispered, grinning. "And I wanted to ask you how many of those things you'd hidden under my pillow but I never got around to it." She leaned up to give Tuck another kiss, shifting comfortably against her boyfriend, her love. She could see it now, the room, the little sheer pink dress, the brightness of his eyes, the way he looked down at her as if she was the most precious thing in his world; exactly as he was doing now.
"I love when you tell me you love me," she whispered again after the kiss, "I never want to move again~."

Tuck broke away long enough to roughly chuckle, and his eyebrows lifted as he glanced down at Heidi.
"Just one. I didn't wanna seem... too eager, guess you could say. An' yeah, you wore pink. For me, because I asked you to."
Well. This probably wasn't going to be as complicated as he'd thought. Tuck was grinning from ear to ear, though he stopped long enough to kiss Heidi again. It was a deep, lingering kiss, passionate as all Hell, but he couldn't help himself.
He never could when he was around her.

"I like when you're eager," Heidi teased, giggling. "It's nice to feel wanted. Didn't think I'd ever know what it was like." She kissed his nose. "Thank you." She grinned when he reminded her he asked her to. "You're lucky I like pink..it's in the bottom drawer still," Heidi said quietly as she gestured to the dresser. "I didn't wanna risk anyone, y'know, accidentally finding it." She was happy to wear it whenever, really.
He kissed her again and she stopped talking. Heidi returned it happily, shifting and adjusting herself comfortably underneath him. Now that she had the memory back she could both see why she had used it to help Excalibur and also couldn't believe she could forget a memory like that even for a moment. She loved him too much. She would do anything to keep him safe.
"I love you," Heidi breathed after breaking away from the kiss. She quickly started it back up again. She didn't want to move from this spot right now, not for anything.

He chuckled when she mentioned anyone finding that little piece of fluff. It made him a little melancholy to think that she'd never thought she'd be wanted, and Tuck promised himself that he'd never let her feel otherwise.
"I love you, an' I want you," Tuck's voice was low and rough and he made it perfectly clear that in that instant, he was finished talking. As far as he was concerned there were more pressing matters at hand, and as the alarms fizzled all across the compound, Tuck found himself focused entirely on the woman in his arms.
It would be a long time before he was capable of speech again.
