I honestly want to get Chespin after seeing its third evolution because have you s e e n Fennekin's last evolution ? Dulphox is not adorable like Fennie :C And Froakie just isn't cute enough. emotion_awesome

I chose Fennekin because of Delphox's typing, as it is the first non-legendary, non-conditional Fire/Psychic. (For clarification, the other Fire/Psychic types were Victini (A legendary) and Darmanitan in Zen Mode (Which was only if it had the Zen Mode ability, and only in battle) I've already beaten X, mainly because I wasn't too concerned with catching Pokemon, as there's plenty of time to do so after beating the Elite 4. The only Pokemon that was a mandatory catch for me was Ralts. For 2 reasons. Reason 1 is because Gardevoir is my favorite Pokemon (No, I'm not that type of fan), and Reason 2 was because it would likely be my only Fairy-Type that I'd actually train. Oh, and trust me, you'll HATE Team Flare. The leader, in the most basic sense, is pissed off, so he wants to destroy the world.

Becoming a grass/fighting only strengthened my love for him. As for the other two, I dunno which I'd choose. I was originally going to get Chespin, Squirtle and Torchic but ended up dropping Torchic (despite evolving into my fav pokemon) for more Kalos pokemon instead. Couldn't resist getting a Ralts after I saw it though. I mean, it's kinda new right? lol I'd probably be further along by now but I'm going for the 100% Pokedex for the first time. I blame Origins for motivating me >.> I am insanely overleveled because of it though but oh well. Team Magma and Aqua plans were dumb and Team Galactic was insane. I'm in the middle of dealing with Team Flare now but so far...-_- And yeah, you can play with and feed your pokemon through minigames which in turn rewards benefits in battle like dodging and critical hits. My fav effect is the hanging on by 1HP though. And the outfit changing is pretty awesome too.

You really think I'll hate Team Flare?I chose Y over X so if I use the mega stone for charizard, I don't gain a weakness, I chose Froakie as my starter, leaving my comfort zone for starters for both my Kalos starter and Charmander as my Kanto starter. in the terms of choosing which version I got for myself and which one Gray got, it's because the next city over's wal-mart didn't get any copies of the games. Most ppl wanted X over Y, almost making Y the only choice I could get

Gardevoir only learns Moonblast at level 85, or if you go to the Move Relearner person whose title I actually forgot, but you can teach it Dazzling Gleam from a Tm, which I did with my gardevoir.

PFFT- I think Y is better than X in a lot of ways. I like the Main legendary in Y better, I like Mega Mewtwo Y a heck of a lot better than X, and what I will give to X is Charizard. That Charizard is amazing. But that said, I'll get both eventually, because I like both of the versions for different things. I'm really going to hope they make Typhlosionite, because I want Mega Typhlosion. Johto, Sinnoh, Y U GET NO LOVE?

I am thou and thou art I PFFT- I think Y is better than X in a lot of ways. I like the Main legendary in Y better, I like Mega Mewtwo Y a heck of a lot better than X, and what I will give to X is Charizard. That Charizard is amazing. But that said, I'll get both eventually, because I like both of the versions for different things. I'm really going to hope they make Typhlosionite, because I want Mega Typhlosion. Johto, Sinnoh, Y U GET NO LOVE? actually, Johto and Sinnoh both got a few mega evolutions, though no starters. Also, Unova got the least amount of love as it got no mega evolutions.
