Hima began to purr as she listened to Taji boast about his pride and the many things that went along with it. She was slightly stunned to learn that something she had taken to be silly children's games could become so violent and bloody. Though at the same time, it intrigued her all the same. If Taji came from this pride, that meant he must hold some of the same strength ... if not much more due to his current rank. She was far beyond intrigued now, she was hooked. Almost as hooked as Taji had been from the start.

Hima nodded appropriately at his comments on the King's choosing. She highly disagreed with him when it came to birthrights or no birthright, but she wouldn't vocalize her disagreement. She would simply keep it contained, and if the conversation came up again, then perhaps she would voice her opinions a little louder.

"Oh? That's such a shaaaaame Taji!' The way her words dragged on would only help to further sink her claws into Taji. She had him right where she wanted him, now all he had to do was take the bait. "Perhaps the two of us could take a walk? You could tell me more about your pride, and I could give you some pointers for the ladies?" The glint in her eye returned as she winked in his direction, wrapping her tail around his hind leg once again.

"What do you say?"

"Aww that's sweet of you to say, but I don't believe one word of it!" She mused coyly, flirting with the male at every turn. Now that she had some form of interest in him, she would gladly return his flirtatious comments and even give her name.

Pausing in her footsteps, she giggled freely before turning her head to meet his once more. "Its Slipper." She mused happily, allowing herself to look a bit embarrassed by the strange name. "Apparently I am a very sneaky lioness, and can slip right past without some noticing I was even there." She raised a paw to brush off the assumption and continued.

"I suppose you found a way to earn my name after all, Taji!"
