Sidouer felt a bit of a pang in her chest quite similar to the feeling of being rejected but not quite. She understood that by going up there would be like sticking her head inside of an alligators mouth and hoping it wasn't hungry. He was offering her a way out and unlike her last encounter with chaos, she intended to listen instead of question "I understand, I think I'll take your advise and stay down here."
She paused a moment, contemplating what she wanted to say to him face to face. "You know, you and I... we aren't so different. We both have people we want to protect."
Mom... Dad... Shen... Caitlyn... Alex... Jenny...Looking up to the roof top she continued "I want to say thank you, for talking with me that is. You're right about what you said earlier, you could easily kill me, but you didn't... not yet anyway. Instead you opened my eyes to something, that outside the suit, no matter which side we're on... we're still human. I have little to nothing to offer you for your tolerance and patience with all my questions. All I can really tell you is that my name is Sidouer." She brought her right hand up in a small wave like gesture.
"I hope that next time we meet it's under similar circumstances. Even if this war dictates that we're enemies... I think there's good inside you and I hope you're able to continue to protect those you care for."
