A couple more rounds into the creature was enough to kill it off, and Kirki finally approached the rest of the group. Chaesel picked up her little trinkets, thinking deeply on what the man had said. It was nice to see there were at least others with feelings like hers. He just had a very abrupt way of going about it.
If he kept talking so openly about it, something was sure to go wrong. "Well it's been interesting. See you all later, probably. We don't really have much choice, huh?"

He took some loot off of the dead creature and scooted away from the group again. He could probably find another group to help out in no time.

He didn't have any reply for her, for either of them. He just snatched up some more baubles, not sure why had the compulsion to collect them anyway, and turned toward the Forge.
