Shaking his head, he closed his eye and took a moment to clear his mind. Focus. Focus. Then, his eye snapped open and he jumped back up to his feet as the kitten approached him. He gripped the daggers tightly and stabbed the critter in the eye, causing a sort of distorted 'hello' to ring out as a result. Aima quieted herself as the glare was shot in her direction. She didn't want to attract too much attention, and there was still no telling if the other shadows were friendly, as much as she wanted them to be.
Instead, she took to attacking the creature, focusing on it instead of the shadows. Velmin turned when someone laughed at someone else, and frowned at the way they were being mocked. "Hey, he's trying." And the guy hit harder than Velmin typically did. At least he was fighting with them.

Since she had quieted down, Nush just ignored her presence. He moved to pick up some loot on the ground, then left.
