miss evelyn Let's discuss: - Your favorite foods and drinks - Healthy foods or drinks that make you feel good - Good alternatives to snacking on junk food - Baking, cooking - Recipes
Drinking tea is very good. I drink Black tea and Empress of Japan (kinda bitter, I add a lot of sugar to it...) ((I feel weird now, because I don't like Green Tea and almost everybody here does...)) Sobe is also good ^_^
For foods, I like a lot of fruit and yogurt. Mainly pears, grapes, apples, and the like...
Baking/Cooking I suck at, but... There's always pancakes with whipped cream and fruit on top (looks cute), scones (said to go well with tea), banana drop cookies (very good when warm), and I can't think of anything else.... Can't do recipies either... ((I'm a horrid cook, I'm surprised completely with this paragraph...))

Nanie Chama ((I feel weird now, because I don't like Green Tea and almost everybody here does...)) Hm, have you tried just plain of flavored green tea? I like adore sencha (Japanese green tea) mixed with flavours such as peach, strawberry, vanille and cherry. Also, don't soak the leaves as much as you would with dark tea because the result is almost always a bit bitter. And nooo milk, no miss~
As for healthy eating, you can eat almost anything, but the trick is to eat little. Yes, it requires willpower, and attention to what you eat and will propably leave you feeling hungry a few first times, but it's the only way that works for me.

Tea is always good. Water is as well. Any type of fruits are always fun to snack on. Uhm... let us see.
Yea. I'm usually prone to fruits. xd As for baking. Mother and I bake cookies from time to time ^-^ But, not much else sadly... T-T I need to bake more. heart

We have this really sweet teashop here. It's called T2. www.t2tea.com.au My personal favourite is 'Thistle Pearl'. (Item 8; here- https://secure.t2tea.com.au/cart/cart.php?do=category&categoryid=6) 'Watch in wonder as this hand woven ball expands around a beautiful pink thistle blossom, almost too pretty to drink.' I always buy it when I drop by there.
Sweets/delicacies;; I have assorted cakes and sugar-coated biscuits. I must say, I eat a lot and never put on much weight. ;3

I found a recipe of how to make a carousel out of gingerbread, smarties and icing. It looked so pretty. I'll post it when I'm back from my holiday, in September.

I Definently would recomend tea. It just tastes good, plus the benefit of the antiox's. I would also like to suggest yogurt of some sort. I prefer vanilla and then add you own fruit to it. Very healthy and good!
Then there's always the muffins and cookies. Old fashion, just-how-mamma-used-to-make-'em chocolate chip cookies. And then blueberry muffins. Great for breakfast, muffins are.
I'm glad there is a baking section in the guild. I also want to ask people to send me some recipies. I would like to start baking and I wanted to try out some of your recipies. I'm sure they'd be great. Just PM them to me or Leave them in my journal. <33

Tea is an absolute must for Lollys. Simply drink it all the time and then you can basically eat almost anything and not gain. But always eat controlled amounts of food, use moderation along with some common since, when you have your meals, don't stuff your face. Eat what will be heathy for you and not too much. I love to bake little sweets all the time but I still keep me weight the same because I moderate how much I eat and... of course... I drink LOTS of tea!

It does seem really lolita-ish to like cakes with fruits (especially strawberries) on them.
though I like sweets I try to stay away from them. Instead I get bagles (though they usually have chololate chips in them)
Going to cafes is good. I like panera bread becuase their food is so good and it's not all greasy.
Basically anything tasty and cultural is good. Anything thats overly processed, and overly american not only is bad for you but is just well...boreing.

I like green tea and chai tea. That is it. As for food, I'm a very picky eater, I don't like food that is processed at all. It's good that my parents are good cooks. I have rather expensive tastes in food though. I don't like muffins, I think I'm the only person in the world!
