For attacks, we will be rolling one six-sided dice!
-applause applause-
- 1 and 2 constitute attacks that fail via evasion, bad aim, etc and result in no HP loss from either the youma or you. In the case of Madea's attack, the youma didn't even notice the distraction
- 3 is an average hit adn result in 5 HP loss from the youma. In the case of Madea, the youma notices the distraction, but is still aware of his surroundings.
- 4 receives a counterattack of your choosing resulting in 5 HP loss from your character. In the case of Madea, the youma noticed the attack and broke the distraction by looking away.
- 5 and 6 are significant hits resulting in 10 HP loss from the youma. In the case of Madea, the youma is totally focused by the distraction.

Madea's Current HP: 24.95 The creature howled as his world went black. That stupid… STUPID little girl! His hands failed to latch onto anything but air in front of his eyes, however, as he attempted to remove whatever blinded him. He stumbled around, grasping uselessly at the air in front of his face until finally his hand closed on A stick?!That little purple twerp had blinded him! He growled, snapping the twigs, leaving little protrusions in his sockets that whirled around gruesomely as he tried, tried so hard to find some way to see again. Without his sight he was probably as good as useless! He loosed another long, loud howl into the night, acid saliva spraying everywhere. He did try and take a few steps forward, but his world tilted sickly and forced him to his knees. From there, he grunted and hissed, arms flailing to try and grab onto something anything to eat! That delectable young thing was around her somewhere but… damned if he couldn’t just get a little closer. Hands and knees now, he shuffled, reduced to this for a meal. Closer and closer he got until he’d missed her entirely. Shuffling and shuffling stupidly because he was so damned hungry.

Julienne lunged at the youma once more, cursing in her head as she missed the mark yet again…but sometimes it was hard to attack when you had blood flying everywhere and new senshi screaming for a way to help out.
She moved over to Medea, rubbing gently against her ankles. “Take a deep breath. Take a deep breath and find the power within you to attack this creature.” The cat paused for a moment, still rubbing against the girls ankles, trying to bring her some sort of comfort. “You have to use that magic. Concentrate on it, and say ‘Medea Alluring Enchantment!’ and watch what happens!”
She seemed pleased, looking up at the girl expectantly. There was no way this could go wrong. No way. This was a good senshi. Yup.

Lenka laughed quite happily as Acubens attacked the youma with the sticks. It was…good to be back in it again. “We make such a good team, Acubens!” She was a little afraid for Julienne, but only for a moment when the cat again missed her mark on the youma, though when she landed softly on her paws, well. There was no other reason for Lenka to worry.
She looked around, then laughed in delight, finding a stick of her own and scooping it up, marching up to the youma and bashing his head with it. “You will turn to dust, and I will make sure of it. There won’t be time for you to hurt anyone ever again!
The chibi senshi was so pleased with how this was all going, and hoped that the new girl would want to hang out sometime. She was very pretty.

"Okay, Terrorist Cat," said Medea. She liked the warm and happy purr of the evil-chef-cat as she nuzzled her ankles. "But I don't like this." She narrowed her eyes. "I'm pretty sure you've brainwashed me to obey your heinous orders, or will kill me if I don't, so~" She raised her hands to the youma. "MEDEA ALLURING ENCHANTMENT!"
Her hands glowed pink and she shook them. "O MY GOD. GET IT OFF GET IT OFF." But the pink wouldn't detach. Maybe she could shoot fire or lasers or energy from them instead? "KAMEHAMEHA!" Nothing. Fine! She would just target the youma and watch it burst into flames. "HUAH!" She pointed--her other hand brushing the side of her bodice.
She realized this as the glow vanished from her fingers and spread to her fuku.
"What?!" She hugged herself--terrified. Oh Medea, what did you do...?

So the sticks worked! Wicked! Acubens barked out a triumphant laugh as she landed, several feet away from the monster as it lumbered about blindly. This also told her that the senses might very well be humanoid. So what else was humanoid about the monster? Evidently it's weak point was the head, since Lenka repeatedly bashed it's skull and did some severe damage to it. So if it sensed sight with eyes, and the skull was a weak point, then either this was a very strong coincidence, or this youma functioned very much like a human. And so because of this, Acubens felt reasonably confident in thinking that her next target would do equal damage to the monster as it would to a human.
Now it was just about finding an opening to get close again. Which was considerably harder given that the monster was now very nearly out of control and on the verge of desperation to survive.
And then Medea, shining, bright Medea, offered Acubens that opening. As the monster directed his attention towards her screaming, Acubens flew towards the Youma. Come on for three's-a-pattern! Acubens slammed her heel into the tender inner kneecap of the monster, praying to whatever god saw fit that it worked.

Lekna blinked as the youma turned to dust. She grinned and ran up to Acubens hugging her tightly. “We did it!” She let go of the hug then ran up to the new senshi, giving her a hug too. “You did so good! I’m so proud of you, you’re going to be an amazing senshi, I’m sure of it!”
And so the Chibi stood there finally, having pulled away from both of the older senshi, looking between the two and absolutely beaming. “I love you guys! I do love being a senshi so much. We are just so cool.”
Julienne shook her head, trying to get some of the dust out of her fur from the last time she missed attacking the youma. “Yes indeed. You all did do very well. I’m impressed we made it out with hardly any injuries. Though I think I might have twisted my paw a little…” She held up a brown paw and looked at Medea, giving a pathetic meow.
She hadn’t really hurt it. Really, she was hoping for some food and someone to carry her. The fight had just made her tired. Very tired indeed. And she was feeling pretty lazy. “Come on you little senshi. Why don’t we get ourselves home. Medea, if you want, I can go with you and stay with you tonight, so if you have any questions, I can answer them.”
The cat paused, shaking her paw slightly. “That is if you feed me…and carry me…and um. Brush my fur a little bit?”

Wait. Why did that strange creature turn to dust? Why did she feel like vomiting? What was this? The adorable magical people said Medea over and over but it didn't make sense. Why didn't any of this make sense?
"Uh--"
She squinted.
"--Thanksss?"
And then the earth felt super super super close and the grass tangled in her hair and she sprawled onto the dirt. Shocked into unconsciousness.
But at least it made for a good story!
