I tend to like the main heroine Harry Mason and his daughter Cheryl. It always seem my favorite characters end up dying no matter what game, movie, or show that I like. I've also started taking a little liking to Cybil.
As for creatures the Nurses. I don't know why, but after a bit they kind of remind me of lady gaga's bad romance video. XD
Anyways the only games I have played so far is SH Origin, SH1, SH: Shattered Memories
I recently started playing the second one so it's pretty intense so far.

Haha so you have had a lot of open experience to the beginnings of this series between the first game and origins 3nodding But I think in a game like Silent Hill it is only natural for the majority of the favorite characters to be main ones. Not for anyone's fault, but the games leave a lot of side characters with very little story or influence at all. Take Silent Hill 4, for instance.... Each of the side characters was a very specific type of sacrament, but who they really were and where they came from and all of that was not deeply dived into.
