Viveka's face lit up as Natsu nodded. Yes! One last weekend spent alone as a couple. He, too, found the word "last" to be a disturbing addition to an otherwise wonderful idea, but it wasn't going to go away any time soon.
He scooted forward, tapped his chin, and made a popping sound as he thought. Where would they go to hide for the weekend? They couldn't stay here in the neighborhood, they'd be caught at some point! There had to be a place they could wander to, a place where no one would think to look for them. Where, in the great mountains of Zena, would such a place exist?
"Um..." He mumbled, looking sheepishly up at Natsu. "Maybe you have some ideas...? You do own a lot of maps..."

Natsu couldn't help but chuckle. Of course Viveka had no idea where they would be going. He barely ever left Zidel unless his father asked him to visit his grandmother in Secer! He shook his head and rolled his eyes. Typical Viveka, throwing ideas out before they were completely thought through. Luckily, he was good at asking for help if he needed it, which was a good thing.
"Well..." Natsu pondered, leaning back in the chair. "Rastian has told me of a small town called Etine to the southwest of where we are now...Perhaps there is a place we could hide there?"

"Yes! That's perfect!" Viveka exclaimed, his demeanor back to his usual norm. Etine was where one of his father's friends lived, and he had passed away a year or two back, his house would be in the care of one of his children! However, Viveka knew something that shouldn't have produced such a cheery feeling within him, the man had no children! The house was likely to have no one in it! Honestly, despite how terrible it was to think about, he wanted to start clapping!
"An old friend of my father's died and left his house to ruin," He said. "It might not be empty, so it's wise to wander around the town before we get to the house to see what else might be available. But, absolutely, we should pack our things and head right off to Etine first thing in the morning!"

"Alright, then!" Natsu cheered. "We'll leave first thing in the morning!"
Then he fell silent and gazed about the room. Well, if he was going to sleep here over night with Viveka, they would need to find blankets and proper bedding! He rose from the chair and plucked the cushion off of it, before laying it upon the floor. A few more pillows joined the bunch before a bundle of blankets were laid on top. After he had finished making the make-shift bed, he glanced up towards Viveka and gasped.
"You... You're not wearing..." He gaped, taking a good gander at Viveka.

"Oh, quiet, you!" Viveka quipped, laughing. "It's not like you haven't seen it before! I'll be proper in a moment!"

It wasn't like they could keep themselves controlled for very long, they were men after all. Viveka found himself a comfortable spot against Natsu's chest as they laid upon the cushions on the floor and let out a yawn. Well, he was more than glad to get that out of his system! He smirked, nuzzled against Natsu, and sighed.
"Good night, Natsu." He mumbled. "We're off to our vacation tomorrow... I... I'm..." Another yawn occupied his voice and he closed his eyes. "Very excited..."

Natsu held Viveka close to his chest and heaved a sigh of his own. He hadn't been expecting that from Viveka, not ever! Sure, he had fantasized about it, but never once did he think he was going to have the privilege to actually experience it! Thankfully, it was as amazing as he thought it was, not a single regret could be found.
And he was sure one had never existed.
"I'm as excited as you are..." He replied, snuggling against Viveka before yawning along with him. "Sweet dreams... I'll be with you when the sun rises..."

When morning came, Viveka allowed Natsu to sleep in and went about his daily rituals as normal. He greeted his father, met with Eije, and waved to them as they went off to their chosen destinations for that day. He was used to being alone most of the time with friends coming and going throughout the course of the day, and though it was nice to have a social norm to base off of all the time, it wasn't nice when no one stopped by to break the silence.
Especially when that person was called Natsu.
"Come on then, sleeping beauty!" He teased, nudging Natsu's cheek lightly with his foot. "I've brought you breakfast! Don't make me eat it all alone while you busy yourself with sleep!"

"Five more miiinuuutess..." Natsu groaned, rolling onto his side. He was never truly a morning person, he liked his sleep, and he would take it whenever it was available. Though, the one fail safe thing that could get him up was none other than that wonderful, magical thing known as a good hot meal. He rose, albeit slowly, and let out a rousing yawn before moving to sit next to Viveka at the table.
"This smells amaaaazing!" He exclaimed. "Is this Mammu? It must be!"

Viveka puffed his cheeks out to keep himself from laughing and nodded. Natsu was so cute when he was sleepy! His scruffy bedhead and his lumbering movements, he looked like a roughed up Roati! He pushed Natsu's place closer to his side of the table but paused as soon as he leaned over, his laughter bursting through it's shield.
"Natsu! Pants! You need pants!" He cackled, covering his eyes.

"Oh, quiet, you!" Natsu teased, shoving a piece of meat into his mouth. "It's not like you haven't seen it before! I'll be proper after breakfast!"

As he was always one to keep his word, Natsu gobbled his breakfast and hustled back to where he had left his pants the night before and put them on. Once that was complete, he turned towards Viveka and placed his hands on his hips.
"There, is that better?" He said, sticking his tongue out.

"Much better!" Viveka laughed, rolling his eyes. Good, now they could get on with their packing! He had already put the dishes away and cleaned the table. He had also laid out his best cloak, his best boots, and his favorite scarf for the trip, but he would need much more than that! Then, a sudden thought jarred him out of his sense of security.
"Oooof, you're going to need to borrow some of my clothes, aren't you...?" He said, arching an eyebrow rather slyly at Natsu.

Natsu froze and turned his attention rather slowly back to Viveka. Oooooh yeeeeaaaahhh, he hadn't brought any clothes for this trip! Well, he hadn't expected to be going anywhere, or even staying over night... He sighed, rubbed the back of his head, and nodded.
"Yeah, I guess I'm going to need to borrow some clothes..." He replied, chuckling nervously.

Viveka let out a rather excited squeal. He had always wanted to dress Natsu up in Zenian garb! Oh, this was going to be fantastic! Natsu was going to need a cloak, a scarf, boots, gloves, HE NEEDED EVERYTHING! He latched onto Natsu rather hastily and dragged him through a wooden door near the fireplace.
"Hurry! You have to try things on!" He cried. "I can tailor them quickly, but you're going to look amazing, I just know it!"

Once inside his room, where Natsu would soon be trying on piles of clothes, Viveka set to digging out the PERFECT outfits for his partner to try on. Cloak after cloak was thrown to the floor until, finally, three were picked of the bunch.
"Try this one first! It's so FLUFFY!" He exclaimed.

At first, Natsu didn't know what to make of the garments being thrown at his feet, but Viveka seemed to enjoy the prospect of him wearing one of his cloaks, to which he himself couldn't disagree with. He plucked the "fluffy" cloak off the ground and slipped it on. Almost instantly, he wrinkled his nose and shook his head.
"This one smells like it's been rolling in something..." He said, handing the cloak back to Viveka. "Here, smell it! What happened to it...?"

Viveka arched an eyebrow and took a whiff of the cloak, his expression quickly turning sour. Augh! It reeked of something awful! He didn't know what the hell he had fallen in with this cloak, but his Natsu certainly wasn't going to subject to it's mysteries! He flung the cloak to the side and bent down to grab the next one he wanted to have Natsu try on.
"Here, this one doesn't seem to have anything wrong with it!" He chirped, sniffing one of the sleeves just to be sure.
