Parthenius ran towards Auron now that Doyle had accepted the battle was over, a low whine at her throat. She laid down beside him, taking care not to jostle his wounds, and licked a cut on his cheek. All of her party-mates were fighters in one form or another: she knew it would be good practice for them both to continue battling. It would help accustom them to one another's actions while building their own strength and speed and stamina. It would bring them closer as partners, and work to improve their own strategies, too. These she kept telling herself, over and over, while she cared for the Zorua who'd been fainted by her own paws.

Auron looked up at Doyle when he spoke and gave a slight nod. It would be good to train and battle more. It would mean he would get stronger and smarter. Which would make him better able to protect those dear to him, like the one caring for him this very moment. He laid his head down with a inaudible content sigh as he allowed Parth to continue caring for him.
